2013 2810BHS. Overall- OK. ( get what you pay for) Buy an expensive camper or spend the money upgrading what you have. Ultimately, it’s cheaper to buy an old one and fix it how you want it. Unless you spend $60k or more. Couch and seat cushions are terrible and the industry knows it. ( they don’t care) AC and Water heaters are poorly made by design so you have to replace them. (Replaced both) We use a surge protector, so far so good. Countertops are particle board and delaminate when they get wet. (Another by design failure) As for the roof, I went around all the edges with 6” eterna bond. (Roofs are designed to fail ) Side ports are flimsy and seals fall apart easily. Slide works good, but rubber seal fell apart. (Replaced) We don’t use the stove but it works ok. Replaced the sink faucet because it literally cracked, not froze, just cracked. ( designed to fail) Skylights cracked… designed to fail… Windows have done ok. We run a dehumidifier in the camper due to humid weather so the walls & wall paper are ok. The slide out trim is weak and comes off easily. Screws would have solved that. Shower stall cracked at 4 feet on wall. Poor material, cheaply made, designed to fail. In cause you haven’t noticed, almost everything on a camper is designed to fail. It keeps the industry going Changed out all the lights that got excessively hot to LED. Changed on board battery to Li- Ion 100 amp hour battle born w 10 year warranty. Runs the lights and fridge for days. Installed LED lights in all storage bins Installed LED strips under camper for light at camp. Recovered all furniture. Upgraded mattresses to memory foam Added rack for honey pot transport Added spare tire rack. Added upgraded bumper to haul boat behind camper Upgraded blinds to black outs Installed 2 LED flat screens Buy an expensive camper or spend the money and upgrade.

We liked the large slide room, quality of construction, and as boondockers - the ride height to easily roll over undulations on the backroads of the mountain west.

Front storage is crazy big goes entire width of camper with access on both sides. Center island with large counter tops great for cooking or whatever you want to do inside. Weight is well balanced for the long pull and Large grey and fresh is unheard of in campers today.

We bought this camper new. I had looked at them and was convinced this was for me. The quality of this camper is JUNK. First month the inverter burnt up. They covered it. The stove never worked at about 1/2 heat from day we bought it. After 4 years regulator broke and I replaced it. Wow the stove worked. The refrigerator only works on gas. Replaced water pump. It has power awning with rain dump feature. Yes it dumps the water and when it does the arms bend beyond repair . In the 3d year the water tank fell out wile we were going down the road. I could write a book about this adventure. The inside shower skylight was cracked sometime in the first year. The fuel station pump died twice now. One of the biggest things I hate about it is the edge of the cabinets that covers the plywood shrinks over time. Every piece has shrunk 2 “. The bed sucks because one of you will have to crawl over to get out.

There was no physical evidence until now. Our insurance appraiser told us that it’s been leaking for years buy the amount of damage that has been done. Manufacturers defect. We take care of our stuff, and the warranty department won’t do anything. I peeled back the roof and there was black mold and the wood was totally rotten. This really sucks. Wish I could post pics.

We purchased a brand new 2013 Denali 289rk I love the trailer. It was just what I was looking for. We have had nothing but trouble from day one. From the tire having a plug in it. kitchen tap came off the second year we had the trailer. Jack's didn't work without the remote. Valve stems replaced because they rotted. Had to replace the sky light in the bathroom due to leakage from screws torqued too much. Stereo didn't work. Slide out needed adjustment done twice by the dealership third time took to another trailer place and they fixed our problems. So we thought. Large slide leaked had water in the light fixture over the table took it to the trailer place since the dealership we bought it from is no longer a dutchman dealership. Anyway, took it in to get it fixed the membrane had 13 pinholes that could not be seen and waferboard was rotted. Dutchman wont cover anything they say it was the year and lack of maintenance. We take care of our trailer. It has never seen snow until this year in being fixed. I would never recommend buying a Dutchman product ever. All the damages we had to pay for. Not right that the money you spend on trailers and once they get there money they don't care. Before you consider purchasing a dutchman product think twice. Customer service Is terrible. Contact me if you have any questions
