I have had nothing but problems with this toyhaller from day 1. Eclipse customer service is useless! Give them the VIN # and they can't tell you anything but give you another phone#to call that nobody answers! Never again would I purchase anything that has their name on it! I have had nothing but problems with this toyhaller from day 1. Eclipse customer service is useless! Give them the VIN # and they can't tell you anything but give you another phone#to call that nobody answers! Never again would I purchase anything that has their name on it! Hangers broke after tire blowout. If you put an extra pillow you have exceeded your load capacity! Junk!
