This trailer was perfect for our family. From the outdoor kitchen to the bunkhouse with lights and USB outlet, each person had their favorite. One thing I really liked was all the storage. Not limited to the passthrough storage. There was a pantry, storage in the kitchen and below the TV. Storage under the main bed. The largest storage was fold up storage found under lower bunk. This was a 2021 model and built before the huge increase in production that led to so many quality issues in other campers. We never had an issue with anything. Highly recommend. Show less

IT WAS THE BEST CHOICE FOR SPACE! SO MUCH SPACE! We love to cook and there is so much space to put kitchen wear and food. The bathroom is very private as well, and the washer and dryer are a life saver, a long with the auto leveler. This was my first RV model and in comparison to others, this one has a more modern feel and more considerate design for privacy and functionality. Show less

We purchased a highland ridge toy hauler in August 2023, First time we took it out the plumbing under the kitchen sink leaked. My husband fixed it, Had it out for a day, The 2nd time we went camping I went to load up the refrigerator with food. It didn't work, My husband found out the battery was bad, hoping to fix the problem he purchased a new battery. ( Mind you the trailer was only a year old at the time. $200.00 for a new battery) The guy at advanced auto said to him this battery is not new, its a 2020 battery, So in other words someone had switched batteries. My husband put the new battery in hoping the fridge would work, IT DIDNT!!! We took it with a few coolers in hand. Long story short, we took our first shower in the camper. Water started pouring under the bathroom sink. Then he went to let out the black and gray water, Water started pouring out under the camper itself. This camper should be considered under the lemon law!!!It has shotty workmanship to say the least. I would NOT recommend a Highland ridge to anyone. Its a 30,000 piece of crap!!! Show less

We purchased this RV 2022 at a dealership in Memphis TN which went bankrupt and they lost the information on our purchase. They couldn't help us on warranty. My husband had more knowledge on trailers than I did. This Trailer very nice at first until the nightmare that this trailer has had it's not worth getting and Steven called it the covid trailer, The manufacturer did a cheap and crappy job putting it together. Having problems with the springs and trucks having cracks and rust. Needing to weld them back together on a very dangerous highway, no help. Now having to replace the truck, sucks. To old and sick to fix it. The adder needs replaced for the bottom part of it where the screws are cracked the metal and lost the bottom part of it. Sewage issues and had to replace the parts, that's nasty. Leaking of air conditioning vents. Replacing the TV because of the TV mount coming unscrewed during transport. So basically, there's a lot to fix and lots of money to spend on this trailer for having it for only 2 years. Can't wait to get rid of it. Show less

As with any new item there are always bugs that require working out. We've had to replace the floor in the dining slide due to water leak the 1st year out, haven't been pleased with it since. Floor after 2.5 yrs became soft not due to water leak, dealer & Mfgr stated common problem with no solution or recommended fix. Furnace had to be replaced 2X in 4 years as well as fridge required service & replace inverter both times within 4 years. Thank goodness I purchased an extended warranty. I won't purchase another. Thor industry that owns open range is only interested in the bottom line and cares nothing about product quality, service, or customer service. I wrote a letter to the CEO/President of the company and my letter was returned unopened and rejected. Every owner has floor problem. Show less

Very, very unhappy with this RV! Have had it in for repairs 4 TIMES for various issues and the problems still aren't solved. From substantial leaks under both sinks to a wobbly toilet, valances loosening from the wall and the inside wall by the bed bowing inward loosening the window frame. Brand new 2023 camper. Never used. Terrible. Warranty covers everything so far but its a lengthy, time consuming process. Never again with this brand Show less

We have owned this unit for a month. Our first outing we learned that there is no gravity fill available. I suppose that is our problem for not noticing this. Subsequent trips we discovered a tear in the couch, the shower strip coming apart, the kitchen drawers misaligned and opening during travel, fridge leaking, door out of square, closet door is warped, dining table broke upon first use, the bathroom sink counter area buckling, screws missing on the exterior metal strips, the battery didn’t work and no reset switch. But, the worst thing was thst the window by the bed was leaking badly. We purchased this in August 2023 brand new but its a 2022 so the window must have been leaking for 2 years. Dealership is telling us that they know there has been leaking because of evidence of water damage but its dry NOW. We asked for our money back. Dearler contacted the manufacturer and we are getting nowhere. We are concerned that there is mold or structural damage but nothing is being done to address this issue. Do not buy an open range trailer of any size. Quality for the price if there was a rating below 0 I would use it. Everything is noticed after a year . Water pump failed shorts in overhead lighting toilet not flushing low water pressure cabinets falling down over sink molding separate at door to bathroom .to much to write about this is my 5th travel trailer an by far the worst. I have owned many travel trailers in my life this is by far the biggest piece of junk I have ever purchased.at 32,ooo dollars u would expect quality not un this case. Example inside lights go dim if left on more than 2 hrs . Toilet stopped pumping water sawdust in lines . Cabinets an molding falling off tv came lo9se from mounts. Refrigerator won't switch over . Window screen s fall out easily. Rear propane connection had to be re aligned could not connect gas line for outdoor cooking. Biggest mistake of my life .only advice is don't buy this product under any circumstances. Ps there are more problems with this unit to much to list all happens after warranty Show less

The quality of the construction is poor just staples coming out of the cabinets cabinets falling apart cabinets were not painted thoroughly staples coming out of the wall in the shower paper peeling off the paneling booth seats installed crooked paneling popping out door was bent from the factory does not close properly all in all it’s as if somebody left a new employee alone to put this trailer together the quality of the workmanship is shoddy I wouldn’t buy another open range Show less
