I purchase in 2020. Right away it had a knock in slide on the 600 mile trip home. Dealer said best to take to factory to resolve. Factory trip was worth it they fixed it. Hydraulic hose cut due to hose routed incorrectly. Hydraulic motor failed A cheap China product. Tankless water heater leaked because of a faulty O-Rings. Switchover box failed. Fake leather bench and sofa are flaking. 18k and just my wife and I. Wallpaper coming loose. If you want a fixer upper get a Thor! Oh just remembered had to replace water vavle system. Show less

You would think that for the price paid you would get quality interior. The couch is fake leather which in all units, PEALS!! Unreal to have such cheap furniture that doesn't hold up. Will for sure NEVER buy Thor again. The cabinets are cheap as well, c'mon - surely for what we have to pay you can do better. Show less

This is our first class C RV and we are delighted with the use of space. The cabinet space is more than we need and the generator really helps when we boondock. I added an extra battery for a 200 AH system and it works great. We were nervous at first because of a faulty window shade but the dealer corrected it without charge. We have 4 camping trips under our belt and are ready for much more. It gets about 9 mpg on a ford E350 chassis but with the 55 gallon gas tank we get lots of miles on a full tank! Show less

This is the poorest quality I have ever seen in my life . I am the second owner of a barely used coach with only 18k miles. Grey water drain does not line up with the access hole underneath, making it impossible to connect. Restroom sink hooks into black tank, making teeth brushing a real appetizer. No spare tire??? I thought I got a real good price, but ended up out of pocket for ridiculous repairs due to zero quality control. Take my advice and stay away from this company. Show less

Having lighted storage compartments washreat for finding stuff when arriving late night at camping sites. Great camping anywhere with the dual maintenance free batteries and generator that lasted many days and very quiet.loved automatic overhead cabin bed for guests up to 300 lbs.plenty of room with slide outs for captains recliners to open to relax to read book, check phone or watch TV. Smooth ride due to air ride suspension No problems with it i bought it used. Now it is 15 years old and still going strong i would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a diesel pusher. Only draw back is it only sleeps 4 but that is enough for what we use it for Show less

I've been full time in this RV for 18 months and I tow a Chevy Colorado with a motorcycle in the back. The Ford powertrain is great with plenty of power and no issues. Currently 25k on the motor. The motorhome part has had zero issues that were the result of poor workmanship. Some just have more problems. I got lucky. The floorplan really works as an office as well since I wfh. Show less

I owned this model for several years. It handles better than other large gas class A vehicles. The sky bunk is an excellent option for kids and provides so much additional space. This rv sleeps 10 comfortably. The garage is so big it can handle several motor cross bikes, off road vehicles, or even a smart car. Show less
