This is a basic trailer, but it is easy to tow and has all of the basics you need plus 100W solar and off road tires. It is perfect for weekend or overnight stays. However! There are a few Cons about it. 1. The bathroom is too small and the shower inside is worthless. 2. You cannot pull out the shelves in the fridge because the bathroom door is in the way. Bad design. 3. The fold down futon sofa is too hard on one side and too soft on the other. There is no good fix to make it comfortable. 4. The fold down bunk only holds 100 lbs... So not good for a bigger child. 5. The solar does not run the A/C. Other than those complaints, we are happy with it because it serves our needs. We didn't need anything fancy and spend most of our time outdoors. Most of the time, it is just the two of us and the dog. Show less

My wife and I are Alaska residents. As such, prepping for winter on the 16bh is a snap! All of the drain points are located in easy to reach areas. The fresh water tank (after draining) separates from the pump, there is a separate pick up hose that draws the antifreeze into the lines. All that's needed is open the valves and the antifreeze pumps in! Slick and fast! The quality, fit, and finish are excellent. With 18 hours of summer daylight, the solar panel works great! Longest trip last year culminated in a total of 1800 miles. Not a single problem! 100%+, well thought out! Could not be happier. FYI, our tow vehicle is a Buick Enclave. The 16bh is a dream to tow, and it's weight is far less than capacity. I would fate this unit at "ten stars" if the program would allow for it! Show less

Do not buy! Roof constantly leaking, every thing breaks in it, and every time you move it something structural will break.. lastly, the shower is on the black tank so plan on dumping that after every shower. I really do t have anything nice to say about this camper or this company, purchased at fun town and they hate to fix anything broken just want you to buy a new one Show less

Family of 5 kid's, wife, and 3 small dogs Negative: Got it and noticed the wheel wells looked like they had been stepped on. My dealer quickly fixed and replaced the wheel well. The Murphy bed frame needed reinforcement. There was a leak where I would winterize the camper. Positive: Sleeps my family and we can prepare meals easily. Have travelled over 1300 miles with it my first year and is structurally sound. This camper is small for my family but not all the kids come. It is mainly a place to lay out head and make meals. Otherwise when we went camping we never spent much time inside. . Show less

We bought this camper brand new. The dealership we bought it from was wonderful great people tried standing behind us with all our problems. But Gulfstream manufacturers will not stand behind their product. We've had multiple leaks. The front end leaks in the bedroom around the window cross the floors the walls are warped leaking around the slide into the living area. Had nothing the problems with the water heater when we first bought it. It's still not right. We have contacted Gulfstream multiple times with no results. We've called our insurance company he says it's a manufacturer problem. I do not recommend buying a Gulfstream camper I'm a very disappointed customer. I've tried to seal areas where the leaks may be coming from but I'm not sure if that's the right spots. I don't want to mess with it too much Show less

I loved this camper when we bought it, seemed like the perfect first camper. But turned terrible when the roof started leaking, its ruined the cabinetry above the bed in the front. The bath tub leaks down and has ruined the floors. The windows in the bedroom in the front leak, have also ruined the floor. And to make everything more upsetting when I called the manufacture they told me there is nothing they can do about it. 2 years with this camper and now we can't even use it until we get it all fixed. The refrigerator in the outdoor kitchen stopped working. We already had the main fuse box blow and be replaced. Very upsetting, will for sure being reading reviews on our next camper purchase, once I figure out how to get out of this nightmare. Show less

Piece of garbage leaks, radio didn't work, blowing fuses all the time. it's not a very well-made camper. pieces falling off. very cheaply made camper. not worth the money or the time. I wish I decided not to go with it Show less

Nice Floorplan. Cheaply constructed. I've owned it 8 days. 4 service calls. Awning lag bolts not connected. Also channel for water drain was attached and seam opened. D foam fir slide out not properly attached. Tounge is not grounded properly. Got a shock over by battery. Sunlight/ exhaust fan in bathroom leaking. Show less

My son bought this camper leaks from each corner, no water pressure , only had it a short time bought brand new . Inside wall shot floor damaged , would not recommend this to anyone not even my worst enemy!!!!!!!!!! Show less

We have had this camper for 1 year. It is leaking from the top. The strip on roof came off. Also you can see staples all over the inside And the cabinet panel is falling off. This camper is so cheaply made. Called gulfstream and they are no help. They will not help us in any way. Show less
