I keep reading reviews how this MotorHome was quality built. I bought it used at 4,000 miles on 2024 .For the first year the fan closure in the bathroom did not close. The exhaust valve on the hot water heater was defective. The fresh water valve needed replacement. The reclining chair foot wire broke. The cabinet door in the bathroom and upfront passenger side needed new hinges. Need a new battery after first camping trip. Many of these items were covered by extended warranty plus a co-payment. The major concern happen on my birthday week camping at Cherokee ,North Carolina May 26,2025. I plugged the electrical cord in shore power. No electricity. I took it to my to My RV Coastal Center in Ravenel ,SC. It took 26 hours at $199.00 per hour to isolate the electrical problem created by Phoenix Cruiser builders. Pictures were taken . The fuse box had two circuit breakers mislabel plus the wiring run along the slide out side kept rubbing until it shorted the whole system. A letter was written to the factory but it did not receive a answer. The investigation by the extended warranty Good Sam's agreed with the hours taken to find the problem but they only paid for 4 hours. The RV Center has offered to supply the pictures for documentation . The warranty company and factory has not answered my letter as of today March 16, 2026. Show less

I live in my Travel Trailer and work in it remotely so having Goode electrical service is Paramount. I took it to the dealer since my GFI outlet kept popping in the rear bath. I thought it was repaired and when I got it back, it wasn’t I run it on the generator that’s 35 A they said that could be part of the problem. I called Customer Support and all they did was argue with me. They were the worst. The woman was very argumentative and very condescending and I don’t know how she got a job and Customer Support It’s a 26 RB embrace and I live in it with no microwave and no lights in the rear bathroom and nobody wants to help me very very poor dealership did not do their job and Customer Support just blame the customer terrible. So I purchased my Radiance ultra lite 32 BH in 2019, I've used the camper roughly 20 times and have mixed thoughts on the unit, the Fridge leaked out it's ammonia a month after the appliance warranty was up, it's 2500 dollars to replace, the wall leaked by the sink from the roof at brand new, had to silicone the hole. And the main door pops open when driving because of shifting do I have to have the hand rail folded over the door and locked to prevent it from completely opening. The camper pulls very nice, the weight seems to be well balanced on the axles, over all I'm disappointed in the unit, I paid 62k for the unit new and have had to fix little things and big things IE the fridge Show less

If you own a shadow cruiser, you got screwed and i feel sorry for you . Way to many problems to list . Please watch out for the propane lines leaking and major electrical problems that camping world of uxbridge couldn't fix . Terrible place and Terrible camper . I truly believe that this camper is dangerous and hopefully this will people not to make the wrong choice. Show less

Took a trip to see this rv and found it to be very clean. Great value on a well equipped rv. Immaculately clean inside and very roomy. One owner caught my eye too as well as the low mileage and excellent maintenance. This one is a must see for sure. Can't imagine this one will be on the market very long. Still time for a lot of great trips this year or take it to Florida to get through the wintertime. Show less

This is a beautiful well equipped RV. Great for first time RVers wanting all of the bells and whistles and endless fun adventures. Don't pass this one up! Paint job is almost perfect. This Pet free RV is a classic and is top-notch for sure. Miles are low but the upkeep has been very good as it is well maintained. Show less

An absolutely wonderful RV and floor plan. Can be used full time. Reliable, dependable and easy to drive. Most of all it is quality built. The cabinets are made of real solid wood. The engine very responsive allowing you to pass the big boys on those steep uphill grades. The 50 gal tank means fewer stops at the gas station. Show less

My husband and I love our 2018 Phoenix Cruiser 2552 B+ motorhome. We had initially bought a Class C which leaked like a sieve and the overhang had cracks throughout its structure causing continuous leaks up front. High winds would lift the rig off the road in the front due to the overhang. Class B RVs have thick, sturdy fiberglass roofs and bodies than class c which has a vastly inferior TPU roof. Our RV has top of the line Lippert slide mechanism and double pane windows with argon gas insulation which keeps the RV nice and cool in the worst summer heat. Phoenix also has thick, high quality leather seats and sofas that stand the test of time, mechanized beds to conjoin the twin beds as well as a mechanized sofa that lies flat for sleeping . The storage capacity in this unit is phenomenal given its size and the cabinetry are high quality, Amish made hardwood. Many fellow RV aficionados admire our RV and most have fifth wheels or a Class A and are looking to downsize. This model easily fits in all RV parks and takes switchbacks up and down mountains like a breeze with its 365 HP E450 motor. It's comfortable, quiet and powerful. We have excellent solar panels affixed on the roof with an installed inverter to run all of our electronics while boondocking. We also have a plug and play unit installed for our Yeti solar panel generator which efficiently runs the HVAC when disconnected from shore power or On an generator usage. Lastly, RV dealerships will tell you that Phoenix Cruisers never stay on their lot for very long because they're synonymous with luxury and high quality. Show less

Very comfortable ride. Good craftsmanship. Easy control s Would buy another Phoenix cruiser in the future. We have drove from coast to coast. It makes camping fun Never known how Beautiful our country is . Our next vacation trip is to Alaska Show less

I read some of the reviews and I’m quite surprised. I have had 1 minor issue with a small leak that was a easy fix. I been very happy with mine overall. The only gripe I have is I can’t figure out how to work the inverter. Not that I really need it, but the dealer really didn’t know how either. Show less
