We bought this fifth wheel camper less than a year old used . Used it 1 time and stored it inside for the winter. Brought it out in the spring and after a month outside we noticed leakage under the main living area air conditioner. Called Highland Ridge about it and they told us to take it to the dealer for inspection where it was found to have roof rot around the air conditioner. After numerous calls to Highland Ridge they finally told me it is out of warranty and basically "Too Bad". After some research I found out it it a common problem with the Dometic air conditioner on my camper . 1 Year later the slideout gearbox failed and the final straw was in year 4 it developed a soft spot in the floor under the slideout. That was it with me and Highland Ridge. Sold it back to the dealer this spring, and lucky for me , like everything else used camper values are extremely high. Do Not Buy Highland Ridge Show less

We absolutely love this RV,we purchased this a year ago and have spent app. 25-30 night's in it,and have pulled it 6000 miles.We knew that we would have some kind of problem they all do, fridge quit working on electric just on gas,and little latch on the door that hooks to the screen door moves around. It's at the dealership for repairs now they said it was minor so I very happy with this camper from listening to other.Also the ac is noisy. Show less
