This RV has the best floorplan, however, SO many issues. The cupboards fall off/open during transit, shelves fall in pantry, furniture is falling apart (desk chair broke day 2 of use, recliners do not shut properly, falling apart), the sliding doors in bedroom/bathroom fall off track constantly, leaks in laundry room & kitchen, sinks starting to rust, microwave isn't working properly, bathroom drawers constantly open during transit & do not open/shut properly & are falling apart. Everything about the RV is CHEAPLY made. Afterc6 months, this RV shouldn't have so many issues. We were hit in rear & totaled RV. We are going with a Brinkley or Alliance. Will pay more for better quality. Stay away from Forest River Brands. Show less

We bought our slide in northern light truck camper brand new in 2023…. We have used it two full seasons. Some of the lightbulbs are out already on the awnings. We have had to glue in trim and vents ourselves, but the biggest thing that bothers us is the hardware in the bathroom. The toilet started leaking. first time we used the camper!! We tried to fix it several times to no avail. The mirror in the bathroom has hardware that is not stainless steel and is rusting and the mirror is not of very good quality because it is chipping along the bottom. Show less

This is the 3rd new camper I have purchased from this manufacturer. If you are familiar with this company, you are familiar with the low attention to detail. The deigns are great, the assembly is the worst. I really liked all three of my campers. I hate to write a bad review. On this last camper I wont list all the problems, but it was the worst. The company started out like they were going to help, but in the end they can not even return emails. Frankly I can not understand how these campers, leave the warehouse with some of the issues I've seen. I will go elsewhere for my 4th camper. Good bye SunLite LTD! Show less

We love it, 100% self contained, easy to load and unload and remote Jacks for leveling. No problems of any kind with it for us. heated shower, roof mount AC and power antenna for 32in TV/DVD , has Microwave, two burner stove, 3way fridge/freezer, I'm 6ft4in and the bed fits me fine, has am/fm stereo with indoor and outdoor speakers. This camper is put together nice and totally self-contained with a shower heating and cooling and all you need to have a good camping experience. DAV vet US Marines. We took it on two seven day trips and put in a memory foam mattress and slept good I'm 6'4 and didn't touch my head or my feet on the big bed it will sleep three adults. Show less

We have owned this camper for 4 years. Love the floor plan and the head room above the bed. These are very well built campers, but there were a few problems that were taken care of under the 1 year warranty. We then had a crack start forming in the fiberglass at year 2 and worked with the dealer to get this covered under warranty as the camper has a 6 year structural warranty. It was interesting that the manufacture 1st denied to cover the repair as they did not warranty the fiberglass. After some back and forth they agreed to provide the materials and the dealer would perform the repair. It didn’t make it home from the dealer before it cracked again. They then shipped it back to Canada for repair at the factory and it has been trouble free since. I was impressed with way Northern Lite stood behind their product. I highly recommend their products. One day after the camper was set on our permanent spot we noticed the floor was separating. My husband called the dealer and someone came to look at it. The only thing that the warranty would allow for repairs was to sand the plywood section that was sticking up. The repair man said that the plywood was actually breaking apart, but Salem won’t replace it. We now have two other spots in our floor that are doing the same thing. In addition to this, the shelving in the pantry is falling apart and the shelves are falling. We only have spices on these shelves. This camper is a year old. Disappointed in the quality of this camper, and incredibly disappointed in the lack of cooperation with the warranty. Show less

This is a higher quality trailer on so many levels. No wood/no rot/all alluminum allows the owner to deal with any water issues without experiencing wood damage. The appliances are high quality. The refrigerator works great while boon docking and uses very little gas. We have owned the Livinlite for almost 7 years and wish they were still made. Comparable trailers now cost three times the cost. The low tongue weight with 2 Dexter axles provides a superior tow experience. Show less

we are a family of 6 and traded up from a tow behind 32'. I thought this would be great but every time I look at one thing something else fails or is not working. there is a slit in the floor by the heat register. awning has a hard time coming in, scratches in the counter top on the island, stove not igniting. with the ac on you could hold a lighter up to any vent and it will not blow out. Sound bar not hooked up to tv, 3" hole in the floor between wall and fridge. bathroom door not closing. (trailer is level). trim around sliding door as a few screws that are coming out. screws on drawer handles are not in straight and are damaging the trim when you close them, no shelf under sink exposed wires. screen door lock is not there on the door jam. this was our first new trailer and we were excited to get titbit did not notice these thing till we were using it. not sure what to do. the dealer keeps telling up we need to wait for parts to come in but we keep finding problems and that two weeks keep getting further and further away. Bought this unit new. Price was a major consideration. The unit is very well optioned with quality appliances with all of the bells and whistles. Switches and controls are placed in awkard places. The toilet in the shower stall looks nice, but is not the most efficient use of this space. The jacks worked loose when the unit was two years old having pulled the mounting bolts out of the wood structure. I removed the jacks, installed aluminum backing plates, reinstalled the jacks using 3M 5200 marine sealer, and it's secure to this day. Never seen any evidence of water leaks, however I reseal annually. Unit looks new at 8 years old, however it's stored in a garage when not in use. Very comfortable! We upgraded the mattress. This thing is heavy, so a dually is needed! Not the best camper for winter use, as the insulation is not great. The AC unit, electric heat strip, or gas furnance are well capable of keeping it comfortable in hot or cold weather. The actual structure of the unit is very sturdy. We would buy this again as we enjoy traveling in it. I traded a very old Lance 10.10 in on it because the Lance leaked around the front window causing a lot of damage. The TL has a front fiberglass cap preventing any chance of a leak in that area. . Show less
