Absolutely love this vehicle!!! We bought this to have a nice vehicle to travel in and were blown away at the quality of the build out. The attention to detail is second to none, the quality of the cabinetry, the choice of appliances, the floor plan, the overall design and versatility are just amazing. We own a business and run it from this vehicle as we travel. For us the front and rear work stations are what sold us. We can each have our own work station and not be in conflict with each other. The Mercedes 3500 chassis, once we upgraded the suspension, is a dream to drive. It has every bell and whistle you can think of from adaptive cruise control to lane assist, blind spot monitoring, amazingly clear back up camera, 7 speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters, MBUX multimedia system with built in navigation and any other function you can think of. Pleasure Way chose the Truma Aqua-Go tankless water heater with circulating pump for continuous hot water flow, a full wet bath with toilet, sink, and shower. Stainless steel kitchen sink, very nice high arch center pull out faucet, electric induction cook top, huge galley area, compressor driven refrigerator with small freezer, microwave oven, and very nice Corian counter tops. A Truma Vario Heat furnace, air conditioner, propane generator, 200 amp hour lithium coach batteries, 3 solar panels, and a 2000 watt inverter. The coach can be plugged in to shore power, run off the solar panels, run off the propane generator, or off the 220 amp alternator from the engine. It has an out door shower, 2 out door 120 volt outlets, and an out door propane adapter for a grill. You can put out the power awning with LED lights, plug in a TV or what ever electric appliance you want to run, set up a table ang grill right outside the side door of the RV. I've camped for 4 days straight with no electric hook ups, took 2 showers, flushed toilet, washed dishes, cooked, and worked in the RV all day and never lost power, water, or propane. I've dry camped for 4 days with temps in the teens at night. Stayed nice and warm, used RV antifreeze to flush toilet, bottled water to drink and rinse dishes, ran the propane generator and used solar power for electric and never lost power or had to leave the site. Amazing!!! This is all in a class B RV!!! It's so versatile. I can park almost anywhere, we average 17.5 miles per gallon on highway, has a diesel engine that has the power to take us anywhere we want to go. The ride is smooth, way more quiet than I ever thought it would be, and my wife even loves to drive it. I can't say enough good things about the quality of this Pleasure Way build out. It's elegant but tough, comfortable, but rugged, gorgeous to look at and absolutely fun to drive. I can't believe I get to own this vehicle!!!!

This year so far replaced the LP regulator as frig would not work, only lasted 2 days, then toilet broke, had to find replacement, not easy due to COVID no stock. finally found a plastic replacement. frig not working again, replaced solenoid valve assembly including burner. Working but not 100% correct, still trying to correct, Dealer not very helpful. No parts have to do our own part hunting. Mercedes 3500 great to drive highway, mountains and small back roads.

We have truly loved every minute in our Pleasure-Way since we drove it off the dealer's lot in January 2015. Even though it has over 70,000 miles, it is still in pristine condition. We use it on average of 5 - 6 months a year, spending three months in the Florida Keys for the past 5 winters. We are saddened to see it go but we're simply getting too old to drive long distances any longer.

Bought a Plateau ts 2018 in October 2018 at 20,000 km from a Pleasure way dealer. Had problems with defective sensors for black and grey holding tanks, the Fiamma awning is unusable since our purchase, and now there is a safety recall, awning can open while driving, nothing less. It happens to us last July, fortunately just before we access the highway. When I called PW customer service last week, I was told to buy Velcro straps to prevent this problem. After arguing, they accept to send me those straps « when avalaible ». Also have problem with peeling of the Ultra leather fabric that cover both driver and passenger seat. Again, Pleasure way denied their responsibility and refer me to Ultra fabrics inc., their provider. This corporation answer me they only deals with their direct customer, Pleasure way, also telling me that their fabric was still under warranty. Believe it or not, Pleasure way refuse to process my request saying the warranty is not transferable, because the RV had 20,000 km at the moment of purchase. So be aware, Pleasure way denied their responsibility when you have a problem with a defective component. Their customer service is detestable. One of their customer service attendant is agressive and impolite. Will not buy Pleasure way again.

It’s my tiny house equipped with everything I need with a really comfortable bed! I love opening the back doors and having the huge screen..feels like I’m outside while sleeping! The outdoor shower is so handy with hot water. The front lounge works for one who wants to work and the other who wants to sleep! It’s been so much fun cruising for the last 2 years!

I have put an additional 15,000 on it. In April of this year both rear side windows had to be removed and resealed as rain poured in. Pleasure Way said they were not responsible. It is again in the repair shop as rain is pouring in on the drivers side behind an outside panel . I am very disappointed in the integrity of the construction of this Pleasure Way. The interior walls are now once again stained by rain getting inside and of course mold is a worry. Would never buy another Pleasure Way.

No need to worry about hook ups and parking ... this Pleasure Way is perfect for the couple who want a weekend get-a-way or a trip to the store or a long vacation. Love this Class B.

For two people that enjoy traveling or going to state and national parks you couldn't ask for a better unit, especially if you want to maneuver into that perfect spot. Those that are familiar with Class B lifestyle would have to agree that this is probably one of the very best on the market. I rated livability at only 4 stars because of the shower. Normally I would use the facilities at state parks but when you are boondocking it's just a little tight, but that's my only complaint. The RV at 68 mph will get over 18 mpg and the comfort is incredible, I feel I can drive for ever but when we do want to stop we don't worry where we're going to park if we want to stop at a restaurant or anywhere really. The forward lounge is a great place to kick back, watch TV or a movie on Blu-Ray. Surf the web or eat dinner. If you want to lay back for awhile use the rear sofa and again watch TV or a movie. The large pass through door is convenient especially with the serving area, sit outside by the fire serve up appetizers or dinner. Overall, the RV / camping experience couldn't be better.
