I live in my Travel Trailer and work in it remotely so having Goode electrical service is Paramount. I took it to the dealer since my GFI outlet kept popping in the rear bath. I thought it was repaired and when I got it back, it wasn’t I run it on the generator that’s 35 A they said that could be part of the problem. I called Customer Support and all they did was argue with me. They were the worst. The woman was very argumentative and very condescending and I don’t know how she got a job and Customer Support It’s a 26 RB embrace and I live in it with no microwave and no lights in the rear bathroom and nobody wants to help me very very poor dealership did not do their job and Customer Support just blame the customer terrible. If you own a shadow cruiser, you got screwed and i feel sorry for you . Way to many problems to list . Please watch out for the propane lines leaking and major electrical problems that camping world of uxbridge couldn't fix . Terrible place and Terrible camper . I truly believe that this camper is dangerous and hopefully this will people not to make the wrong choice. Show less

Bought this RV new May of 2023. As of right now we are at over 60 issues everything from all drawers falling apart, cupboard doors falling apart, bathroom and bedroom doors and tracks completely falling off, most of all trim inside has fallen off, window frame bent and leaking, three windows will not close and it is currently at the dealer because the WHOLE back wall is falling off! The entrance door latch broke in the middle of nowhere and the only was to get in the trailer was to pry the door open with a pry bar, one of the front storage compartment doors fell right out of the outside wall, the furnace did not work after bringing it straight home after purchase, the slide has ruined the flooring in numerous spots from rubbing on it, the sliding king bed in front would not lock in place and smashed from wall to wall while driving also ruining the flooring, sawdust and cut material from manufacturing EVERYWHERE! The list goes on, this thing is UNBELIEVABLE and the quality of craftsmanship is the level of 1 out of 10, stay away from these things! Show less

It was great till the black tank fell out. The led strip on the awning stopped working. all the ceiling fan burned out not only twice but three times. No one knows why. the dealer told us because it was not mechanical it was not covered under warrantee . I'm sure that this will be the last TT i will own It now sits in a junk yard. Show less

Unbelievable pile of garbage. Every cupboard door and cabinet has fallen apart. The bathroom door fell off, the latch on the entrance door broke and door had to be pried open, furnace failed on the first day, extreme poor craftsmanship, this review panel cannot handle the list if I go on! STAY AWAY!!!! Show less

worst experience in my life. bought a travel trailer noticed many things wrong. mentioned it to them after they ignored us for a month or longer. then they finally had us bring it in to them in December. been calling, sending emails, no response. then when we call and complain, yes we swore at them it had been 4 months of being ignored, they called us and said it wasn't a good fit because we were rude and we needed to come pick it up and that they still didn't fix anything 4 months later. not one time did the manager call us to see what they could do to make it right with our first purchase. I would love to hear from the owner or director. horrible horrible. Show less

Bought this as our first RV new 5 years ago. It has been a good unit for the most part, but the slide out floor rotted out due to a manufacturing defect. $4500 later we have a new floor and a sour taste towards Highland ridge Show less

This is my 4th new RV, my husband's 1st. We wanted a couples trailer, one with plenty of storage and room for the two of us, our two small dogs, and occasional grandkids (and sometimes their parents). When we were searching for a camper (went on for a couple of years), I knew what I liked and didn't like from the three previous trailers I'd had with my ex (Wilderness, Nomad and Pilgrim bunkhouses). I had boxes that needed checked. Hubby knew he wanted a large bathroom and a few other things. This model checked off most of our boxes (with the exception of a roof ladder, but we bought a telescopic ladder that works good. Just more to pack along). When we walked in, we were wowed by the nice sized bathroom and storage in it. Then the walk in pantry (we added hooks on the back of the door for keys, leashes and flyswatter, and brackets for broom and mop on the wall). The living area with extra storage (which current models lack) was a plus. The fireplace was nice but didn't last (we contacted that company directly, and after switching out the board inside twice, and then receiving two different whole units, we got one that works as it should). We did receive one that works fine at adding extra heat and ambience. We did replace the sofa bed with a nice reclining loveseat and built a table to go beside it. Kitchen is good (I wanted stove and sink covers, and separate oven). When we got to the bedroom and the salesman said it had a king bed, my husband was sold (the two pups sleep with us and we have a king at home). It is heavy to lift up. We switched out the mattress for a much better one. Ours doesn't slide side to side like the newer models, and there's not as much room on the driver's side as their is the door side to walk in that area. The drawers and added cabinets in the corner are a nice touch. We added a tv, blackout curtains, and replaced an outlet for one to accommodate USB charging, also, beside the bed. The overall trailer is good. Did we have some issues with it? Yes. But I have with all four brand new trailers. Every trailer, no matter how much you pay for it or what the brand is, will have some issues coming straight from the factories. We just fixed the ones we could ourselves, and used the warranty for the bigger ones. We've had a few issues since but took care of those ourselves, too (replaced a bad inverter, had a water line going to the outside shower come loose under the shower/linen area and leaked in the trailer. We caught it early, so luckily no damage was done). These trailers get pulled over bumps and potholes, sometimes curbs, and things work loose. It's to be expected. And, honestly, all rv's are T.U.R.D.s. Things U Repair Daily, regardless of price or brand. But still we love them. We have done a lot of upgrading/personalizing to our Embrace: put a slide awning on, vent covers, replaced the sofa, put on 12-ply tires with a TPMS, added the back camera, keyless door lock, extra hooks, shelves and brackets, replaced the living room tv for a smart tv, put a smart tv in the bedroom, replaced a bedroom outlet for one with USB charging, also, added insulation boarding in the pass-thru storage area so the bed doesn't feel as cold/hot, replaced the mattress with a foam one, and many other projects. And we did most of these while camping because we cannot keep our trailer at home. It sits at a storage/rv repair shop in between camping trips. So, would I recommend this brand/model? Yes. The floorplan is a great one for couples who don't care about having a huge trailer just for two people. It is livable. Easy to pull. I don't like that the newer ones have less storage (over couch, refrigerator, tv, and no doors on the storage under the sink area) now. And from what I hear, craftsmanship on all brands is down after covid. But, as I said earlier, all will have some issues coming straight from the factory. Expect them. And expect some to come up after pulling/using the trailer. Just take care of it. Don't be unnecessarily rough with it. Grease the axles/bearings/upgrade the tires/check the battery water. Do the regular maintenance on it. This will help extend its life. Show less

This RV we bought brand new in 2019. We tested everything when we bought it everything worked had it delivered to our house and when we put the pop out, out the carpet started smoking. Found pinched wires from wires from the factory being to tight on a pivot point. Had that fixed witch the manufacturer only refunded half the bill. A few months latter the trim falls off. No nails it was just wedged in place. All the laminate on the cabinets also started pealing. These are cheap and you will get crappy service. And some of the screws are rusted only after a two years of owing this. Show less

We love this RV. We wouldn't be selling except that we need a longer unit to meet the HOA guidelines for the RV Resort were we have purchased a lot. It's easy to drive and maneuver. A great floorplan for two people with plenty of room in the bath for clothes and essentials. Inside storage is plentiful and we carry place settings for four people, just in case. The exterior storage is more than you'd imagine. We are able to carry two sets of golf clubs, two lounge chairs, a foldable outdoor table, outside area rug, leveling blocks, bike pump and a Weber gas grill as well as tools and hookup hoses, cables etc. Thanks for you interest.
