My wife and I are Alaska residents. As such, prepping for winter on the 16bh is a snap! All of the drain points are located in easy to reach areas. The fresh water tank (after draining) separates from the pump, there is a separate pick up hose that draws the antifreeze into the lines. All that's needed is open the valves and the antifreeze pumps in! Slick and fast!
The quality, fit, and finish are excellent. With 18 hours of summer daylight, the solar panel works great!
Longest trip last year culminated in a total of 1800 miles. Not a single problem! 100%+, well thought out!
Could not be happier. FYI, our tow vehicle is a Buick Enclave. The 16bh is a dream to tow, and it's weight is far less than capacity.
I would fate this unit at "ten stars" if the program would allow for it!

I purchased what is a 2023 year Sunlite Classic 16BH Elite package, manufactured Sept. 2022. The eye candy, weight, and price are great. Have only gone about 500 miles with it so far but found some issues to be addressed. The rear stabilizer jacks were attached with bolts through the 4" rear bumper, thus, one can NOT store the stinky slinky like one would expect. The roof AC sounds like standing in a wind tunnel, so had to add electronic speed controls to tame it. The air diffuser for it was nothing but slots with no directional control. The radio / Bluetooth streaming player is nice, but audio volume control is complicated. Stove is right beside the bed, so, some kind of splash screen is needed. Storage is great, though a drawer for pots /pans could be installed in forward dinette storage. Towing has been very reasonable so far.

The shower is small for a big guy. I am 6'-4" at 280 lbs. I liked the privatize in the Master Bedroom. Has a separate entrance to the bathroom from the MBR. Both entrances to the MBR have doors. It is a great RV all around. Needs some TLC.
Honesty is the best policy, Les.

I fell in love with the efficient layout and price-point on the Sun-Lite 16bh. The big refrigerator with separate freezer and the bath with separate shower are big pluses for a small camper.
BUT, I bought a used 2019 in January 2020 and discovered that the camper has lots of frustrating issues. The biggest problem that seems to occur across many (non-lifted) models of Sunset Park travel trailers - the wheels hit the underside of the wheel well and compromise the joint on the wheel well. This damage might be overlooked, but needs to be fixed immediately. If your trailer is new or still under warranty, return to the dealer immediately and have it fixed. The company is aware of this problem and hasn't fixed it in current models. Dealers don't tell you about this problem. I was told by a company representative that the camper was not made to go over curbs or speed bumps. I suggest you check wheel wells after every day on the road.
Other frustrations: the mother board on the hot water heater went out on the first use, the very cheap thermostat needs to be replaced immediately, the window by the bed won't stay open, the steps are too big for the camper and keep the door from closing, the AC unit is extremely loud, the stereo doesn't work very well (some units have speakers wired incorrectly).
Overall, the company has a great floor plan but the attention to detail is truly poor.

Purchased new in 2015. After a week took it back to dealer for numerous defeciencies, took a whole day to fix most of the defects. After getting home had numerous issues with the slides and still do, wires broken off motors, slides won’t go out evenly. Usually go out crooked and need to go in and out numerous times to get the slides in or out. Glass in cabinet doors just fall out, trim falls off ceiling. Poor fit on the doors. Had an issue with the waterpump and it was extremely difficult to gain access to the pump, had to tear apart the cabinet it was located under. We were told by a dealer Evergreen went bankrupt in 2016 so we no longer had any warranty. Not impressed with this brand especially after all the hype before buying it and being told it was a green unit and really high quality.
