Five months after our $300,000 purchase we are still struggling to get our issues fixed. Large scuff mark on interior passenger side door panel. Known defective generator has been replaced, non functioning light switch replaced, four defective sensors connected to Firefly system replaced two still showing defaults. With forced communication with generator company we had to get LTV service involved. We're dealing with alot of guess work solutions and constantly initiating phone calls, emails and getting very little guidance or support. The repair company trying to help us has had to work with very little support and long delay in get paid for his work. The level of frustration and purchase regret is over the top for us. We are stuck with this and don't know where to turn. Never did I think we'd still be in this situation with no hope. Our confidence in this brand is zero. We haven't even used the vehicle.....very apprehensive to go on a roadtrip as we are expecting more problems.

We must have looked at dozens of RV trailers before purchasing the Intech Sol Eclipse Rover. The only disappointment is that most of the cabinet trim is literally falling off the cabinet bottoms and sides. Our RV was used twice and stored in a covered storage. I was shocked when i found the trim laying everywhere. The worst wasn’t that apparently bad glue was used , after contacting the dealer AND eventually Intech neither would stand by their product or even provide info on what glue to use. Very disappointed in their warranty and customer service. Trim should not peel off in one year especially when we kept the trailer immaculate and in covered storage. Intech even admitted they’d had many complaints about this issue 🙁

Bought a 2025 stratus venture 261vrb from great American tv in defuniak springs Florida. Went on a 4 month trip around the USA Overall not many issues. One issue was the 20 amp gfci bkr that fed the outlets for where the washer and dryer would plug in 120vac was wired incorrectly at the factory. As soon as u plugged anything in the bkr would trip free. Took the dealership some time to troubleshoot this issue and wire the bkr correctly. Second issue was the reception wiring for cable/antanne broke after 2 months. Dealership troubleshot and found numerous loose connections and a bad splitter. Third issue was electric fireplace broke after 3 months. Dealership replaced it. 4th issue was the slide out stove fell off its sliders after 3 uses. Dealership fixed 5th issue was the blinds by the couch and dining table had the lower piece come off. Dealership fixed these. Last issue was the shower head was clogged with piping debris from installation. Had to clean out bits of plastic plumbing pipe to get decent water flow. It took a month to get warranty work approved. And another month to get parts.

This might be worth a read. Beware! I think I should share out experience buying our Leisure Travel Van. We first saw this Unit 4 years ago at and RV show and we loved it. Purchased this unit in Ontario Canada and moved to Newfoundland Canada. Once our motor home was delivered to the dealer I flew to Ontario to bring out Van home. When I arrived at the dealership I noticed that the side of the van had a paint run. The sun highlighted the defect. I was provided with a quick demonstration. When I asked questions about the mechanical components I was instructed to read the manufactures recommendations!? Also was told there is a fee if I need to revisit the orientation at some point. If you read some reviews several Leisurer Travel Van Owners have had 4 hour demostrations with a NO fee follow up to go over any questions the owners may have. In summary , paint defect, sub standard demo for a unit that cost About $ 300 000 plus, based on options. Offered a me a follow up for a fee! Interesting. I put my faith in the dealership. Their ( Reviews are mixed) I went over every thing they offered in their demo. The young lady that did the walkabout with me, took a picture of the paint issue and I have asked twice that she send a picuture to us. Presenlty I have not had anything sent to me. Once I told the dealership that I am returning to Newfoundland with my new motor home, they told me that since I am no longer living in the area, I will have to reach out to the closest dealer to me. For us, this dealer in Nova Scotia. Depending on season ,this could be either a 12 0r 7 hour ferry ride & then an 6-8 hour drive. The dealer we purchasded from expressed that this is Leisure Travel Vans policy. I had little chance to protest , they were firm on this policy..... I have reached out to the Dealership in Nova Scotia several times to inquirer about some wiring . They responded ONCE. This is important to know! Once I returned home I was reviewing all the features of the unit. The generator was malfunctioning. I forwared a picture to RVMP - manufacture. They surprisingly indicated a problem with propane generator so quickly & I have recieved the new part.... I have been looking for someone that can do the repair on my new generator. After 3 weeks of phone calls and e mails. NO luck. RVMP only offered a few places to look. Companies they could simply get out of a Google search. They did not find us a repair shop. RVMP has a phone # you can call. Leave a voice message. They might get back to, they might not. Most my emails have had a friendly response, but little action. I managed to find a retired RV tech that would take on this job. This contact was from someone in the area. Further I found one of the remote switched in the bedroom was not working . 2 faults indicated for propane and fresh water. I am not even using the RV, So I contacted Leisure Travel Van directly ( Service & Warranty). They forwarded me a new switch and contacted RVMP - generator manufacture to get things moving. I did contact Sicards RV In Smithville Ont. Regarding all the issues. The only person that has contacted me was the salesman. He was upset about the honest review I posted with the Leisure Travel Vans site and how will this look to his supervisors? He did not ask about our repairs. You have to wonder?? BEFORE YOU BUY: Ask about the repairs while traveling. Is there a repair shop in your city or one near buy. Not just the generator , but all the equipment LTV does not cover! Ask about what will be demonstrated the day you pick up your unit. Go over all your paper work carefully. Slow it down. We like the LTV Brand, however, support from your dealership might not be there. We believe, our dealer couldn't care in least! Our buying exeperince went from anticaption and excitement to a $300 000 Regret... WE hope this may help in some way.

