This is our first class C RV and we are delighted with the use of space. The cabinet space is more than we need and the generator really helps when we boondock. I added an extra battery for a 200 AH system and it works great. We were nervous at first because of a faulty window shade but the dealer corrected it without charge. We have 4 camping trips under our belt and are ready for much more. It gets about 9 mpg on a ford E350 chassis but with the 55 gallon gas tank we get lots of miles on a full tank! Show less

Bought last fall had nothing but problems Water pump issues Furnace never worked had no wiring to it A/C blew fuses because incorrect wiring No heat to bathroom or kitchen still waiting for Thor slow approval been waiting 23 days so far Cabinet doors in bedroom when you pull handle to open mirror falls out Drawers in kitchen all of them open at times during travel all weak magnets Thor brags about quality what a joke they are! Thor Motor Coach ranks LESS THAN ZERO stars in my opinion. I just hung up on a man who had indicating that he IS THE WARRANTY department before proceeding to deflect and blow smoke up his own ass with his ridiculous levels of excuses. My wife and I recently purchased a 2022 31ft Thor Quantum with a Ford 350 Chassis. From the very day we purchased it the refrigerator and freezer unit has not worked among others. I have had my dealership send out their mobile techs 3 times now to attempt to resolve the issue the third being today! My dealership has been on top of the matter and is now attempting to do what they can to solve the issue. In the meantime, my service tech suggested that I call Thor to attempt to reason an alternative solution out so we can finally correct our problem and so that we can finally have an operative unit. When I called Thor and spoke to the "man" in the warranty department it was clear from the beginning that all of his defenses were in place. Perhaps because they receive so many complaints that they have become numb about any customer issues. I started my conversation very reasonably and simply requested that they swap out the unit for one that works. Instead, he provided every reason why they cannot do that without first receiving approval from their vendor WHICH requires a litmus test of items that can take weeks or months to work through. This guy was such an asshole that because of him we will NEVER work with Thor again EVER! Not one thing he said provided any customer service solutions but rather deflecting and just passing the problem onto someone else. ZERO accountability and certainly LESS THAN ZERO customer service and/or support. If I were the owner of Thor I would fire his ass immediately! If I could have pulled him through my phone to kick his ass I would have. My recommendation, do not buy a Thor unit because they will not stand behind their product and only will deflect and run from the problem. Respectfully, Rick S. Show less

We purchased our new motor home from Motor Home Specialist in Alvarado Texas. The motorhome in question doesn't even have 2000 miles on it and has only been used for a total of 2 days. Thor customer service has been non-existent and probably the worst customer service I have ever seen. Below is a list of the issues we have found as of now. 1. The covering on the cabinets is peeling off on the corners and wrinkling up near the roof line on the interior. 2. A piece of the interior trim in the bathroom was not attached or became unattached. 3. We had water incursion through a ceiling mounted light about the bed. I believe this was due to a tear in the roof membrane. How it tore, I have no idea we have only used the motorhome 2 days. 4. While using the motorhome over the 4th of July weekend we experienced a vapor leak from the black water tank. The smell was nauseating at times and seemed to originate in the area of the vent pipe coming from the tank and going to the roof. 5. After running the AC and then turning it off we experienced a large amount of water draining from the AC back into the cabin area. 6. Today, we experience what I believe to be the catastrophic water leak into the cab (drivers and passengers) area of the motorhome. I discovered that the area between the chassis roof and the cab over bunk area was not sealed properly and in some places not sealed at all. This allowed an unknown amount of water to infiltrate the interior of the vehicle. The level of damage that has occurred or has been put in motion due to water saturation is not known. 7. The seal area on the drivers side that bridges or ties the roof and side walls together is not sealed properly which has lead to corroding screw fasteners. It appears that some of the screw heads were also broken off during the assembly process. 8. One of the mounting bolt for the AC was found to be broken. The head of the bolt was also snapped off and it appears the AC unit is not tight to the roof/ceiling. 9. I found one of the marker lights in the front above the cab over bunk was not inserted all the way which I also believe has lead to water intrusion. 10. The hot and cold water for the shower was plumbed backwards. I turned on what I thought was the cold water and it turned out to be the hot water. Damn near burned the skin off my hand. Show less

This camper is junk and thor does not want to cover anything. Battery issues less than 3 months. They say it's a generic battery due to they do not know how long it will sit at dealer. We paid out of pocket to replace the battery so we could use the lights on the road with the generator. Propane sensor not working 1st trip from FL to TN park at location slide out doesn't work. Motor went out mobile rv replaced it covered by thor but we paid out of pocket for labor. Again less than 6 months of purchase. When we signed Paperwork and drove it , it pulled to the left. Dealer said take it to Ford Alignment is covered under warranty. Nope it was not and thor will not cover it either. Toilet leaked caused floor to bubble. Awning doesn't want to close. Then the relay went out on the slide-out. The list keeps growing. I do not recommend this unit. We understand all rvs have issues, but have never ever had a manufacturer tell is the items are maintenance items and are not coveted!!! Less than 6 months of purchase Show less

The purchase of a thor quantum motor-home has been the worst mistake of my life i have owned it for 5 months and has been in the shop 4 times all for electrical issues ,had almost 300 mile on it when i took possession and it now has only 900 miles we camped in it 1 time and every time we have wanted to use it we have had problems ,contacted thor motor coach today and i was given no satisfaction in fact rodney the thor rep. My complaints were not that sever and i should let the dealership take care of the warranty issues ,we purchased this vehicle to take to texas for the winter ,bottom line i don't trust in to get me there and back ,i want a replacement or my money back . The price i payed ,the quality of the vehicle and the way i have been treated ,i would never buy a thor again Show less
