This is a basic trailer, but it is easy to tow and has all of the basics you need plus 100W solar and off road tires. It is perfect for weekend or overnight stays. However! There are a few Cons about it. 1. The bathroom is too small and the shower inside is worthless. 2. You cannot pull out the shelves in the fridge because the bathroom door is in the way. Bad design. 3. The fold down futon sofa is too hard on one side and too soft on the other. There is no good fix to make it comfortable. 4. The fold down bunk only holds 100 lbs... So not good for a bigger child. 5. The solar does not run the A/C. Other than those complaints, we are happy with it because it serves our needs. We didn't need anything fancy and spend most of our time outdoors. Most of the time, it is just the two of us and the dog.

My wife and I are Alaska residents. As such, prepping for winter on the 16bh is a snap! All of the drain points are located in easy to reach areas. The fresh water tank (after draining) separates from the pump, there is a separate pick up hose that draws the antifreeze into the lines. All that's needed is open the valves and the antifreeze pumps in! Slick and fast! The quality, fit, and finish are excellent. With 18 hours of summer daylight, the solar panel works great! Longest trip last year culminated in a total of 1800 miles. Not a single problem! 100%+, well thought out! Could not be happier. FYI, our tow vehicle is a Buick Enclave. The 16bh is a dream to tow, and it's weight is far less than capacity. I would fate this unit at "ten stars" if the program would allow for it!

Floorplan is livable and setting up is easy. The hydraulics work well so far but the self lever doesn't quite know where level is. The heater works. Both AC units have died, but even when they worked they couldn't put a dent in the high temperatures. It's like living in a soda can. Beware of the stairs because they both are faulty. One broke then a month later the other one did too. The first one almost killed me. Two of the four locks on the storage compartment doors don't work but maybe someone tried to break in, I dunno. There is a water leak somewhere and when I tried to see where it was coming from I could see the ducts under the floor and it, along with all the water and gas lines, look like a blind five year old put them in. Ducts are crushed and the water and gas lines look like spaghetti. Almost forgot, one of the awnings ,for no reason at all, just decided to let the material part go. I bought this thing brand new and it is the worst decision I have made since I was 20.

I purchased it privately when it was two years old. I was told the hot water tank had already been replaced. There are so many poor quality issues I don't know were to start. One of the biggest issues for me is the fact there is no insulation in the walls. My neighbors might as well be sitting in my unit as I can hear everything. Yes one A/C can't come close to cooling it. 85 outside 85 inside but no humidity. Close the drawers in the kitchen and you can still see the drawer slide ends . Cheap vent fans with small fans blades don't really exhaust any air. I can go on and on but you get the picture. I know most RVs are far from perfect but I definitely would never buy a Prime Time again. I could have gotten a much better built unit for the same price I paid. Looks good but that's it .

We have owned our Crusader since new and we love it. I’m surprised by some of the comments on quality. We had a few issues but our dealership stood behind what they sold and repaired any problems. We love the spaciousness, the ample amount of storage and the open floor plan. This is a great rv for couples and there’s even room for grandkids on the comfortable pull out couch. Towing is a breeze. Setting up at camp takes minutes with auto leveling. We

Here we have a 37’, a front bedroom, but, wait, no room for a queen size bed, only the short queen; kitchen lights over the sink where you have to walk all the way to the panel to turn off; the crappiest cheap fan in the bathroom; absolutely no outlets in the main living room slideout; an outdated soundbar; only one(!) a/c vent in the bedroom, making the noisiest secondary a/c unit you ever heard a necessity; useless tiny bathroom sink; cheap(extra cheap) faucets; my 2018 rv had frameless windows, nope not on this 2021; no rear ladder for rooftop access(unless you spend$$); cable and sewer connections placed so as to require extensions; a kitchen with a beautiful cooktop, but no oven(a microwave only is standard, even though every ad shows a convection oven; outlets placed to be in the most inconvenient spot possible.

Loved the Lacrosse floorplans, so when we looked for a full-time living rv, we chose the bunk model, so we could turn the bunk room into an office/laundry/storage room. After spending some time in it, these are the glaring, poorly designed issues: 1.Seriously, a luxury rv that cannot fit a queen size bed? A short queen, yes, but I’m 6’3 and it’s just stupid design. 2. Seriously, go to the panel to turn off the over kitchen sink lights, then go back to the panel to turn off the lights? A switched light would make too much sense. 3. Seriously, you need to take the refer door off to remove the glass refer shelves. 4. No power anywhere on any of the 3 slideouts. 4. My 2018 had frameless windows, this has the sold old technology , trouble prone framed windows. 5. Very poorly designed, inefficient and noisy ducted roof a/c . Only one duct in the bedroom and one in the bunkroom. 6.no roof ladder. 7. All the water hose and tv cable connections are at the front of the rv, which means extensions for all those.

My major complaint is the toilet is too close to the vanity in the bathroom. Crawling over your mate to go to the bathroom while sleeping is inconvenient as well. Only reason i gave Warranty/support a 3 was I never needed any support and I bought it used. My sixth camper overall.

worst experience in my life. bought a travel trailer noticed many things wrong. mentioned it to them after they ignored us for a month or longer. then they finally had us bring it in to them in December. been calling, sending emails, no response. then when we call and complain, yes we swore at them it had been 4 months of being ignored, they called us and said it wasn't a good fit because we were rude and we needed to come pick it up and that they still didn't fix anything 4 months later. not one time did the manager call us to see what they could do to make it right with our first purchase. I would love to hear from the owner or director. horrible horrible.
