I bought the RV on September 1, 2024 and still have not received it as they sold it to me with a title with a lien on it and 27 days later, I still cannot get a lien release, so I have still not received my RV. I have contacted the dealer over and over and they told me I had to wait seven days for my cashiers check to clear and then after that, I found out they did not have the title, then, when they did have the title it has a lien on it from a bank inMaryland, and they have been unable to get a release on the lien. Therefore, no proof they are in the RV. This should’ve been done before they ever sold it!

This is the perfect Toy Hauler if you’re looking for year round camping or living. The 3 AC units are great for summer and the fireplace takes the chill off on cooler days. This camper has a lot of living space, I loved the seating area in this camper, it’s not just 1 couch with a tv at a weird angle because of the kitchen. It’s a couch and love seat with an entertainment center and the kitchen space feels like it’s own separate space. Also this model has an outdoor kitchen, which is rare for a toy hauler. The only con was the factory antenna which was easy to replace.

To Keystone. We bought a camper a 2022 Carbon 338 in May 2022 and when we did our first walk through we found many problems and of course the dealer wrote them all down and said we will get it all fixed, the next day we took our camper on our first trip we noticed there were many more problems, the bathroom sink counter top was cracked, there was a pea size hole in the bottom side of our shower and No hot water and problems with the awning going in and out both back deck and main awnings, we’ll finally got an appointment July 13,2022 to bring in the camper in to be all fixed, well the wrong side of the screen door was ordered and everything else they said they are waiting on Keystone to approve in the warranty dept. pictures were all taken when we found problems and sent to the dealer and again when we brought the camper back July 13, then the called in August for us to bring camper in because they said the warranty dept needed pictures of the problems, they have 2sets of pictures but had to drive it back 1 1/2 hours away and $100.00 in gas each trip that our camper still did not get fixed.. So here our camper sits that we are paying for and can’t really go camping with no hot water , take a shower or can’t use the awnings, the slider door to our rear deck and other things not working properly. Had to cancel trips, lost money , this experience has made someone who loved camping to not liking it at all.. seems like poor workmanship on your end and very poor dealer customer service all they do is want you to buy then excuse after excuse Please see what you can do we went to the service manager and all he says all waiting on Keystone I have all paper work showing everything that is wrong with the camper I will attach in this email Here is a list of everything we found wrong : bathroom counter sink cracked, hot water tank, toilet gasket, outside valve for holding tank leaking, bolts in the underbelly were never put back, bathroom floor creaking , auto level hyd tank was leaking, hole in shower , party deck rail only 1 bolt holding it on , hooks for steps on party deck were not there, screen in bedroom window wrong size , rain gutter was leaking in back of awning , party deck awning would not open, main awning would not retract, side door hinges were coming off, solar battery was swelled to 3 times the size it should be they replaced battery not solar said no parts… expensive camper for everything wrong

Without a doubt the worst purchase of my life. From day 1 we have had issues with this brand new unit we purchased in Dec 2021. For starters the Onan 5500 generator is undersized for 2 AC units and the convenience plugs for the camper. We can only run one of the 2 units, if we run both the generator stalls out…wanted a nice walk in shower but didn’t think it was going to be due to having a sweat lodge on 6 wheels. 2nd problem, we purchased from camping world Greenwood, IN. Talk about a bunch of flat out worthless individuals…have had the camper and n 3 times for generator issues. ..really defeats the purpose of owning a camper if it’s in the shop all the time ! Third problem…wireless prewire not installed,, gauges don’t work, refrigerator doesn’t work well ( camping world serviced as well) and not cold, the connex system is junk as well as the outdated (2021) non smart TV that is standard. For 111,000, save your money,, this is like having sandpaper for toilet paper….giant save your money!

ORV Manufacturing has the best customer service; I stopped calling the dealership and if ever a question arises, I can call ORV and get help ordering a part or making an adjustment. Very well built and solid platforms are what make ORV products stand out from the mass produced trailer factories in Indiana. These trailers tow very well and although heavy, they are well balanced. Components are industry standard ie. Coleman Mack, Lippert, Suburban, MaxxAire, etc. but the bones of these trailers are what is special and what makes them maintain value.

