This has been the best RV. We have thoroughly enjoyed travel in it. Being a smaller RV we can visit some of the parks a larger RV can not. It has everything you need for month long trips. It is easy to drive, easy to operate, easy to maintain, easy to tow a toad, and very comfortable. The set up after arriving to a park is pretty easy and doesn't take much time at all. We have added a lot of after market extras to make the drive quieter and smoother. We tow a 2013 Chevy Equinox with our RV. It's a great RV!

We purchased this RV to travel with our 2 daughters. The bunkhouse floorplan with 1 1/2 baths is perfect for a family with kids. Some of the things that make it very comfortable for long trips or even full time living are the washer / dryer combo, nice size shower, queen bed in the master bedroom with lots of storage, and nice seating in the living area. We like to turn the driver and passenger seats to the rear and use the removeable table between them as an office area when parked. The dual AC units (1 with heat pump), electric fireplace and dual propane furnaces keep it comfortable year round. There is a lot of basement storage as well. We have been happy with the overall quality of the RV. We have had no major problems. Would highly recommend.

I want to be clear - I wrote REV group trying to resolve the issues - but they obviously could not care less. My spouse is a travelling nurse, specializing in ICU and Critical Care. She stays in the unit when she's on assignment. We bought our Vacationer XE 32A because of the layout. It was ideal for her. (Note - I think I'd avoid the white leather, though ---- it stains super easily) To be fair, HR has built some nice features into cabinetry, as well as furniture. The wood finish is nice for an entry level motor home. Unfortunately, that's where the quality stops. The vehicle shakes and wanders all over the road when we drive it (will be purchasing a steering stabilizer if we opt to keep it). The dealer we purchased it from checked alignment and balance and reported no problems. I conclude it's just a crappy design. Drivability is between poor and fair. The cell phone microphone they put into this unit is awful, and you need to be careful with the driver's seat when you crank the room in. The achilles heel on this thing is the water heater. It works sometimes - but we've never had enough hot water to take a shower (even a short one). We've had it in a nearby shop 3 times with no resolution - and HR just kind of shrugged. The levelling system is tempermental. Seems there's always something going wrong with it. We just disconnected it and bought plastic levellers. (I think that's a highly unsatisfactory situation, but we put up with it because we can work around it). The heat in the under-belly is a great touch - but HR did not hook up the ductwork that goes from the furnace to the bedroom. Result - - cold bedroom. That's just lazy slop. My biggest bone to pick is the way HR handles warranties. The very second it's out, it's out. They just shrug and say "out of warranty." (actually - would be elated if they said that much - they've ignored our attempts) My spouse's passion is saving lives, not fixing motorhomes and supporting mechanic pensions. I'm disappointed, and won't be purchasing another REV Group product.

If you're new to RVs, buy from a dealer who will give you an extensive, detailed walk through. The manual is not helpful at all. My unit has a few bugs. I suppose that's normal. The problem is that the manual gives no reliable guidance. There is nothing "standard" .... id imagine the most common problem with RVs. Thing is, with a 100k , I think it'd be reasonable to expect and get more support and documentation. Many of my unit's components do not match what's in the manual. Makes it very hard to troubleshoot. The directions for leveling are USELESS, and in fact, self contradicting. (One step says to shut the engine off, another says the engine must be running) The directions for the electrical are bad. I've already drained a battery. My water system looks nothing like the manual. Am a bit upset about that, as I desperately need a shower. I'm told my unit has a heat pump, but I see no directions, and have not figured out how to heat the BR.

Personally, I'm very sad to see how rapidly our coach has fallen apart. It is stored indoors for majority of the year, but we have had many issues with it including driving/handling, outlets & lights not working, slides not working properly all the time, awning broke multiple times, trim falling off, weather striping around slide and cubby's falling off, lock to main door malfunctioning, and other items quit working. We have had the majority of these items fixed multiple times at General RV, however they are still a problem. At this point neither REV/Holiday Rambler or General RV will stand behind their workmanship and fix their "repairs" that are still broken. I would not recommend this coach. And sadly, our family loves to travel but with all these continual problems it makes our trips frustrating.

Do not buy one or any Fleetwood product, for that matter. Factory assy is terrible! Main issues are the main slide & water intrusion. Slide was screeching during extend & retract. Three visits to dealer for adjust & lubricate to no avail. Water intrusion on passenger side during heavy rain. Water ran down the back of the outside TV, then made it's way to the bedroom. Dealer was waiting for factory approval to remove, repair/readjust & reinstall the slide. I finally gave up & traded the 7 month old Vacationer for a Tiffin Open Road. Yes, we took a financial hit but feel it will pay off in the long run.

Purchased in January 2017, Been in for Major repairs 6 times to dealershipr denied repairs on major issues wanting more information. For example, Back up camera not working, bad smell coming from holding tank, told crack in tank they didnt believe it had crack, Since had to be taken to Indiana for them to see for themself It did now 6 to 8 weeks for new tank. Havent been able to use because odor so bad we would get sick and it would flood all over. Refrigerator broke, needed to have 4 parts replaced. Front fender came loose driving down highway on first trip had to spend one day in shop on vacation to fix. First trip we took with brand new unit Realy stressful. Three recalls on unit in 6 months, faulty Generator. Radio didn't work had to replace. Latches on refrigerator door fell off caused damage to freezer door. Shower would not drain when grey tank was closed, and empty. Outside kitchen needed to be raised up to open doors and drawers, pump went out on outdoor kitchen caused it to flood, found handfuls of plastic pieces in piping, which caused pump to break. We only took one trip in unit back in february, when purchased. Since then unit has been in for repairs and waiting on approval for MAJOR REPAIRS. Unit has since been taken to Manufacture in Indiana and sits there for 6 to 8 weeks for parts to come in. Our disappointment in this unit is beyond stressful and wish we never made this purchase. In the process of getting a Lawyer.

Tv not working, tub seal leaking water, water pump not working properly, issues with slide, has been fixed but now ice maker doesn't work, house battery doesn't stay charged, side camera broken but has been fixed. The biggest issue is not being able to fuel unless the tank is under half full. Other small things like cabinet door broken, trim work falling off, has been fixed, small tear in sofa and terrible carpentry work on bathroom vanity. Very disappointed with the overall quality of this RV.
