Because of the limited towing capacity of our vehicle the Shasta Compact 16RE was the perfect option. Campers with slide outs, longer lengths, and a dual axel were too heavy. Because of the limited towing capacity of our vehicle the Shasta Compact 16RE was the perfect option. Campers with slide outs, longer lengths, and a dual axel were too heavy. I don't feel like I'm sacrificing anything with this camper. The bed is large, there is a lot of storage space, I like that it has a shower and a toilet.
I wish it had a table but we opted for the model with a couch since we typically eat outside.
