We purchased this RV spring 2024 new , never sold til we bought it. We received a email.from Keystone stating the first year warranty was about to expire. So we did a complete inspection and found the rubber roof was bubbling bad . We took photos of this as well photos of other defects and sent them to Keystone. . We had experienced finding water puddles inside the RV in a couple locations. Below where the air conditioner is and between the washer and the pantry opposite the washroom. We took photos of the roof and we'll the interior trim pieces coming off and a few other things and reported it to Keystone. After we took it to the dealer for inspection, the dealer sent in photos the Keystone. Keystone Denise the claim evern though the RV was within its first year of warranty. We had to authorize the dealer to complete all the repairs and asked the dealer to send photos and reports to us and Keystone. The dealers techs found the rubber roof was not installed or sealed properly. Interior panels rotting and mold covered when removed in several areas. Since the repairs are currently ongoing as I write this, Keystone now has offered to cover 10 hrs labour and all the materials. But the original quote was 40 hrs labour and these findings have increased the labour time. If I could post photos of all this on here I would. Wee are going to sue Keystone ass well register complains with consumer affairs. Keystones.warrenty isn't worth the paper it's written on. This is our second Keystone toy hauler RV. Our first qaaa a 2015 Keystone Carbon. It was a really good RV and I wish now we had kept it. Jim and Karen . Very disappointed! Show less

We must have looked at dozens of RV trailers before purchasing the Intech Sol Eclipse Rover. The only disappointment is that most of the cabinet trim is literally falling off the cabinet bottoms and sides. Our RV was used twice and stored in a covered storage. I was shocked when i found the trim laying everywhere. The worst wasn’t that apparently bad glue was used , after contacting the dealer AND eventually Intech neither would stand by their product or even provide info on what glue to use. Very disappointed in their warranty and customer service. Trim should not peel off in one year especially when we kept the trailer immaculate and in covered storage. Intech even admitted they’d had many complaints about this issue 🙁 Show less

Bought this trailer in 2017 brand new. The day I took possess I had the spot weld the drop down legs as the pull pin was bringing the internals out as well on about every corner. Shower holder fell off wall, wasn’t screwed into anything but the wall board which is very thin. Roller bearings on the roll out trashcan came out, the back of the supports weren’t braces on both sides allowing it to move up and down independent of each side. At the two year mark the converter went out and then the refrigerator cooling unit went out. The roof was delaminating and the nails were coming loose underneath the membrane and trying to poke through. Then the water from snow and rain started seeping under the fiberglass shell. It was nothing but a money pit. The slides wouldn’t always go in evenly and I had to take that for work as well. If you buy one expect to budget another $250 a month for repairs above the monthly payment . I will never buy another keystone product again. I purchased a 1995 Nash that I have had no issues with. What surprised me is the Nash toilet still will hold water unlike the keystone. Show less

This RV Is good to live in its livable spacious living area which is really nice but one of the biggest flaws is has is how close the bathroom and bedrooms door are to each other you can get stuck at times when leaving the bathroom is you leave the bedroom door opened but overall it a super nice RV to live in. This 5th wheel makes me feel like Tom Hanks in The Money Pit. Everyday it is something else. I wonder if Keystone has considered a quality control program. The furnace is out, the water pump pushes the water back out the same way it was put in, the paint is flaking off of the unprimed metal framing around the ramp door, the trim inside the camper has already had to be reinstalled, the locks for the access panels come out when operated, etc. What makes this so sad is the camper was purchased in December 2025, brand new off the lot, and has only been towed for one trip at 600 miles(+/-). And don’t even get me started on the most useless document ever published, the Owners Manual. Most definitely the worst money I have ever spent. Show less

We bought the 2025 Cougar 364BHL Hero edition in June of 2025 and used it through last summer and fall; writing this on 3/10/2026 as we get ready for the next camping season. We are mostly weekenders with 1-2 long distance trips for a week+ each year. This is camper #6 so we've had everything from popup to this fifth wheel and the full spectrum of quality. Bar none this is the best unit we've had. Fit and finish is top tier. All of the mechanicals work fine, from hooking, unhooking, driving, camp setup and enjoying it. Water and sewer systems are fine, although tankless water heater is quirky and takes a bit to get used to. No leaks; I am constantly scowering the roof, walls, floors, plumbing and fixtures for any moisture. Electrical system is great; no issues. Appliances are all great; no concerns. The only warranty concerns were a couple of window shades, one pocket door that was damaged and one piece of trim replaced. That's it. Tows great behind my Ram Truck. So, I do hear horror stories about campers built afer 2019 as having so many issues, but I will say, in our case we have had a really good experience. We purchased it from Camping World in Syracuse, NY and we were very happy with the before and after purchase experience. Show less

