purchased New 2017 camper at camping world st, Louis, Mo. wife drove up, picked camper she wanted, First camper had Heated underbelly, 2 full baths, bunk beds on each side & laid out to give more space, she signed paper work, paid $15,000.00 down, ask if wanted clear coat, she said yes, she left for home,Arkansas, I worked north of camping world, next day son in law & I drove to pick camper up, they just getting done spraying, they were pulling camper out, one of the slide outs left out, slide caught wall where doors close on building. Ripped slide almost off, bend camper all up, camping world told me they didn’t have another camper like picked out, They did just year newer, they refused to let me have it, I ended up with 2016 keystone avalanche, sells person lied to me about camper having a heated under Belly, it didn’t. 1/2 bath in back, bunks nothing like in other camper, I was lied to from the start, sells person lied like a dog, $15,000.00 down, good credit, union worker, refused one year newer camper, with in 2 weeks Refrigerator stopped working, called camping world, said I had to contact keystone, they couldn’t help me, keystone said call camping world, I ended up putting regular refrigerator in, them 2 months later Noticed wall coming apart from floor where 5th wheel is. Called again. So nothing got done. Then about year ago. Headed home from working out of state. Got home. Saw that bolts came off that kept Axles Straight, had to fix that, ate new tires up on side bolts came off, had to replace breaker and last month fireplaces stopped working, it’s been other Issues, don’t expect camping world or keystone to do anything, I’ll never buy from either again. ,

Presently using the new RV. On first impression, there seems to br plenty of storage, drawers, cabinets, ect. Not so, They are all small and not too deep. The batheoom is
very small and storage almost non existent. There is no place for a towel rack. Advertised as year round use, but in my opinion, it may be good for a weekend, but certainly not for extended use like I need. I made a mistake buying this one. On the plus side, very easy setup, light to pull, and the large refrigerator is very good. There is very good storage in the basement.
