Easy loading, easy to customize, AC and Heat, absolutely BEST in class. We towed with a 2024 Dodge 2500HD Gas. No problems at all. Under power, didn't even feel it there. Under braking, the trailer brakes made it so we didn't notice it.

We bought this trailer in June 2022. It was a dry summer and all was well. Then no sooner than the rains hit last fall, we were constantly mopping up water in the storage space, then on the kitchen floor. At the time the trailer was in storage and every time we checked on it, we found water. After a theft at the lot, we brought our trailer home in February and kept finding water in it. By March the panelling in the storage space delaminted and we found wall damage under the emergency escape window. I also found missing sealant on the hatch frame and I think the floor is soft at the wall for I can push down on it in places.. I contacted Sunset Trailer about it three weeks ago... no responce. We took the trailer to the dealership two weeks ago... they found missing roof sealant too, cointacted Sunset, and got no responce either. Although we inspected the trailer every 90 days, used Dry Z Air and lots of towels; we hadn't the time to take it in until two weeks ago. Nonetheless, Sunset has refused to honor its warrantee... nor should the trailer have begun leaking when three months old. This was no dumped over dog dish as we first thought... I think the poor application of sealant, resulting water damage, and the non existant treatment we received warrants a refund or replacing the trailer. Strange how their website says, "Trust the Build." I don't.

I pull this trailer with a Ford Explorer that is rated for 5,000 pound towing . It handled it very easily, even in the Rocky Mountains. The floorplan is ideal for a family of 2 children and can easily accommodate 3. For a trailer that is only 24 feet long total the floorplan gives you a nice spacious area with the Murphy Bed up and the slide out. The construction of the unit is very good compared to many of the other manufacturers. I have not had to do any repairs or adjustments to the trailer. Of course, if you have the tow vehicle and the funds to go to a larger trailer with more room, it would be more comfortable. From what I have seen KZ quality is one of the better manufacturers in the travel trailer market.

Traveled full-time in our Mammoth on an F450 with camper package, heavy duty suspension and upper stable loads. This camper was a great choice for mobility and for utilizing many camping options: RV parks, county/state parks, boondocking, etc... Off-grid package and a dc-to-dc charger make it easy to be off-grid without any generators. Quality is significantly better than other truck campers! Floor plan is very spacious for a truck camper - I still cannot believe it is in the back of a truck. Driving and towing will be significantly less if you don't have the right truck and suspension - ours was excellent. Host warrantied several items in the first few months and we have had no problems since (we have owned if for a year).

Thor Industries owns Keystone RV Company and the 2021 Keystone Cruiser Aire CR248L is nothing but a piece of JUNK!! We purchased the Keystone Cruiser Aire in April 2021. The very first outing was a disaster. We noticed water was leaking from the shower after the very first use. We went into the bedroom and the water had leaked into the bedroom. The leaking water had filled the floor vent in front of the king size bed. The awning on the outside had begun to rip after letting it out. There were other minor issues with the 5th wheel. We took the 5th wheel to Camping World on December 15. 2021 to get some of the warranty work done. To date, the 5th wheel is still in the repair shop of Camping world because they are unable to get the roller parts for the shower needed from Keystone or Thor Industries to fix the problem. We will NEVER purchase another Keystone product going forward!! It does not come close to one star, but could not give zero.

I just bought a Host Camper for more than an nice car. It had issues when I picked up from the factory, that they fixed before we took it off the lot. We drove it home, a two day drive. We discovered more major problems, such as the water heater not working and the shower heavily leaking into the basement storage area. Other minor problems included exterior storage door not latching properly and windows blinds broke on installation. We picked up our camper in September of 2021. We have overnight camped in it twice and have found nothing but problems. I have owned a variety of campers over the last 20 years, this has been the worst experience of my life. This camper is 3 months old and has spent more time, and my time invested in transporting it, at the dealership fixing the extremely poor quality of this product. I called Host to discuss, but it resulted in insults to me as a consumer, implying that I was irrational with my concerns regarding the quality of the product. They say several of there customers experience a “punch list” of problems with their campers, that they are happy to fix if you drive them back to Bend, Or, where they are manufactured. I guess if you are happy buying a high end product that come with a time consuming punch list, instead of time spent doing recreation, in addition to being treated like the manufacturing problems are your fault and not the manufacturer’s…..then this is the perfect product for you!

2019 Cascade Literally problems and replacement of all Dometic components. 2 years in, 5 services on the fridge and fully replaced, went out again now, 2 services each on both furnace and water heater. Clearly a dometic issue. As another person shared the floors are peeling up. Worst issue is the severe cracks on the outside fiberglass panels surrounding the slides outs, one in the first 6 months but was told it was not a structural threat, now even bigger cracks on the glass on both sides. I loved the floor plan for a cab over but arm chair was broke day one, fixed day 3 and has been broken ever since flopping around. Turns out there is basically only one staple in it. I find washers and screws every few miles down the road and am always wondering where they are coming from. Proceed with Caution!! Factory was great and responsive in my home town until I passed the one year mark. A lot of issues for 70 k
