BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! Do not purchase anything owned by thor which includes KZ. I purchased a new travel trailer in 2018 from KZ. I bought it to live in while traveling for work. Ac unit crapped out in under 30 days. Took another 30 days to get the dealership to replace. Didn't realize the dealership replaced it with a smaller unit until 3 months later. Just knew it wasn't cooling like it should. Called a mobile rv mechanic to check it out and he said it was too small for the square footage. Black water tank started leaking at 5 months. KZ customer service is a joke. Payed out of pocket to fix it. 1 side of fridge started having issues at 6 months. No help from KZ. Tank guages crapped out during same time period. Lots of little things I fixed or payed to have fixed. Fast forward to 3 years. While on the roof putting on a rv cover I bought, I noticed the roof bladder had several tears in it. Called KZ about it. They wanted pictures which I took and emailed to them. They asked when the last time I had the roof bladder serviced was. The minute I told them I had no clue that was a thing, no one ever told me that was something that needed done they said it voided any warranty due to lack of proper maintenance. Took my rv to a repair shop to get an estimate to fix the bladder. They said the tears were due to over stretching the rubber bladder from the factory. Apparently that's pretty common anymore. The factories cut them short to scrimp on material and have to overstretch to fit. Called KZ back and told them. They said it didn't matter, warranty was void due lack of maintenance. It cost me 8k out of pocket to replace the roof bladder. I now have a top of the line bladder with a 15 year warranty. No maintenance required. Long story short, DON'T BUY ANYTHING KZ OR MADE BY THOR. Show less

Excellent build quality, well designed floor plan, top tier appliances, plenty of storage areas and drawers, queen size bed, built-in internal and outdoor speakers, outdoor kitchen with cast iron gridle and refrigerator, solar panel and inverter, easy to tow with a large SUV, there is just so much great features in such a compact travel trailer! Additionally, the trailer is backed by a two-year bumper to hitch factory warranty, that speaks by itself to the quality workmanship of KZ! Show less

Love my camper my 2 kids do to,have few small issues kz needs to rethink had left tandem blow out it blowed black mesh insulation out ac grounds need to relocate grounds,finder skirts side skirting but biggest damage blowed my converter an breakers,fuse panel into a million pieces need to relocate electrical controls else where, table counter bathroom tops still pilling off since bought couch started pilling brown top coat off I take excellent care of my RV still smells new inside,been waiting 111 days today for repairs me an kids missed our hole summer of camping disappoint Show less

This has been a mess since our first trip. Leaking windows, poor build quality, bad awning, poor holding tank ventilation, cracked pieces of wood supporting lower bunk, broken pull out roller supports… Warranty work has been terrible. Now all of the exterior stickers are bubbling off. Run away fromKZ! Show less

It has a gas and electric water heater. The electric quit working for an unknown reason. Went through an replaced all parts related to the electrical side of the water heater. Come to discover the 30 Amp wire had rubbed or caught on something when installing the of the wire. We noticed some notching marks on the wire that could have leaking it. This could have caused a fire in the coach and death. KZ needs to review this problem and correct before an accident happens. At this point I do not recommend this RV for this reason. Show less

Bought our spree in may 2016. and drove it to our lake lot 4 hrs away and parked it. It was wonderful for that summer. Camped the next summer and it got cool in the fall. So I turned on the furnace. No Heat! Took it back that fall and paid 5000.00 for them to cut open our undercarriage and fix the not yet connected duct pipes. 😡 Then they staple it back up and gave it back to us like that. This manufacturer isn’t capable of putting these trailers together.. Pulled my microwave out to fix that and found our radio remote. OMG! Don’t even get me started with the electrical! I Do Not recommend this brand and good luck to anyone who owns a spree Superlite! By KZ Can’t wait to get rid of this piece of JUNK! 😡🤬😤 Show less

The RV has been great, had to travel several miles to pick up due to Covid pandemic, but worth the travel. Only minor issues with the trailer after one full season of use. The LED on the power cord door LED is out, the bracket that holds the theatre seating to the wall pulled out, other than that it has been a wonderful experience. Show less

We have no complaints about this trailer that we have enjoyed for the past 5 years. As a matter of fact, we are having trouble finding a 2022 that has all of the features this one has. Have been all over the U.S. with it, and still in very good condition. Will give someone else many years of enjoyment. Show less

I bought the trailer in July of 2019. One Star ratings above given for the following issues I have had with the unit: 1. First time to open the under-the-bed storage the entire structure of the storage compartment disintegrated. Dealer fixed. 2. First time I attempted to take a shower I almost fell through the shower pan because there was no supporting floor underneath it. Dealer fixed. 3. Skylight leak. Dealer fixed 4. Microwave oven failure before 10 uses. The failure occurred before the mfg warranty was expired but I didn't get the unit in to the dealer until 2 months after the warranty expired. I sent an email to K-Z asking for a new one even though the warranty was expired. Here is their response: "Joella Smith Dec 13, 2021, 1:30 PM to me Hello Garrett, I have reviewed your concern and the warranty history on your unit. I have even presented you request to our Leadership team. With the time that has lapsed since the expiration of the Two Year Limited Warranty KZ will respectfully decline to send out a new microwave. Joella Smith KZ RV" 5. The refrigerator has an adjustable shelf but the Entertainment Center shelf will not allow the door to open far enough for removal and replacement of the shelf.