Well, where do I start Bought the thing on Jan 15th and Feb 9th no hot water. This has the on demand tankless hot water heater. Called and paid for Good Sam service to come out and check it out. Well, they needed to order a part and come back at a later date to install it. So now we are showering in the bath house at the campground. this goes on for months of replacing different part until they decided to replace the who unit. So, we are excited that we are finally going to be able to shower in our new camper again. WRONG Does not work. Now we are going on 6 months and still no hot water. I am starting a different job in Georgia and have a service tech come out to look at it there and he said he fixed the issue. WRONG Now we are in NC and had a service tech come out and replaced the regulator and not fixed. checked everything and is stumped. Not the exterior water house starts leaking in the wall. Tech ordered parts and came back at a later time and fixed that. A month later we have no heat. Called a service tech and he came out was here the whole day troubleshooting. Well, he said that he was glad to be there as the unit could have caused an explosion, so he took the unit to his shop to bench test it. It ran all day perfect in his shop, so he returned with the operating unit. Mind you it is 0 degrees out and now we have to worry about the water lines as well as keeping ourselves warm. Installed the unit and bam not working. So the Lady from Keystone Amber (true angel) ended up giving him permission to bypass the original thermostat and install a separate t-stat and guess what does not work. So here we are again with no heat on these winter days and nights. As of today, the heater is still at the techs shop and he is waiting for parts. Since I am saying all this, I guess I will add that the kitchen counter on the island the laminate is all coming off around the sink bowl. The heat in the one recliner does not work. I already had to fix some of the wood trim on the slide outs as it just fell off on both ends. I have never had this issue with the old camper I traded in, and it was a Coleman. I thought hey we buy a new camper and we will have something nice. That was a joke I should of took 65,000.00 and gave it to a charity or a homeless guy. Overall, this has been the worst decision I have ever made in my life. I really would like to take this back to the dealer and get something different. Poor workmanship and quality of materials used in this camper is bottom of the barrel. I will never buy anything that has a keystone name on it as they could care less about all this. Amber Gardner at least offered to pay for us to go get a space heater however a space heater for this big space would do nothing. This should really be taken back under the lemon law and I am really thinking about looking into having this matter looked at further. Oh and by the way there is still a problem with the tankless hot water have to turn it on multiple times before you can get it to work. SO BAD Show less

Bought a 2025 stratus venture 261vrb from great American tv in defuniak springs Florida. Went on a 4 month trip around the USA Overall not many issues. One issue was the 20 amp gfci bkr that fed the outlets for where the washer and dryer would plug in 120vac was wired incorrectly at the factory. As soon as u plugged anything in the bkr would trip free. Took the dealership some time to troubleshoot this issue and wire the bkr correctly. Second issue was the reception wiring for cable/antanne broke after 2 months. Dealership troubleshot and found numerous loose connections and a bad splitter. Third issue was electric fireplace broke after 3 months. Dealership replaced it. 4th issue was the slide out stove fell off its sliders after 3 uses. Dealership fixed 5th issue was the blinds by the couch and dining table had the lower piece come off. Dealership fixed these. Last issue was the shower head was clogged with piping debris from installation. Had to clean out bits of plastic plumbing pipe to get decent water flow. It took a month to get warranty work approved. And another month to get parts. Show less

We lived in the Keystone Passport 219BH for about 6 weeks straight. We towed the travel trailer from Virginia to Indiana up through Michigan and into Canada, around the great lakes, back down through Niagara, then back home. It was a once in a lifetime trip and we created so many lifelong memories. We had up to 5 people living in it at one time. My adult daughter stayed with us for about a week of the trip making it my wife and I, and three teen agers. Five people in the RV was tight. Four was comfortable. We had no problems with it the whole time even though it was slightly used. There are no slide outs which means less issues to worry about, but moving throughout the RV with 4 or more people makes it a little tight at times. Despite that, our experience was very comfortable and cozy. We used the propane heater a little bit and it made the RV warm quickly. It was also very efficient. We cooked all of our meals in the RV and only needed to fill one of the 2 propane tanks the whole time we were camping. The AC worked really well too. It was hot in Indiana at the time, and we could always sleep comfortably inside at night with the central AC. I liked the fact that we could direct the AC vents to aim were we wanted so that if I was hot and my wife was cold, I could aim it right at me. The outdoor grill and water spigot were very convenient. Ours had electric tow hitch and stabilizers which made it so nice. We could set up and take down in 15 minutes. For the price, it was worth every penny and made of high quality materials like the fiberglass outside and cold weather underbelly. I was super happy with the investment we made and money we saved compared to staying in hotels. Show less

** BUYER BEWARE ** To ANYONE looking to purchase a KEYSTONE MONTANA 5th WHEEL, please BEWARE!! We have experienced our THIRD CATASTROPHIC SUSPENSION FAILURE on our Keystone Montana 3790RD 5th wheel which involved the leaf springs snapping for the THIRD time, which then caused the second axle on the unit to be forcefully jammed up into the the chassis causing significant damage to the underbelly of our unit, along with CUTTING OUR BREAK LINES causing us to lose the brakes on our trailer while going down an overpass on a highway. We have been informed by the repair shop that we are EXTREMELY lucky there was not a fatality and that if they repair it, the chances of it happening again are EXTREMELY high and just a matter of time until there is a fatality with the unit. We tried reaching out to Keystone RV and Thor Industries via letter, and all we received was an extremely rude call from the VP of Service Operations, Garrett Carolis, telling us our request for assistance was not warranted and that our letter was an "extremely unrealistic expectation and will not happen." He also said that Keystone RV will NOT financially assist in anyway and that we are "absurd" for even asking. Keystone is also fully aware that I had a PICC line in my arm for IV medication and we were stranded on the side of the road for over 6 hours because of their manufacturing defects. We are still stranded, and have been for almost 2 weeks, in the town we were passing through when the incident happened because the repairs are now up to $10,000 and with the safety warning of taking it back on the road, we are extremely concerned. We just want to make sure ANYONE LOOKING TO BUY A KEYSTONE MONTANA 5th WHEEL is aware of what happened to us and the absolute NIGHTMARE we are dealing with because of the terrible manufacturing of our KEYSTONE MONTANA 5th WHEEL.
