This was one of the worst purchases I have ever made and need to warn others about how poorly made these travel trailers are. Pros: nice design Storage Cons: Furnace only heats bedroom Cabinets broke first time opening Warped walls Handles all crooked Permanent marker all over floor from builder Broken slide Leaky kitchen sink Loud refrigerator Broken trimming Uncomfortable couch Decals peeling off within 6 months Grey water tank good for 4 short showers (they divided the 60 gallon grey water in half. One full half for a kitchen sink and the other for the entire bathroom... makes no sense) Overall this trailer is built like absolute garbage. They used the cheapest material and poorest craftsmanship. Being sold as a an "extended season" trailer it is completely useless in cold weather due to the placement of the furnace. The walls are completely bowed and warped making the bathroom door impossible to close. This trailer looked great on the lot but before we could even use it, absolutely hate it now. I would never purchase from heartland ever again. Show less
