2021 ALLIANCE reviews

There is a lot of RV manufacturers out there. I have owned a couple different manufacturers. I purchased a Alliance RV and would never consider even looking at another manufacture. ALLIANCE RV takes care of their customers over and beyond what they even should do. We did have to take it back to the factory not only did they fix something outside of the warranty. They also fixed everything else they saw that was wrong with it. Thank you ALLIANCE RV. We are loyal customers forever. Show less

We had a problem with a crack under our bedroom slide that we tried to get repaired at a dealership twice only to have the crack come back within a couple trips. We took it to the Alliance factory and that was the best decision we ever made. The service manager Tim and the team took such good care of us and the repair was high quality and looks great. We love our Valor! Show less

We had issues when we first got the RV. Alliance at that time was very responsive and took care of the problems we had. Because of that this one is solid, reliable and enjoyable. We felt right at home in it and still occasionally take it out to make sure all is in good order. Show less

Alliance has proven to be in a class of their own with customer service... traveled to all lower 48 states to experience some frame issues early on. Outside of warranty, owner Bill Martin, service team Jim Bonacci, Tim Draper as well as countless others, and Abbi Britton in parts returned our full time home better, more robust with latest frame mods being used now on newer models... i write this simply to express what im seeing first hand wih our friends experiencing same issues with much higher end abd newer 5th wheels Their having to contact attorneys! We have lived in this rv three years and we couldn’t be happier! Perfect rv with the best company! When we did have issues alliance helped us sort them out. Rvs will always have issues, but alliance doesn’t hide from issues! You can even call the highest up directly at Alliance. We are considering another alliance because we have loved them so much! We have been proud owners of an Alliance RV 385FL for the past 3 years. Like any RV ever made, things are not always perfect. But, our decision to choose Alliance RV has proven, time and time again, to be the best choice in our RV Life. The focus on employee and owner satisfaction is unmatched in our experience. The floorplan was similar to many other brands, but there were little things that Alliance had done that the others didn't do. Flush slides everywhere, no carpet, no ducts in the floor, cutoff valves throughout on the plumbing system . We have had a few issues but the factory service team has been awesome to work with. They are very supportive of their customers. The management team really does listen to the customers and is constantly looking for ways to improve the product. Show less

Has been a wonderful 5th wheel for us. We have towed it all over the USA with very little issues. We had all the weird small issues any rv owner will have. I think there were two flaws from the MFG that I would watch for. 1. Smells from grey water tank. Upon investigation the vent pipe was not even vented to the outside. Had to cut open my roof to let the pipe above the roof line. 2.schwintek slide - this is on the bedroom slide. It was out of alignment from the factory. Unfortunately our dealership lied to us about it and it limped its way out of warranty and then broke completely. My Mobile Rv tech discovered the issue. Ended up having to replace the entire slide out system. Other than those two issues. Very good trailer. Very livable for a couple. Show less

This is a great floor plan or living especially if you like a large usable kitchen. All the rooms are a good size and very usable. We have not towed it and do not plan to. We use it as a get away vacation home. This is a nice looking unit. Show less

Bought new. Tanks backwards so it flooded. Shoddy workmanship led to awning replacement. Major slide leak floor dmage etc etc. It looked good but was a mistake. Dont drink the kool aid. We did and we regretted it. Went to a Grand design. Saw yourself the headache. Poor Poor quality. Show less
