Had problem with a cracked kitchen cabinet and they came and replaced it and put a noticable scrape on the stove hood in the process. The large livingroom slide is tipping down and is putting stress on inside wall. Called company and place where it was purchased and both said it wasn't under warranty anymore so there is nothing they will do. I can pay $250 to have them come and look at it. It's a joke that something so expensive only has a one year warranty. My new car cost less and is warranted for years. Will not purchase any Keystone product ever again

The Camper is very sturdy, nice inside and out. Enjoyed camping in it. My issue is on the bottom of the camper is only a thin layer of plastic to keep mice and rodents out. They chewed right through this and distroid my new camper. They have large holes where the plumbing goes in through the floor. Had red squirrels making nest in my camper for the winter, they should have used something better on the bottom side of the camper and not cut large holes for plumbing. Sealed off any holes that were their to keep Animal's out! We have Camped for years and everyone knows you have to protect for this! I guess i had expected buying Brand new camper, they would have done this by now! When talking to service dept. I was told this happens all the time! They said most likely it will be totaled!Im lucky i had insurance. Because of this issue, i will never buy another Coachmen again! Dont understand why you would build such a nice camper and be so cheap to protect your customers from the rodents that are everywere you camp??? Then when i call the service dept. They wont even work to fix it until fall. So i miss the whole year of camping!

Purchased a 2016 323BHDSCK. Spacious, nice looking unit. My family camps 4 times a year so it’s not overused. The issues start—— *The outdoor mini fridge quit working after year 1 *The bathroom sink began to leak *During an outing a shutoff under the kitchen sink blew and water filled the camper in the living area until it made its way out the slide opening (it looked like Niagara Falls) we did have a pressure reducer on *Water over the winter from outside made its way into the unit and froze and created an area of mold. * The fabric on top of the slides (on corners) made contact and the fabric split exposing the wood and allowing water into the slide walls *Now water made it into the front bedroom because of shotty sealant and damaged the interior wall (which is now buckled and soft) I contacted Coachmen and they said it’s out of warranty and nothing can be done. WAY TO STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCT. I had my old unit a Dutchmen for 12 years and nothing ever leaked. ARE THESE UNITS MADE TO BE OUTSIDE???? IF SO, WHY IS SO MUCH WATER COMING IN?

I like that it has a very large rear bathroom, which is great for giving you lots of room for drying off or changing. I also like that it has 2 slideouts that make the main interior living space feel large. What I dislike is that the bedroom is very small - there's barely enough room to walk around the end of the bed. The closets on either side of the bed have a sharp pointy end on them which I've managed to bang into a couple of times in my sleep with my knee. There is absolutely no airflow in this trailer. There are only 2 windows in the main living space and they are both on the non-awning side of the camper. There are 2 windows in the bedroom but the one window on the awning side of the camper is so small that you barely have any air coming in at all, and when the door outside is propped open, the window is almost completely blocked by that door. The bathroom doesn't have any windows - only a single small ceiling vent with fan. Whoever paid the people who created this layout should be fired. The only way there is any airflow is if there's a stiff breeze on the door side, and windows are open in the main living area. You have to either have the air conditioning on all of the time for air flow, or have fans running. Also, having only 2 windows only on one side of the trailer makes the main living area kind of dark. There needs to be a skylight in this area. The only way you can see outside under the awning is to have the door propped open (cause there's no windows on that side of the trailer). The kitchen is okay and functionable. The pull out loveseat is okay, except that it's on the slideout so when you open the loveseat to sleep on it, the foot of the bed is lower than the head because the foot of the bed is not on the slide out. I have to use a cut 2x4 on each leg at the foot of the bed to bring it up to the height of the head. Other than these issues, it's a nice camper.

Can't give a full review. We had ours for 3 months and then totaled it due to hail damage. Bought used at a fair price. Single AC needed some help getting to master bedroom. Back bunkroom was compact but we knew that. I have towed most any type of trailer. I have not had a bumper pull trailer pull this well. Easy to back up etc. Enjoyed it while we had it. Seriously considering going back to Coachmen on our 3rd one. The replacement for this catalina has been a failure.

No air circulation unless the A/C or fan is on and just the fan doesn't really help. If there is a breeze outside there is no way to get the air to flow into/through the camper. No way to stabilize the camper. Every step made is felt by anyone else in the camper.
