We absolutely love our Coachmen Prism 22LE! It’s the perfect RV for traveling, offering both comfort and convenience. We took it on an amazing 18-day trip from California to Canada, and it made the journey effortless and enjoyable. One of the biggest advantages of this RV is how easy it is to park—whether in RV spaces, grocery store parking lots, or even national parks, we never struggled to find a spot. Despite its compact size, it feels spacious and comfortable inside. The reclining sofa is a great touch, and the swivel front chairs allowed us to create a cozy space for entertaining friends. We also took it to Vail, Colorado, and it handled the mountain roads beautifully. The diesel engine performed flawlessly, powering through inclines and descents without any issues. Overall, the Prism 2250LE is a small but mighty RV—perfect for both long adventures and quick getaways. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable, and easy-to-drive motorhome!

Four features set this RV over the top: 1) The open floor plan - upon entering the RV, you step into the kitchen/dinette area. It's then 3 steps or so to the primary bed and bathroom. The driver and passenger seat swivel around and with the slide open, you have ample seating for a larger group. 2) Storage galore internally and externally - the two in the rear are open and connected to each other. The large tubs can hold ice (there's a drain hole) or gear. You can store a lot back there. Internally, there's a 3/4 length closet and so many drawers and cabinets. It's fairly easy to keep the space organized. 3) Freezer - it has a separate and relatively spacious freezer. 4) Indoor and outdoor showers - hose off before you go inside or take a shower inside the warmth of your RV. Heated water available for both. The rest of the RV is wonderful. The interior has shown only small signs of wear. The drawers and cabinets stopped shutting on their own, but we installed some hooks which has solved the issue. The furnace and AC work fantastic and use less propane than expected. We have parked this RV on all kinds of terrain from paved driveways to rock pads to the middle of a field. This RV is very easy to maneuver and has great power. We have a medium-sized dog, and she does very well in the RV both riding in it and camping. We set up her bed near the dinette and still have plenty of room to get around her.

Enter behind the passenger seat up front and find a wide open interior with the u-shaped dinette slide fully extended. There is plenty of seating for everyone at mealtime, overhead cabinets, and a pantry plus wardrobe are also included in the slide. On the opposite side you will find everything you need to cook light meals and snacks on the move. There is a refrigerator, a three burner range with overhead microwave oven, and round sink just inside the entry door to your left. Run away fast! Overall quality is pathetic. I am one very sorry original owner of a Coachmen Prism C-class motor-home. It has had failures from the day I took delivery. The worst of all are hidden plumbing leaks every where. A $545 repair bill replaced about 10 faulty connections and bad fittings, but soon after, more leaks appeared and still continue. NO it wasn't freeze damage. Before cold weather I always drained all hot and cold water lines and tanks, then blew out any possible remaining water with compressed air. A 5-year plumping warranty (WESCO in writing) that came with the RV was denied. The company backing the warranty (WESCO)stated they no longer offer such warranty. Coachmen said they never heard of the warranty. During heavy rain, there is water entry from the cab's right side roof line. All three flimsy 'paper thin' roof vent covers were completely destroyed in a mild 3-minute hail storm allowing rain-water entry directly in from the roof. Nearly all drawer latches broke in the 1st year. A metal window pull separated from a slide window making the window extremely difficult to operate and impossible to lock close. Screws left in the shower door track together with some screws not completely installed made the shower door difficult to operate allowing only a very narrow entry. A forward bulkhead panel screw was screwed into a seat-belt leaving it inoperable. The side-door latch failed due to a broken spring. Near the bed and the inside shower wall, one can see pavement below. Staple heads left exposed caused clothing to catch and tear. Loose plastic trim made closing the bathroom door very difficult without removing and properly reattaching the trim. Stay away from Coachmen (now Forrest River) products. You will be very unhappy and empty your bank account fast. We enjoyed less then 5-7 road trips before this thing began producing serious and costly failures. One very dissatisfied Coachmen (now Forest River) customer.

I will start with some things not acceptable to me. The water pump is mounted just below the shower floor. Extremely noisy and at night when all is quiet will rock you out of bed when the bathroom is used.seems like Coachman built this around the pump pump. Very tight install and a extream pain to work on. I relocated the pump to a space under the coach behind the drivers seat. The work was worth it. Very quiet now. No trouble with Mercedes power. 15-16 MPG. Lots of power and don't mind stopping at a gas station.

After purchasing the RV New near Dallas TX I drove it back to Portland Oregon. The trip was wonderful. This is my first RV so I was uncertain about many thihgs having to do with rv'ing. This rv drives beautifully. It has tons of power for passing and mountains. The engine is quiet and never gave off any black diesel smoke when pushed. I get 15mpg at 55mph. We bought the Seta mattress and it is very comfortable. We also got the optional recliners (2) in place of the U shaped dinette. They are very nice. With a convection microwave and a gas range complete with an oven, we have everything to eat quickly or cook gourmet. I did lots of research before buying. I wanted a two person getaway that was easy to use and maintain. This rv is just what I was looking for.
