The furrion refrigerator freezer never worked even after taking it in a few times to the dealer. A private rv person tells me to do a hard reset, and it should work after that. It works correctly one time and then goes back to its old habits of not cooling and freezing correctly.. we have the lost food frequently because of this. Everything online says that furrion rv refrigerators are nothing but problems. All of the cabinet doors and drawers fly open while driving slinging everything you have onto the floor and that's not while driving on a Bumpy road. The heating floor vents are made out of plastic embrake quite easily. Metal costs a few more dollars and works so much better. The igniter on the furrion stove eventually broke off, because it too was made out of cheap plastic.

Our Cougar 5th wheel had a few problems that had to be addressed but it is overall a great camper. It is very easy to tow, easy to set up and easy to live in for extended vacations. I especially like the level system and the slide system. Both have been great. Our issues were the refrigerator ( vent blocked in top), slide cables were out of adjustment and the awning needed adjustment. None of those was major.

For over a year, we have planned to purchase this model, and finally made the decision to purchase one from a private owner in TN. It was a older couple, that didn't do much to keep it in good condition, so I am playing catch up with things like updates to the In-Command equipment. We still love t he floor layout, one of the reasons we wanted this model was the layout of the 2 lounge fold out chairs, that line right in front of a 50" TV, very similar to our layout at home. All the fancy tech I don't need, but it is sure is nice to the Auto Level is very useful. We have yet to figure out the Solar Charging system but will eventually. Overall, still an awesome setup for a couple or small family for camping. We Love it!

Very poor workmanship. The water pump is so noisy it’s embarrassing. Can’t get warm water! Absolute piece of junk! In behind the water heater trying to quiet the water pump and found multiple junction points only attached with one screw! Can’t get any hot water ! 53,000 dollar...read more

I did write a previous review and am adding on to it as we have heard back from Keystone. Although it is a great floor plan, we have had bad luck with this trailer due to manufacturing defects. A minor defect is that they put a seam in the gutter right over the front door so that when it rains, water drips over the door. We've had it fixed a couple of times, but there is no permanent fix because you have to keep filling it with something to fill the gap. That is minor. We live with it. The MAJOR issue is the slideouts. We have had nothing but trouble with them, and I know this is a common issue with slideouts. But we found out that they were using some sort of hollow glides that crush over time. We have only had this trailer for 5 years, but have had trouble with the slideouts the entire time. Keystone just sent me an email stating that they won't even consider helping with this as it is past their one year warranty (we purchased a separate warranty and they won't cover it either). They say it is due to maintenance issues and normal wear and tear. We keep our trailer in a shop, we maintain it as the manual states and there are only 2 of us, so not a lot of wear and tear. Their email was rude and states that the matter is closed and they won't even respond to any more emails about it. Such poor customer service. The estimate we got for the repairs is $7,500! Don't buy a Keystone.....I tried to upload the video of what the slideouts do, but it won't let me for some reason?
