Brand new 2025 Thor outlaw 38kb. The roof is leaking. Thor refused repair in October 2025. We took one trip from Michigan to Kentucky. Water is pouring in from our rear top ac unit. Per General RV we need a new roof. Waiting on Thor to approve. If they had approved last year maybe this issue would have been found prior to the water infiltration. Very poor customer service. Very poor warranty approval. Spending 200,000 on a rig that has white caulk showing on the roof. They don't care if we drive it around looking this way? Buyer BEWARE Show less

I purchase in 2020. Right away it had a knock in slide on the 600 mile trip home. Dealer said best to take to factory to resolve. Factory trip was worth it they fixed it. Hydraulic hose cut due to hose routed incorrectly. Hydraulic motor failed A cheap China product. Tankless water heater leaked because of a faulty O-Rings. Switchover box failed. Fake leather bench and sofa are flaking. 18k and just my wife and I. Wallpaper coming loose. If you want a fixer upper get a Thor! Oh just remembered had to replace water vavle system. Show less

Looks great Have issues called factory they asked for my vin number said I would hear from somebody within 24/72 hrs still haven’t received a call text anything from them for a company who has a a policy of customer satisfaction built buy a team of quality work force and they care haven’t seen that yet from this company I’ve had a lot of Rv and this is the most disappointing Rv I’ve owned Back in the day fit finish was out of this world I think jaycoe needs to Shake things up in the QC department as it seems they don’t do their job to the standards the company was built on Show less

The Coach House Platinum 261XL has been great for us (family of 3). We have owned it for 11 years and the coach looks new, inside and out. The single shell fiberglass construction provides a quite ride on the road and the paint scheme on the outside still looks new. Show less

This is just a test from a TI employee to determine how the workflow functions. I am hoping to discover cool things, particularly in the realm of URL tracking. This is to be rejected on sight. I was kind of hoping this wouldn't have a minimum character requirement, but I guess that makes sense so that this text box doesn't get inundated with spam. Oh well, that's just how it goes, I guess. I've been full time in this RV for 18 months and I tow a Chevy Colorado with a motorcycle in the back. The Ford powertrain is great with plenty of power and no issues. Currently 25k on the motor. The motorhome part has had zero issues that were the result of poor workmanship. Some just have more problems. I got lucky. The floorplan really works as an office as well since I wfh. Show less

This Class B is the best configuration out. Compared to any other class be it is the best layout. Full bathroom with full shower is amazing! Most comfortable bed compared to Airstream and others. And the finish out is top quality. Hinges doors, Carpet. Everything is top quality. Show less

This motor coach is amazing when traveling. Sleeps 2 comfortably and great on gas. 10 out of 10 recommend. Has TV generator satellite microwave stove top refrigerator shower and toilet. Tows with ease. Cabinets are spacious with outlets throughout Show less

Do not buy Thor Motor Coach . Mine has been in the shop for five months. It’s a 2025 Gemini trip. Everything was put together backwards. I’ve made five payments still not working. Jeremey that works at Thor is a liar. I got two 200 amp our batteries in my RV when I bought it. It’s the wrong brand so they don’t communicate. They ordered new batteries and he only ordered 100 amp our batteries. I straight up instructed him not to do this because I knew he was gonna do this and he wanted me to take it in and put those in there just to see if they work and then he could install more to make them equivalent to how I bought it. That didn’t sit well with me because I knew he was lying so when I said no, I will wait for the 200 amp power batteries he proceeded to say I’ll have to talk to your attorney. I can’t upgrade the batteries. I said it’s not upgrading. It’s how I bought it and yesterday you were saying, let’s just put these lower grade batteries in And then I’ll order more. What happened to that statement? Oh, he was lying. I had no intent in turning this in as a Lemon because it’s officially a Lemon thanks to his lies and manipulation. I would never wanna work with this company in the future. It would be very difficult to convince me to keep this and deal with Thor. Show less
