We must have looked at dozens of RV trailers before purchasing the Intech Sol Eclipse Rover. The only disappointment is that most of the cabinet trim is literally falling off the cabinet bottoms and sides. Our RV was used twice and stored in a covered storage. I was shocked when i found the trim laying everywhere. The worst wasn’t that apparently bad glue was used , after contacting the dealer AND eventually Intech neither would stand by their product or even provide info on what glue to use. Very disappointed in their warranty and customer service. Trim should not peel off in one year especially when we kept the trailer immaculate and in covered storage. Intech even admitted they’d had many complaints about this issue 🙁

Purchased new a 2026 East to West Bravado 29SF one month ago brand new from General RV Tampa. Used it twice on weekend trip and found it to be solid and loaded with high end features and equipment. Like the Onan 8K generator, which others only add a 6K. 16ft. fridge, 36" by 36" shower, three Maxxairs with remotes, 2 A/C's on a 30ft. unit, not counting the F600 chassis with 4x4. everything worked as designed, the normal RV items did pop up, like adjustments of drawers, and cabinets, but based on my experience to date and the price, I would recommend considering this RV if your in the Super C market.

Bought a 2025 stratus venture 261vrb from great American tv in defuniak springs Florida. Went on a 4 month trip around the USA Overall not many issues. One issue was the 20 amp gfci bkr that fed the outlets for where the washer and dryer would plug in 120vac was wired incorrectly at the factory. As soon as u plugged anything in the bkr would trip free. Took the dealership some time to troubleshoot this issue and wire the bkr correctly. Second issue was the reception wiring for cable/antanne broke after 2 months. Dealership troubleshot and found numerous loose connections and a bad splitter. Third issue was electric fireplace broke after 3 months. Dealership replaced it. 4th issue was the slide out stove fell off its sliders after 3 uses. Dealership fixed 5th issue was the blinds by the couch and dining table had the lower piece come off. Dealership fixed these. Last issue was the shower head was clogged with piping debris from installation. Had to clean out bits of plastic plumbing pipe to get decent water flow. It took a month to get warranty work approved. And another month to get parts.

We have a 2023 Riverside Retro 13.5. We bought the camper new. We sized down to a small camper so we could tow with our Jeep Wrangler. The camper has not had any problems and we have had dozens of trips in it. It was one of the few campers at this size that checked all the boxes. We love the full size fridge and dry bath. We have the Elite and like the ADZELL siding too. My biggest complaint is the awning. It works fine but the arms are very low. Coming from the rear door, it is very easy to bang your head on the low arms and we have a lot. The only other complaint is the upholstery on the sofa is very delicate. I keep a futon cover on it because we take our pups and this has kept it damage free. We feel for the price point, amenities and tow ability the camper has been a good value.

I (second owner) have owned this travel trailer for 5 years and have traveled with it cross country four times in addition to running a number of short trips to national parks (Grand Canyon, Glacier National, Crater Lake) and it has provided a safe and comfortable shelter for two adults and two small dogs in both freezing (<15F) and extreme hot (>105F) weather. After traveling thousands of miles, I have found that this trailer has held up very well and looks to be on the road for many more years due to being well maintained and properly operated. Storage includes not only kitchen cabinets, but also storage under the bed (which pivots up to allow access and storage under the dinette benches. Both areas have been used to store tools, repair parts, dry food, blankets and many other items used on month long trips. Storage accessed externally is enough to store a hitch, load balancing bars, chock blocks, power cables, wi-fi antenna pole, and cleaning supplies. Vaulted ceiling, insulated skylights, 2" insulated side walls, double wall front with extra-tall diamond plate, sealed floor to keep holding tanks from freezing, and heavy-duty forced air 25,000 BTU furnace combine to keep the inside warm. I have used this trailer in temperatures down to 15F with no problem. After market modifications include installing all LED lights inside and outside; a 12V shut-off switch; addition of a half cabinet to provide additional storage; a new stove/oven; new awning; side and rear view cameras used during travel; locked battery storage box; and flex armor applied to the roof. The 19B is a well-built and designed travel trailer that optimizes convenience and ease of use in a small space that makes it ideal for "traveling" cross country in any weather. Anyone wanting more space simply needs to buy a bigger trailer. As my first RV, I could not have bought a better trailer.

We purchased our Entrada 2950OK at a show. I will say 1st. General Rv has been pretty good. Its Forest River and their Warranty process that is terrible. The show unit was sold but they would deliver an exact same one to us from another store. It came in and didn't have all the items ( solar hookup and many flaws. The couch backs are inches off difference in height. The cabinet doors poorly constructed and the mattress was downgraded substantially than show model. They switched the mattress and bent the slider window frame. After trying to fix it they bent it even more to where it wouldnt open. While waiting for parts we took it on our preplanned 1st trip. Within 10 days there were depressions on the mattress where our rearends were. Also found out after 1000 miles of trying to set up the SiriusXM that the parts were not installed. So we got home and took it back and they begrudgingly ordered SiriusXM parts added the solar port and fixed the doors. We are still going back and forth about about the couch and bed. We took it on trip while waiting for parts. Found the back AC unit doesnt cool and a few USB ports didnt work. Its been back in shop since August 5th and its now Oct 10th and they are still wanting more diagnostics on AC even though the Compressor is not working. Still fighting over the couch. They want pictures of tag and back but say the pictures aren't good enough. The bed they say we dont have proof that its not the same type mattress that was at the show. After 2 back surgeries and laying on the show model for a long time and checking it out. It was a thicker interspring mattress. They also said ok we will get you another one. They sent the same one just a different color. I told them i wouldnt accept it and not to install it and they did anyway. We spent alot of $ down along with making payments feel like this is the worst company to have purchased from. Forest River does not stand behind their product and workmanship. If this was a regular vehicle it would have been Lemon Lawed. They've had it at the shop more than we have... Forest Rivers warranty is worth nothing. The quality of their work and materials after really seeing it is sub par. Be very careful when looking. We will never buy from them again!