The gally does not have much storage. The area under the sink should have had storage built in like other rvs. The microwave/convention oven should have a right side hinged door for better access. The front storage doors under the beds should have been hinged on the right side so a person does not have to reach over the doors to access the area. The area can be accessed from the top but it is difficult to lift your fthe doors with the mattresses on them. The GPS can be used with the Ford app at $495 a year or through your phone. In one week I used 30 gigs of data using the gps.. the unit drives nicely and my first 1200 mile miles i got 16 mpg. The 400w solar keeps the 540a lithuim batteries charged. The generator is a plus. In the large rear storage area there is only a 12v cigarette lighter outlet not a 120v receptacle as shown on youtube. The refrigerator and freezer work well with storage area in the freezer. The heat did not work if turned on after tempatures dipped below 50 degrees. I called 24/7 road side assistance number 5 hours ago and still waiting for a tech to call back. I called again and asked for mobil repair locations, I am in Maryland and they were giving me Florida service numbers. I was told to ask if they do warranty work on leisure RV 's before having them come out. I finally recieved 2 numbers within 70 miles neither will work on leisure vans. I called the dealership I purchased from 686 miles away and they are having me drive back so they can fix it. Thank you Southland RV.

We have a 2023 Riverside Retro 13.5. We bought the camper new. We sized down to a small camper so we could tow with our Jeep Wrangler. The camper has not had any problems and we have had dozens of trips in it. It was one of the few campers at this size that checked all the boxes. We love the full size fridge and dry bath. We have the Elite and like the ADZELL siding too. My biggest complaint is the awning. It works fine but the arms are very low. Coming from the rear door, it is very easy to bang your head on the low arms and we have a lot. The only other complaint is the upholstery on the sofa is very delicate. I keep a futon cover on it because we take our pups and this has kept it damage free. We feel for the price point, amenities and tow ability the camper has been a good value.

I (second owner) have owned this travel trailer for 5 years and have traveled with it cross country four times in addition to running a number of short trips to national parks (Grand Canyon, Glacier National, Crater Lake) and it has provided a safe and comfortable shelter for two adults and two small dogs in both freezing (<15F) and extreme hot (>105F) weather. After traveling thousands of miles, I have found that this trailer has held up very well and looks to be on the road for many more years due to being well maintained and properly operated. Storage includes not only kitchen cabinets, but also storage under the bed (which pivots up to allow access and storage under the dinette benches. Both areas have been used to store tools, repair parts, dry food, blankets and many other items used on month long trips. Storage accessed externally is enough to store a hitch, load balancing bars, chock blocks, power cables, wi-fi antenna pole, and cleaning supplies. Vaulted ceiling, insulated skylights, 2" insulated side walls, double wall front with extra-tall diamond plate, sealed floor to keep holding tanks from freezing, and heavy-duty forced air 25,000 BTU furnace combine to keep the inside warm. I have used this trailer in temperatures down to 15F with no problem. After market modifications include installing all LED lights inside and outside; a 12V shut-off switch; addition of a half cabinet to provide additional storage; a new stove/oven; new awning; side and rear view cameras used during travel; locked battery storage box; and flex armor applied to the roof. The 19B is a well-built and designed travel trailer that optimizes convenience and ease of use in a small space that makes it ideal for "traveling" cross country in any weather. Anyone wanting more space simply needs to buy a bigger trailer. As my first RV, I could not have bought a better trailer.

I’ve purchased the rig used at 15 years old. At this point I’ve owned her for 3 years drive. 12k and camped for about 100 nights during that time. The house structure: body, roof, windows, etc have been solid. The paint as some very minor checking. The house is solid and is very quiet going down the road. The engine, trans and spartan mid engine chassis work extremely well. This is a very quick coach and even flat tows my 4Runner well. Steering and road feel is great and is as planted as newer coaches. Having the engine and transmission in the middle of the coach is a well balanced ride and more neutral steering than other 40+ foot coaches. Great true 4 season coach. All electric and diesel only. RV king bed with additional sink in bedroom while still having a sink in toilet room. The garage moving floor makes loading bikes or 4 wheeler a breeze. This coach is great and everywhere I go it’s a unicorn. Negatives: This is a mid engine Coach so basement storage is not the same as other pushers. To support high of the garage some head room is taken away from the bedroom. Ceiling is about 6’7” in bedroom. Mid engine location makes that some engine servicing must happen from inside the Coach, more than with a pusher however all servicing components are accessible. Engine sound in the kitchen area is as loud as it would be in the bedroom of a pusher. Summary: This is a premium well build coach. This is perfect for owners needing the garage function while still having towing power and 4 season flexibility.