This is a great layout, especially for families. The length is still short enough to get into most campgrounds and the layout feels spacious inside. The cargo carrying capacity is extremely large compared to other models at this length. We also appreciate that we can access the whole trailer when the slides are in. This is great for pit stops to eat, restock the trailer, etc. We were very happy with the quality overall. Plus the windows are huge! Most toy haulers don't have a dinette in the main living space and you have to use a table in the rear. With this layout, you have a dinette, couch, and very efficient kitchen layout.

We purchased this camper from camping world Woodstock Ga .. the first problem was they patched our black water cable so we couldn’t drain the tank. The next problem. The front AC. Wouldn’t come on and head to camp in Florida with one AC. The next problem was the key lock on the back never worked. Trim had to be reinstalled and glued cabinet doors had to be reinstalled . On a camping trip we go to lower the back door to the toy hauler part. It falls on us had to repair that to even get home hydraulic self leveling kit leaking cutting on and off and I was told to go buy a new now we’re dealing with the slide leaking with a rotted floor and they told us we will try to get it covered under warranty. We are waiting. This camper has a carport with a roof and sides on it. The slides do not stay out on it and it doesn’t stay in the weather unless we are camping in . To spend this kind of money on a camper and get told repeatedly at camper world. We might be able to get that covered. We might be able to fix that and Keystone putting out a product like they’re putting out it’s pretty shameful. I will never own another keystone product but I’m not going to stop camping. I’m going to move on to other brands in the future that are quality. I know all campers have problems, but this is excessive and I will never do business again with camper world. Beware by from someone else!!!!!! Our camper is still not fixed and we are waiting for them to take care of the rotted floor in a brand new camper…

We’ve lived full time in our 2011 Keystone Raptor 410LEV since July 2016 and we feel extremely fortunate that it turned out to be absolutely perfect for us. It was the very first RV that we looked at when we decided to buy a toy hauler, and we were sold as soon as we walked inside and saw the wide open floor plan of the living room, the size of the refrigerator and the layout of the bedroom. The floor plan is ideal for living with a large dog, because we can get into both the kitchen and the bedroom from either of two directions without the need to step over the dog. The garage was just large enough for our 2 quads at the time, and now our one Yamaha Wolverine 2x side by side. We love having a garage that serves as a great extra space for a printer, ice maker, hanging winter coats and storing a vacuum, several small appliances and dry goods that we buy in bulk. It’s also great as an extra entryway for days when we get muddy, or as a guest room with its own private entrance. We haven’t had any unusual problems other than replacing things that have exceeded a reasonable amount of wear and tear.

This is the first 5th wheel I have driven my other RVs have been Campers and travel trailers. Towing a fith wheel compared to a trailer is like night and day, the tong weight on a fith wheel is over the back axel where it should be so there is no wiggle when towing or being passed by semi trailers. My F350 with tow haul features and engine break is a pleasure to drive ,on steep hills there is no need to break the truck holds the trailer nicely. I used this Toy hauler mostly in unserviced areas thats why I added the solar system somI didnt have to listen to a genset . The livability has most of the comforts of home . I am only selling as I have brought a lake property.

So, sorry for the long review. We have a 2018 Keystone Raptor toy hauler that had a major weld break while driving down the highway that SHOULD NOT break. This weld attaches the hanger to the body of the unit. The axle is attached to the hanger. When the weld broke, the one side of the axle shifted forward and two of the tires rubbed together causing grooves down to the cords. This is a KNOWN problem and Keystone did some recalls but said our unit was not in the recall. We contacted our extended warranty company who said it was a defect not covered and we needed to contact the manufacturer. We contacted Keystone and of course the said they would not cover this and we needed to contact the manufacturer of the axle/hanger. Keystone said we were just outside our warranty period for the structure. This did not make sense as the manufacturer is not the one who welds this part to the unit. I contacted them anyway and was correct in the fact that they did not do the weld. In the beginning I asked who did the weld and Keystone refused to tell me. Once the manufacturer declined coverage I once again asked who did the weld. They finally told me. We will be reaching out to that company. Bottom line is that Keystone has horrible customer service and does not stand behind its product. They should own up to this and pay the relatively nominal amount to reimburse us what monies we are out. We are not asking for anymore than what we spent. If we need to get into a legal battle we will and it will cost them so much more than $1200-$1500 we are currently seeking. So many companies these days wasting money, a decline in customer service and honestly not caring. I had posted on FB however, they have chosen to take down my review and block me from contacting them. How petty for such a large company.
