BUYER BEWARE: Our brand new 2022 Forest River Heritage Glen 308RL is the poorest quality of anything I've ever bought. It has had more problems than I could have even imagined. The craftsmanship is a horrible, and for a quality rating, I'm generous giving it a 0 . There's ZERO warranty support, and no way to get in touch with a real person at Forest River. Voicemails are unreturned as I'm sure they're inundated with complaints. Further, in the even of a warranty issue, the manufacturer and dealership simply put the owner in the middle, each side blaming the other, but neither willing to resolve the issue under warranty. It took 9 months to get a replacement part, only to find that it was the wrong part, and after waiting for delivery, we were notified that the warranty expired, and we were no longer covered. Not surprisingly, the $5,000 add-on warranty we purchased from the dealership also did not cover the issue either. Lastly, now that the unit is 2 years old, the value is at 30% of what we paid for it! Basically $50,000 worth of firewood. Of all the mistakes I've made in my life, this was the most financially catastrophic! Keep looking. Show less
