We bought the 5th wheel new in July. When we went through our walk through the slide wouldn't open, so we had to go back for a different walk through a few weeks later. Luckily for us, it was raining that day, because the bathroom skylight was leaking heavily, so we postponed again. When we got back to the dealer again for the walk through we water heater wasn't working, so again we postponed the walk through. Come to find out Keystone never wired the water heater... so we finally go to our walk through months later and the shore power didn't work. The socket wasn't wired properly.. so once again we left it at the dealer... so now we were pushing our Christmas in Arizona back because we were looking at mid-December for the walk through. All this time I was calling Keystone trying to get them off their hands and pay for the repairs. They did eventually, but it was months waiting.. Now, after our 4th camping trip the auto leveling system isn't working... Of course, it is out of warranty, because the 1 year warranty ended 4 months after we took possession of the camper. We are looking to upgrade now, but I will never buy another Thor (parent company) Product again, and won't even look at a Keystone. Show less

This is our third Keystone Cougar, we've previously been very happy with the brand. Purchased a used 2022 in the fall of 2022. Looked pristine, never used. Nothing but trouble ever since, lower quality finishes and workmanship. First - livability. This is a smaller 5th wheel, so expected some trade-offs. Smaller kitchen storage, wardrobe has drawers at the bottom, so impossible to hang clothing without it pooling on the bottom. Bathroom looks good, but you literally have to press your face against the mirror to use the sink. Overall Quality - Cabinets that open "up" have no hinge to hold them open. We had to purchase 6 hinges for those cabinets. Shower door is a three panel tempered glass. The handle was oddly installed, just hung there loose. One of our first trips, despite being secured with a bungee cord, one of the panels broke - glass all over the place. Our local RV repair shop said we'd have to take it back to the dealer to see if it could be replaced. Six month in, the awning came loose from the RV, about 3 feet on one end. Again our local RV guy said it couldn't be repaired, it would have to be replaced. The dealer we purchased from didn't offer any warranty since the RV was used, so repairs are all on us. The "In-Command" app you can use to turn on lights, open slides, etc. is problematic. The app to control the 4 point leveling system doesns't work. Floor Plan - love it, very comfortable living. Tows like a dream. Overall, we'll keep this RV and keep repairing it, but as we are in our '70's, this will likely be our last Keystone Cougar. Very disappointing. Show less

Less than one star on quality....We just bought a 2022 Cougar 24rds 5th wheel from RVOne in Auburn Hills, Michigan in June. One issue after another including: a leak in the bedroom area and under bath sink, the shower stall walls are severely bowed and not attached to the wall, travel latches on fridge are broken and much of the facia on kitchen cabinets is peeling off . Really? This is a brand NEW unit! The dealer can't get us in until Thanksgiving with no guarantee it will be repaired by April. Run, not walk away from this brand and dealer. Show less

Have owned this 5th wheel for 1 year. Purchased brand new. When I took possession and was able to really look ( my bad not being more thorough) the inside of cabinets not finished. Rip in flooring. Repairs were less then wonderful. Now after one year I have 2 faucets that drip continuously and not a small drip. My toilet continuously runs and is leaking around the base so my floor is always wet. When we leave the camper I shut off the water even on a shirt walk in the campground. Today the decorative panel behind the sink was falling g off the wall. This camper has only had 2 adults in it. This is not a family RV, mature adults only Show less
