Panel behind arm rail separated from the studs. Forest River riverstone did nothing... absoteuly nothing. By far one of the worst purchasing experiences in my adult life. L couches seemed cool, but was extremely uncomfortable. Nicks and dings in so many places on what was the frost paint job. For a 18k paint job was already needing repainted and had a flame flex issue. When the panel fell off I filed a BBB complaint again Forest River. The rep said it's the dealers fault and declined to work with the BBB further. Waste of me registering, running my credit, and down payment. Dealership bought it back because I hired a lawyer but was also ready to let me get screwed over. My family and children's children will never buy a forest river product again. Rust, missing blinds, leaking in the storage area from the bathroom. One of the most poorly connected units I have stepped in. Slumnersloth is terribly ugly as well.

Huge 80 k mistake. If a mini van passes us it throws the unit quite a few inches, if a semi passes us, it’s quite an experience if you don’t see it coming! No suspension and wouldn’t consider towing any. Anything above 55 mph and it’s shaking. The outside noise is so bad that I put white duct tape on the cab doors so we have to use the camper door. Entire cab area is subpar and less than generic.

Very disappointed in this trailer. While it has some good points like combined Microwave, Air Fryer, Oven, the build quality leaves a lot to be desired. Dinette cushion foam is weak 130 lb adult flattens it. Oriented strand board used under bed and dinette seats has rough unfinished edges a real finger shredder.Instant hot water heater installed at very front of unit resulting in having to run the hot water faucets and shower for a long time before getting hot water through. Cabinet installation shows lack of quality control. Soap dispenser installed to far from sink and drape hold downs incorrectly installed. The on board thermostat is useless reading up to 20 degrees higher than the actual temperature. Finally still searching for a way to access the rear view camera without a smart phone. Should never have bought this unit.

Forest River will fix it at their leisure... In my mind they should of replaced it. Worst Company Ever!!!!!!

Excellent like new condition. The new 8 inch memory foam mattress in the master is very comfortable and having the 2 little cubbies next to you makes it easy to charge you phone , keep your glasses or really anything you might need in the middle of the night There is 2 TVs one is a smart Apple TV and the other has an Amazon fire stick to enjoy at night or during bad weather when the weather is miserable The stove and oven work great if you are a baker or just need a meal that is easy to prepare This unit is easy to tow and park. We have a F-150 that we towed it with the 1 month that we used it

Unhappy Customer From Day One I recently purchased a brand-new Grey Wolf travel trailer, excited to start my RV adventures. While the trailer itself has some great features and a stylish design, my experience has been marred by unexpected defects and disappointing service from the dealer and Forest River Warranty. Shortly after purchase, I noticed many issues that should not be present in a new unit — including [Weak Brakes, Black and grey tank indicators only showing grey light]. I brought these concerns to the dealer, expecting warranty coverage and professional support. Unfortunately, they claimed they could not find any faults and refused to take responsibility for some of the defects. As a result, I had to pay out of pocket to fix problems that should have been covered. This was incredibly frustrating, especially given the trailer's new condition and the dealership's reputation. I felt dismissed and unsupported during the process. I still believe the Grey Wolf has potential, but buyers should be cautious and inspect thoroughly before finalizing the purchase. And if you're considering Forest River Cherokee Grey Wolf, be prepared to advocate strongly for yourself — because their post-sale service left much to be desired. I wish I had known this before I bought this trailer, would have gone with a different brand.

The best feature of the RV is the rear entertainment seating. This is opposing double slides to create an extra large living room complete with fireplace, entertainment center with stereo and DVD and a popup tv that discreetly moves down beneath counter so as not to obstruct the rear view. Second best is the high end upgrades. This makes it feel like a house. Rich wood cabinetry, pantry with pull-out shelves, solid counters and tons of storage. Third is large for an RV bathroom. Corner shower is extra big, toilet is pocelain and there is adequate vanity space. A larger person can easily move around in this bathroom. Last is the master bedroom which truly feels like a master suite with a third slideout, double mirrored closet doors, armoire storage on each side, nightstand, and stand alone armoire for more storage and holds a smart tv.

One would have thought that for the price, it would at least live somewhat comfortably but it's really the opposite. We are going through a tank of propane in less than 2 days because of this crappy design. It's supposed to be an all season camper but on a cold night, the furnace is worthless. I've yet to find the temperature that makes the living space warm, however, the bedroom and bathroom are saunas. With the thermostat on 80, the furnace runs literally full time, hence the waste of propane, and the bedroom and bath are 80+ degrees but the living room won't even reach 70. The bath and bedroom are so hot that both my husband and I have sustained burns from stepping on the floor vent in the middle of the night Don't waste your money. And that doesn't even get in to the oven that takes half an hour to reach 350 or the door that won't close square or the outlets that trip if you use something as power draining as a phone charger. Very disappointed
