Although we purchased our Vintage Cruiser new from a dealership which had no on-site service area, small issues we found during our first outting were taken care of under warranty with NO issue. We've greatly enjoyed the Vintage look of our camper and are often the talk of the campground. With Gulfstream being the only major Entirely Family Owned RV manufacturer in the industry, issues with parts, warranty and repairs are much more smooth to resolve. They even have you tube videos of how to do repairs and replacements and PLUS have an emergency number for "on the road" issues. Of course things are going to come up as your pulling a fully functioning house down the road, we just feel when they do pop up, your not on your own with a Gulfstream product. PS We've owned 2 other major brands in the past.

This our 4 the RV travel trailer. We have gone from a hard sided pop ,to a forest river micro lite, to a heartland mallard 28. The vintage cruiser just ticked all the right box's for us. Tows easy, plenty comfortable ( we did switch out the mattress) and looks fabulous. We are towing with a f150 it is probably more than it needs but I have had under powered tow vehicles and this is better. The RBS layout we thought was the most usable of the 19 ft floor plans with a bigger bathroom and a more usable kitchen. The dealer has been more exceptional as far as RV dealers go. Any issues we had where small and taking car of quickly. We recommend travel camp in Brooksville as a good place to buy a camper

My 2021 StoryTeller Overland Beast Mode has been such a joy to own. I looked at other Class B Sprinter based campers, and nothing compared to STO, in the non-custom build market. The coach is a solid build with so many thought out features. The biggest selling point, besides build quality, is the battery capacity. The Volta lithium bank seems endless and combined with Boost mode and the 2nd alternator, I never ran out of power. The team at STO is awesome as well. It's rare you find a company that cares about their product and customers. They have been there with any question and a couple of minor repairs with no issue. Short of going full custom, you won't find a better RV company out there. Truly an A+ organization!

Bought this rugged 4x 4 Mode from Adventureland Campers in July 2020. Brand new Mercedes Sprinter van. Liveability and design, perfect. But when Mercedes Sprinter Van lost both wheel sensors on snowy road, we limped into Chicago and have been without our vehicle for 2 months now, because no one at Mercedes Headquarters in Sandy Springs, GA want to warranty their design flaw on a new vehicle with less that 10K miles! And since we have to go through Mercedes North America HQ, because you buy directly from RV dealers, the consumer is basically on their own for support and support has been pitiful. Buy directly from a dealer who stands behind their products. This has been a huge regret on our part.
