We must have looked at dozens of RV trailers before purchasing the Intech Sol Eclipse Rover. The only disappointment is that most of the cabinet trim is literally falling off the cabinet bottoms and sides. Our RV was used twice and stored in a covered storage. I was shocked when i found the trim laying everywhere. The worst wasn’t that apparently bad glue was used , after contacting the dealer AND eventually Intech neither would stand by their product or even provide info on what glue to use. Very disappointed in their warranty and customer service. Trim should not peel off in one year especially when we kept the trailer immaculate and in covered storage. Intech even admitted they’d had many complaints about this issue 🙁

If you are considering purchasing a KZ RV, I strongly suggest hiring a professional technician to perform a thorough inspection for hidden manufacturing defects. Our unit had incorrectly installed window seals that caused water intrusion into the walls and flooring. This defect was only discovered through an extensive investigation during attempt to resell, as it required removing the window trim to notice. Despite a third-party service center confirming the unit was manufactured improperly, KZ has declined responsibility because the two-year warranty has expired. They cite a maintenance schedule requiring seal inspections every three months, even though the defect was internal and not visible through standard maintenance. Based on our experience, we have to disagree with their quality statement regarding unwavering craftsmanship and attention to detail. Please be very cautious if you are considering a KZ unit.

Bought a 2025 stratus venture 261vrb from great American tv in defuniak springs Florida. Went on a 4 month trip around the USA Overall not many issues. One issue was the 20 amp gfci bkr that fed the outlets for where the washer and dryer would plug in 120vac was wired incorrectly at the factory. As soon as u plugged anything in the bkr would trip free. Took the dealership some time to troubleshoot this issue and wire the bkr correctly. Second issue was the reception wiring for cable/antanne broke after 2 months. Dealership troubleshot and found numerous loose connections and a bad splitter. Third issue was electric fireplace broke after 3 months. Dealership replaced it. 4th issue was the slide out stove fell off its sliders after 3 uses. Dealership fixed 5th issue was the blinds by the couch and dining table had the lower piece come off. Dealership fixed these. Last issue was the shower head was clogged with piping debris from installation. Had to clean out bits of plastic plumbing pipe to get decent water flow. It took a month to get warranty work approved. And another month to get parts.

We have a 2023 Riverside Retro 13.5. We bought the camper new. We sized down to a small camper so we could tow with our Jeep Wrangler. The camper has not had any problems and we have had dozens of trips in it. It was one of the few campers at this size that checked all the boxes. We love the full size fridge and dry bath. We have the Elite and like the ADZELL siding too. My biggest complaint is the awning. It works fine but the arms are very low. Coming from the rear door, it is very easy to bang your head on the low arms and we have a lot. The only other complaint is the upholstery on the sofa is very delicate. I keep a futon cover on it because we take our pups and this has kept it damage free. We feel for the price point, amenities and tow ability the camper has been a good value.

Love the floor plan and livability. We changed out the pub seating and made the outside grill into a tool storage sliding shelf and doubles as a outside grill prep/grilling tool table. The separate spaces are nice to have - living, dining, awesome bath and nice bedroom with a great front closet. Workmanship is ok. If we wanted better we would have gone with a Gold - but works great for us. The under-storage is huge which is great for ladders and fishing rods. The huge 65” TV, fireplace, and living room is spacious and comfortable. We changed out the tires to 14 ply (G) and it is a very comfortable pull for the truck. We only wish there was a little more kitchen storage and slide out shelves for the pantry. With the “4” season insulation and the fireplace we can keep the camper warm to 70f even when it gets down in the low 40’s outside - without turning on the furnace and burning propane. The mattress needed to be changed out as the original is not good. Overall it has been good to us and we still love it after 4 seasons, 33 states, 2 provinces, and 26,000 miles.

I (second owner) have owned this travel trailer for 5 years and have traveled with it cross country four times in addition to running a number of short trips to national parks (Grand Canyon, Glacier National, Crater Lake) and it has provided a safe and comfortable shelter for two adults and two small dogs in both freezing (<15F) and extreme hot (>105F) weather. After traveling thousands of miles, I have found that this trailer has held up very well and looks to be on the road for many more years due to being well maintained and properly operated. Storage includes not only kitchen cabinets, but also storage under the bed (which pivots up to allow access and storage under the dinette benches. Both areas have been used to store tools, repair parts, dry food, blankets and many other items used on month long trips. Storage accessed externally is enough to store a hitch, load balancing bars, chock blocks, power cables, wi-fi antenna pole, and cleaning supplies. Vaulted ceiling, insulated skylights, 2" insulated side walls, double wall front with extra-tall diamond plate, sealed floor to keep holding tanks from freezing, and heavy-duty forced air 25,000 BTU furnace combine to keep the inside warm. I have used this trailer in temperatures down to 15F with no problem. After market modifications include installing all LED lights inside and outside; a 12V shut-off switch; addition of a half cabinet to provide additional storage; a new stove/oven; new awning; side and rear view cameras used during travel; locked battery storage box; and flex armor applied to the roof. The 19B is a well-built and designed travel trailer that optimizes convenience and ease of use in a small space that makes it ideal for "traveling" cross country in any weather. Anyone wanting more space simply needs to buy a bigger trailer. As my first RV, I could not have bought a better trailer.

Buyers beware on this manufacturer . My 312 is a 2026 model . I paid for a dealer to inspect this thing . When I should have trusted no one nowadays . I was weary from the trip . As I live 200 miles away . The unit was having issues from the start . The control panel lost power supposedly . They had a crew of misfits trying to fix it. Well they got it going . What I didn't realize it was never inspected . It was a rush to sell it . Got it home power converter didn't work . So after that issue was addressed. That ended up being a factory wiring issue. I wished I'd never seen behind the HV control panel . That's a rat's nest of wiring from the factory . Start really looking at this point . Numerous screws cross threaded on the outside . Holes with wiring from the inside to outside .That have no grommets just fed through the holes . Wires zipped straight to the axles. Hot water hooked to the toilet with blue line connected . Wires exposed and not run through switch covers . The awning light is not fastened properly . A quarter of it hanging . One shade slash valence not fastened down just hanging by 2 screws . The furnace cover not properly seated . With screws backing out by hand easily . Some of the cross threaded screws half in on the ladder to the roof . Warranties are for incidentals . Not for terrible manufacturing . I'm not comfortable or never will be staying in it . So I haven't yet . I'm sure there is more I'm forgetting . Check out my review on KZ google map reviews . I have posted numerous pictures. Oh I forgot the hole on the side of the roof.

So far quality is really good. Have about 2500 miles on it with a few trips and no real issues. There were some loose screws on various cabinet doors. No leaks yet in plumbing or instant water heater. Solar, charge controller, no issues. Got rid of the lead acid battery that came with the unit and installed a 300ah lithium. Came from factory with 400 watts solar on the roof, may add 2 more panels. With current setup, could probably make it 2 days with cloudy days so I may also add another 300ah battery. Auto level has worked perfectly. The only annoying thing was the bedroom door and that has been removed, much better with no door. Needed slight adjustment on entry door latch. Seemed like door had to be slammed to close, removed factory striker place and installed a flat one from the hardware store. No other issues I can think of. Would highly recommend KZ Durango HT 232MLD. Best feature about this floor plan is that you can get to everything without putting any slides out. Awesome unit for overnight Walmart or Cracker Barrel stops. Exactly what I wanted this floor plan for.
