I bought the unit new, 3 weeks in I lost power to the unit. Contacted the warranty they coached me thru what I needed to do to regain power. Contacted the dealer they put me off for 3 months. The converter had burned up. Waited another 2 months for repair, 2 weeks later it failed again. I ordered a new one on line had it in 3 days and has been working since, the blower moter on the furnace has now gone out. This trailer has not been a good investment. Show less

We purchased this 5th wheel brand new in July. It’s a 2022. We are in it all the time as we travel for work constantly. ( also pioeliner’s ). It has been a fantastic camper once we got the “bugs” worked out. Beautiful layout. Dependable 2nd “home” for us. I recommend it to everyone that asks about it Show less

Bought a east to west tandara. Brand new first thing off the bat first rain the master slide leaks a lot. Shower leaks we had to put a Shower curtain in it. The washer area gushed water out of the walls all fittings were so loose. The kitchen sink pipes are put together with hose and poured water out for days under the island. We had to pay to put proper fittings and pipe on. Both toilets leak. The front slide has some kind of weird plastic skid on it and so the corners stick up that's a fall hazard. The bunk ladder hurts your feet when going up it not to mention how hard it is to make the bed. I also didn't realize the bathroom sinks were made of paper don't let them get wet. Show less

I just purchased this RV brand new. Audi have come across two electrical issues. One was for the back up camera that was supposedly propped, but was not there was no power. And the second one was the Tele Vader power wire fell out because it was only held in by a piece of electrical tape. Not much of a response from east to west other than it’s in the description that you’ll have problems the first year. Not sure I would buy this fifth wheel again and I am pretty sure I cannot recommend this company to anyone else. Had a entry-level Coleman that I had no problems with Show less

DO NOT BUY FROM EAST TO WEST. Their customer service is non existant. I have reached out numerous times for information with zero response. The vehicle living cabin is extremely cheaply made with flimsy materials used for cabinets, furniture and electrical devices. I have regretted purchasing from this company almost immediately. Do yourself a favor and look at literally any other brand first. 3 starts for driveability because the truck is made by Ford and rides well. East to West didnt build the truck so zero credit to them. Worst experience I have ever had when purchasing a new unit. The Dealer is trying to repair the multidute of issues but this unit should have never left the factory in this condition. The Bath sink faucets run water over the counter every time you turn on a faucet. The drawers will not stay closed I have to tape them shut to pull down the road. The shower wand leaks water at the faucets, The Hot Water tank when you turn on the heater runs water out over the entire bathroom floor. The backing to hang the tv mount is not there even though there is a prominent sticker announcing this is where the backing board is The first time emtying the dump tanks the inside of the trailer smells like sewage. The flush line for the blackwater tank runs water onto the floor in the bathroom. All of this was three days after taking delivery. Ruining a 4 day fishing trip. Would not recommend this unit or manufacturer to anyone. We bought a new unit to avoid the problems you might have buying a used Trailer with unknown maintenance Show less

We are having problems with our toilet. It seems the waste won’t go down and when we flush m, an air bubble comes out and the smell is atrocious. My husband took out the whole toilet and cleaned out the line thinking we clogged it. It worked great for the first two flushes and now back to it again. Now the bedroom slider motor has broke. The motor kit says RH but the track it sits in says LH. So frustrated with this 5th wheel - soooo very beautiful but I can’t believe there is NO PRIDE when putting it together. Very sad and disappointing. Can’t wait to get rid of this poor investment. Show less

We've had our trailer now for almost 2 years. While I'm happy with the towability and liveability, I'm less than impressed with the craftsmanship. I assume east to west has their own quality AVOIDANCE department and they are doing a superb job. Maybe they should think about quality control. The first trip we took the gasket between the coach and the slide-out came out. Seems it was never fastened down. Next the screws which hold the panel over the winterization valves were stripped out after the dealer winterized it. Also the screws which hold the panel over the water heater bypass were stripped out. This was not the dealers fault. You can't expect large thread wood screws to hold in 1/8 to 1/8 paste board. The unit was cold during our first fall and I found that the heat ducting was never connected to the heater unit. Oh and the screws holding that panel in place were also stripped out. We tried to open the drawers on the somewhat useless anyway drawer unit under the bed and never could get them to work. When I took them out and put a tri-square on them they were so crooked they could never have worked. The frame holding the drawers in the kitchen was never fastened correctly so the whole frame moved when you opened a drawer. The plywood under the prison mattress was cut 6 inched too short so the mattress hung over the edge. The LED light on the side of the coach near the low point drains simply fell off somewhere between home and Texas. I've got roughly 100 hours in fixing the crappy craftsmanship. When I brought this to the attention of the manufacturers rep at our travel show he simply walked away Show less

I have had the worse experience ever, the dealer has had the trailer 5 months out of the time I have owned it the airconditioner does work in auto fan. The slide had a short in the 12v system that was because they ran the wiring through aluminum support that chaffed through a wire and had 1 1/2 screws in the same tubing, it only needs about 1/2 in length screws in it. The dealer hasn't helped nor has East to West support it is like they all sit at their desk and laugh at emails all-day Show less

I purchased the “quality “camper . I was sold on the structure and the functionality and believe the high price would affirm the investment in the quality build. I traveled 175 mile-it tows very smooth. Over a month of living in it , and I had no problems with the layout, other than wishing there was more pantry storage. The propane tanks leaked-but that was a quick fix. The ac sounds funny and doesn’t work like it should, but it still works. The water line leak is what destroyed this camper’s high quality reputation. The leak came from behind the shower and rolled into the underbelly. Insulation is saturated. The inspection concluded a faulty seal. it is still under forest river warranty , but there is a long process involved.meanwhile the camper sits with water. I may have purchased the one out of 1000 that has this problem, but at this point, with this much of a loss in my investment, I will not give Forest River’s East to West any more business. Show less
