We live in Colorado so wanted a diesel pusher to make it up mountain roads without being stuck in the slow lane. This is our home away from home. With three slide outs, this RV is very comfortable to relax inside with the family on a rainy day and not be on top of each other. Decent size closet and drawers in master bedroom for longer trips. The sliding door for the bedroom allows for privacy from guests sleeping in the main area. Two bathroom sinks are helpful. The shower is roomy for larger sized adults. Adults sleep comfortably on the queen size pull out couch mattress that air inflates and is surrounded by a quilted, zip close, mattress cover. The dining room table folds down to sleep two more guests. The kitchen has lots of counter space and cabinets to make preparing meals easy. The two air conditioning units worked fantastic when we camped a Lake Powell in 100 degree weather. Storage down under is made easy with sturdy roll out units. The motorized awning is awesome for eating outside, protected from the sun and rain. We have many happy memories of camping trips to Yellowstone, Glacier, Arches, and Yosemite in our RV. One of our friends gave it the nickname "The Starship Enterprise." We have certainly explored the world's beyond!

Our 2024 Coleman Lantern 17B developed major water damage and delamination within the first year. Keystone RV’s handling of the warranty claim has been frustrating and inconsistent from the start. Their representative initially said they wanted to “do what’s right for my family” and acknowledged how serious water damage could be. But they quickly shifted to blaming me for “lack of maintenance” — with no proof. Then they demanded $6,500 out of pocket for a replacement unit. I was forced to accept a buyout — until I submitted an updated payoff that was less than $1,800 higher. Suddenly, Keystone dropped the $6,500 demand and offered both a new buyout and a replacement. This flip-flop proved they were never negotiating in good faith. They missed multiple deadlines, ignored my final offer, and went completely silent. Keystone’s customer service failed my family when we needed them most. If you’re thinking about buying from them — be careful. Document everything, and don’t assume they’ll back their product when it matters.

Tall and blocky enough to blow all over the road unless you spend an extra $2500 on an obscene hitch setup. Neither the heat nor the ac work without being connected to shore power, even though the heat is propane based. The fridge flies open going down the road with any minor bump, spilling its contents on the floor. The hot water heater was inoperative brand new, the air vents come with nothing to improve quality of life, half the windows don’t open. The materials used are cheap and flimsy and start to disintegrate after the very first use, the storage compartments are lined with cheap pressboard so any decent packing results in the destruction of the compartment itself, the floor plan was decent, except that they cluttered stuff in there to absorb the space and left everything as basic as possible. Save yourself the trouble, find a used camper that doesn’t come from Coleman. Save twice the money, get twice the quality. This thing is junk. True blue junk.

We have had nothing but trouble with this camper. The electrical system kept going out. We would have it fixed and it would blow again . They changed out the converter since it kept blowing fuses. After a couple weeks of use we saw the screws on the outside kept backing out. A few of them we had to replace. The electric water heater never worked we have to use the gas heater to get hot water. The sofa is poorly made. It came loose and had to be screwed back in. When we went to Camping World they told us to go to the manufacturer. We went to the manufacturer and they said we had to go to Camping World. No one would help. The stove knob fell off and now it is hard to turn on the stove. The oven does not work. Trim work has started falling off. I don’t have much nice to say. I wish I had not bought it.

Wow, where to begin with the Regency Xalta Ranger. I guess I will make it simple before explaining... Every single thing on this RV either doesn't work or was built wrong. I cannot think of a single thing they got right. Except the platform. The Transit platform drives great. So lets start. The roof. The entire thing is dented from the build. Dips, dents, scratches, etc. The WHOLE roof is covered with it. Underside. The whole thing has equipment randomly placed in the worst positions possible. It has zero ground clearance because they randomly placed items underneath. The septic hose holder is at the very back 4 inches off the ground, the tanks are only 5 inches up. Just one thing after another. If you try to cross a high speed bump you will seriously rip off everything underneath. Electric. The cab electric works. From day one no other electric works at all. No solar, No alternator charging, no shore power. I take that back, shore power worked for about a week. The dealership only showed me the system with it plugged in. On the drive home nothing worked but I didn't know it. No refrigerator, no rooftop AC, no lights, drop down bed doesn't work. Nothing at all works. I have called regency and left 6 messages. Not a single call back. I called and texted the dealership (camper Clinic in Buda TX) over 10 times and have received exactly one call back. The sales person has never called me again since the day I drove off the lot. I have never heard a word from a manager or anyone except the one service guy who called back. He told me to bring it in and drop it off and he had no idea how long they would have it. When I told him I lived 13 hours away he suggested I fly back or find a closer dealership. The toilet. This one is funny. They apparently didn't know what expansion bolts are for a toilet seat so it was just laid in place with nothing holding it down. Can't flush it because it is an electric toilet so I'm not exactly sure if it works. Shower. Well I can't turn on the pump so I have no idea if it works. Stove. No idea. Kinda need power for that. The bathroom door opens to the front of the unit. So if you stop the van it slams into the opposite wall. Refrigerator door also opens every time you brake so all your food goes everywhere. Here is another funny one... Like every RV it has a circuit breaker/fuse box. I guess the door wasn't staying shut because they screwed a 1.5 inch phillips head screw right through the middle of it into the breakers. As bad as they built this, the most shocking thing is their complete lack of any sort of customer care. If you buy a regency and it breaks in 6 pieces as you cross the curb, you own all 6 and they aren't doing ANYTHING about it.

We've owned this camper now for three years and really haven't had any issues that would warrant a negative review. When we first bought this new unit from Camping World, they were very professional and walked us through the entire operation on setting up and prepping the rig for towing. We did have some issues with trim around the dinette area, and the awning LED light wouldn't work at times. I was able to get the trailer in to be fixed and after that trip I've had zero issues. This is a huge step up from the pop-up camper we started off with, but well worth the investment. Biggest thing is maintenance, and I'm a beast when it comes to making sure all my wheeled vehicles are ready to roll.

Being a stickler for quality and craftsmanship, I was not impressed with the quality of materials used on this RV. For example, the “floor” reminded me of wood paneling commonly found on walls! I expected there to be a sheet of heavy plywood. Despite all, I was sold on the floor plan, cost, and visions of family fun. Once we took delivery, the flimsiness became a glaring issue so much so, that we called the deal to ask them if we could return it. Besides the materials and construction, I did not like the constant wobble associated with walking and sleeping in this unit. My biggest safety issue arose when the carbon monoxide detector came on. All I did was turn on the propane tank then shut it off. Apparently, the subsequent gas in the line leaked into the compartment. My advice is to look past the price, floor plan and attractive interior and focus on the craftsmanship which should lead you to your answer as to whether or not to purchase.
