Bought this trailer new and it has been nothing but trouble. We began having issues on our first trip and haven’t been able to use it since, because it’s been in and out of the shop. One issue after another from parts failures to overall fit and finish problems. The warranty is great but doesn’t matter if you can’t get a shop to do the work properly. I’m embarrassed that I bought the marketing and thought we were purchasing a premium product. It’s a nice design, but little to no care was taken with assembly and quality control. Save yourself the money and heartache and choose something else. Show less

Ours is actually the 2023 but that was not a choice from the drop down menu. Well built, excellent quality. We visited the manufacturer in Elkhart on the way home due to an issue with the thermostat. They found other issues and fixed them all. I am very impressed with the service they provided and going above and beyond.
