I regret everything about buying this camper. I have been in and out of camping world so many times in the last few years with constant repairs. This unit was thrown together and has now cost me so much extra money. I would never recommend buying a Coleman camper. Our favorite feature of this RV is the floor plan. It's perfect for a couple, single person or a small family. Although we enjoy our time outdoors, when that's not possible due to the weather, this is the perfect sized camper! The murphy bed can be made as a bed all the time, while there is still a table/booth to sit at to play games, read, watch a movie or eat. By the way, the bed is comfy too! Another feature we like is that the bathroom is accessible while the slide-out is in or out, making it very handy when you need to make a bathroom stop in the middle of nowhere. There's no need to move the slide-out to get to the bathroom. This camper has plenty of storage space inside and outside, with the power stabilizing jacks and power tongue make it easy to set up camp in a jiffy!! The extra sturdy stairs and handle make it a safe feature for anyone coming and going. This camper has been one of our favorite we've owned!! Show less

I’ve had this trailer for 3 years and found minor problems that I solved myself. Overall the trailer is very good and you get what you pay for. The main issue with any trailer is take care of your stuff and it will take care of you. I bought this trailer new from camping world in ft Myers Florida, although they weren’t the best, they did accomplish the few issues that I requested ie the electoral connection had slight tear in cable, replaced. ORV Manufacturing has the best customer service; I stopped calling the dealership and if ever a question arises, I can call ORV and get help ordering a part or making an adjustment. Very well built and solid platforms are what make ORV products stand out from the mass produced trailer factories in Indiana. These trailers tow very well and although heavy, they are well balanced. Components are industry standard ie. Coleman Mack, Lippert, Suburban, MaxxAire, etc. but the bones of these trailers are what is special and what makes them maintain value. Show less

I bought this brand new from camping world in st. Augustine,fl off camping world, never slept in it or used it as it’s broke and I tell them I don’t want it and said would give me 15,000 for it and it’s brand new paid 25,k for it less than 4 months ago, I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM CAMPING WORLD AGAIN AS THEY DONT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL, AND WONT TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMER AND DUTCHMAN WONT STAND UP FOR THEIR PRODUCT THEY MAKE , SO DONT KNOW ONE DEAL WITH DUTCHMAN OR CAMPING WORLD. Absolutely love the massive storage capacity and the ease of use of all of the internal and external controls. Did extended stay in this fifth wheel and never had issues maintaining comfortable temperatures despite the exterior weather. Jacks/leveling and moving this RV around was very easy. Truly only lacking in a washer although one could always buy a portable to put in the shower. So many small features in this RV added up to a very comfortable homey feel. The versatility of having three propane tanks in the storage bay is unbeatable. Show less

I have had this camper just about 2 years now. The toilet fill valve sticks on regularly and randomly.. so i have to prop something over the flush lever to run out and shut the water off. Come back in and remove the item holding it open and let it sit for a few hours till the valve closes. I've had to replace it already once for that. I've had the fridge door handle fall off and had to put it in the shop for 3 months to fix. They also fixed my sink hose that fell off again mid use. Luckily i was in the camper and was able to shut the water pump off or it would have just emptied the storage tank under me sink. Let's see, oh the propane..i keep off and yet i get the propane alarm that goes off randomly at 2 or 3 am for 30 seconds up to a few minutes when I'm able to hit it with my fist enough to make it stop for an hour or 2 before randomly going off. The place i bought it from can't tell me how to stop it, they want me to bring it in again for a few weeks next spring.. what else, oh the wood that my compression bars were attached to that held my bed up snapped while i was halfway under it loading up my storage for a trip, the supports under the shower moved so standing in the shower flexed the plastic so now there's a hole there.. i sealed it with magic flex but that didn't work so now i use my gym showers everyday. Real convenient. Yea overall.. I'll never buy another coleman, i suggest you think about it too. Oh yea, the ac filter plate broke so the filter just falls out when it ain't on and somehow the panel that covers my refrigerator and water heater internals in the outside just flew off down the highway somewhere. .. so i gotta order some new.. thoughs. It's 2 years old.. not 20. Show less

I've enjoyed the RV, it's very spacious and comfortable even through winter. Great for families with children, bunk beds are a great plus for having guests stay . The open living quarters are comfortable and the hideaway tv gives lots of kitchen counter space. Loved using the fireplace in the cooler nights. The outdoor kitchen is another plus for extra space. Fantastic design and layout, easy accessibility to vital components and use of quality products. Cruiser Tech support is great as well. Quality fiberglass lamination, roof membrane is secure, smooth and sealed properly from factory. Side skirting has ample supports and electrical connections are all made securely. Overall although not a high end unit, it was built well, and shows the integrity to last for its intended time. Show less

Bought this as we thought it was a well built Fifth wheel with a good floor plan. Have had issues with the living room slide since we bought. The Dealer had no idea how to repair a unit with the cable drive system, even though the dealer was a certified Open Range dealer and repair shop. In fact, they made the problem worse. I have contacted Highland Ridge and BAL, the company that manufactures the slide system to no avail. I am sincerely disappointed in Highland Ridge and Jayco. Getting parts for the slide system is horrible. Currently the unit is with a private repair company that is trying to fabricate a repair for the unit. He states the system has a terrible design flaw with the slide being too heavy for the cable system. The only advice I can give is to stay away from Highland Ridge Open Range units with the BAL slide system. We bought this unit for our retirement and it is a shame we have missed camping trips due to this issue. I had always heard that Jayco stands behind their products, but this has not been the case for us. Jayco bought out and has manufactured Highland Ridge Open Range units since 2014. Show less
