Was big believer in Jayco brand trailer and bought my third new one and have owned several new ones. Received a questionnaire from Jayco after purchase and listed all the faults and changes to the design that I didn’t like. They never responded. Have had warantee problems with things that have not worked in first year and dealer has failed to fix. Cheap things like the clock and the control for heat and air conditioning do not work and am told they were not made by Jayco and can not be fixed by warantee. Jayco used to be a well made travel trailer but will not buy another

I thought Jayco was a quality product but now I have serious doubts. We bought a new 2024 Jayco Eagle 321RSTS and we have had it on just a couple of outing. We noticed that the flooring on the doorside slide won't lay flat. It is a fall risk and the manufaturers solution is to put a rug(s) over it or staple velcro to the floor and stick the other side to the flooring. When we had are trailer washed the guy noticed a softspot on the roof. We had it inspected and the dearler said it seems to be a circle where maybe something was supposed to be stubbed through. Jayco has decided that since there is no problem at this time they won't repair it. So basically they are kicking it down the road so when it does fail it will be out of warranty and they are off the hook. It's sad, this units MSRP is about $109,000 and they won't do a thing to back it up.

The 24RL is poorly made. The refrigerator has never worked properly. All fittings have leaked. Under the bathroom sink, the trap is out of alignment in a way that getting a proper seal is not possible. It’s a constant leak no matter my approach in repair. The thermostat is crap- constantly flashing an E3 error. Service has help is to pull the fuse for a reset. THANKS FOR THE HELP!! The piece of crap stops mid cycle (heat) so I get up at night to pull a fuse for a half hour reset? BS. Trim pieces fall off. I’ve had to rebuild drawers so they hold anything without the bottom falling out. In short, JAYCO built crap in an effort to maximize profits and minimize weight. DONT BUY A JAYCO UNLESS YOU WANT A PROJECT!!

We have a 2023 Riverside Retro 13.5. We bought the camper new. We sized down to a small camper so we could tow with our Jeep Wrangler. The camper has not had any problems and we have had dozens of trips in it. It was one of the few campers at this size that checked all the boxes. We love the full size fridge and dry bath. We have the Elite and like the ADZELL siding too. My biggest complaint is the awning. It works fine but the arms are very low. Coming from the rear door, it is very easy to bang your head on the low arms and we have a lot. The only other complaint is the upholstery on the sofa is very delicate. I keep a futon cover on it because we take our pups and this has kept it damage free. We feel for the price point, amenities and tow ability the camper has been a good value.

I (second owner) have owned this travel trailer for 5 years and have traveled with it cross country four times in addition to running a number of short trips to national parks (Grand Canyon, Glacier National, Crater Lake) and it has provided a safe and comfortable shelter for two adults and two small dogs in both freezing (<15F) and extreme hot (>105F) weather. After traveling thousands of miles, I have found that this trailer has held up very well and looks to be on the road for many more years due to being well maintained and properly operated. Storage includes not only kitchen cabinets, but also storage under the bed (which pivots up to allow access and storage under the dinette benches. Both areas have been used to store tools, repair parts, dry food, blankets and many other items used on month long trips. Storage accessed externally is enough to store a hitch, load balancing bars, chock blocks, power cables, wi-fi antenna pole, and cleaning supplies. Vaulted ceiling, insulated skylights, 2" insulated side walls, double wall front with extra-tall diamond plate, sealed floor to keep holding tanks from freezing, and heavy-duty forced air 25,000 BTU furnace combine to keep the inside warm. I have used this trailer in temperatures down to 15F with no problem. After market modifications include installing all LED lights inside and outside; a 12V shut-off switch; addition of a half cabinet to provide additional storage; a new stove/oven; new awning; side and rear view cameras used during travel; locked battery storage box; and flex armor applied to the roof. The 19B is a well-built and designed travel trailer that optimizes convenience and ease of use in a small space that makes it ideal for "traveling" cross country in any weather. Anyone wanting more space simply needs to buy a bigger trailer. As my first RV, I could not have bought a better trailer.

No help from jayco. The fit and finish of doors, cabinets, lights, all hardware are cheap Chinese made junk. The linoleum floor has a huge bubble in it as wide as the unit. The 3 season door in the garage is very flimsy and doesn't close as it should. Both toilets in the unit are not solid. The flooring under the toilets is extremely thin. AGAIN, no help from jayco. There's too many things to list that are substandard or poor quality. The workmanship of things installed is horrible. DO NOT BUY anything made by thor/ jayco.

The thirty three foot length and the overall weight makes it easier to camp almost anywhere. You don’t usually see many of this particular model for sale because most people are happy with it and have no desire to part with it.

We have had campers for years. This spring, we decided to purchase a large 5th wheel that was livable in the winter months in addition to shorter camping trips in the warmer months. We purchased in late April. The electronics failed on our very first trip in May, and we spent an hour on the phone with the dealer working to manually reset the electronics just so we could get the camper level: you cannot get into this model AT ALL if the camper will not automatically level. And that has been a recurring issue. On our second trip out, the electronics failed again. This time, neither the dealer nor Jayco support could help. And they both neglected to provide the crank needed to access the camper (by manually opening the main slide), so we could not get into the camper. We had to pay a mechanic to come to us just to crank out the slide. He said he has seen this problem on all newer Jaycos (he said the electronics are terrible) Nearly every system in the camper then failed to work that time, so we spent our trip in a glorified tent. Jayco fought us on covering the problems through their warranty. The camper has now been at a dealer 6 WEEKS continuously as of today, and all is still not fixed. Jayco cannot even send the correct parts for repairs. So we never did get to use the camper this summer, and are very worried about our winter trip. Bottom line: we would not recommend Jayco to our worst enemy. It has been nothing but a colossal headache. And Jayco has made it incredibly difficult to get anything resolved. Pick anyone else and any other camper.
