I had it delivered 20 miles away to an RV Park & other than the large red tail light lenses dangling off their frames on strings of silicone, because they were Never screwed in, upon arrival, I have not had any other problems, which I think is due to the fact that I have never towed it Anywhere & that I have Never used the shower, sinks, stove or holding tanks, primarily because I am convinced that if I, actually, use it for how it was intended, that I will discover just how Poorly it was really built & have Many More Problems !!!

Small from the outside, spacious inside. Drives like a smooth van, not a "rig"! No slideouts=no problems! No problems with leaks, with awkward interior, or not being allowed a campsite! Coachmen communications & honoring of warranties is exceptional, but the ease & simplicity of this vehicle requires little maintenance. It has been a dream to own this motorhome, & the simplicity, ruggedness, & ease of use of it allowed us to gain the full experience of living on the road. A sad goodbye the day I can't use her anymore! Highly recommend!

ORV Manufacturing has the best customer service; I stopped calling the dealership and if ever a question arises, I can call ORV and get help ordering a part or making an adjustment. Very well built and solid platforms are what make ORV products stand out from the mass produced trailer factories in Indiana. These trailers tow very well and although heavy, they are well balanced. Components are industry standard ie. Coleman Mack, Lippert, Suburban, MaxxAire, etc. but the bones of these trailers are what is special and what makes them maintain value.

This is a wonderful motorhome. We have enjoyed it for traveling across the USA. We love taking our 2 granddaughters. This coach is extremely comfortable with plenty of sleeping space. The king size bed is very comfortable. The front 1/2 bath is great for guests or when traveling down the road. The drop down bunk beds can be used for storage of bulky clothing for trips in cold weather, although the large closet in the back bathroom is very large and can hold a lot of things. Loads of storage under the motorhome. Perfect for long trips or full time campers. We are selling due to retired and downsizing. Never been smoked in, very clean, stored in a covered shed with tire covers.

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) full-timed and part-timed in this RV for 7 years, starting when the eldest was ~5 and youngest was ~2, up to when they were 13 and 10. We did all 49 continental states as well as much of Canada. It was a wonderful RV for what we needed. We'd previously had a small old Class C, and I've had trailers, so we've had a bit of experience with RVs. First, the good: It drives like a dream. Plenty of power, easy to pull a toad, great visibility, nice brakes and suspension. We had literally no issues with the Freightliner chassis or Cummins engine. The engine brake works well. Mechanically it was great. The house portion was also mostly great. It's obviously not a Prevost, but for what it is, it's nice once the kinks were worked out. The floorplan, in particular, was great. The bunks worked well, and it's easy to modify the bottom bunk to fit another mattress underneath to slide out like a trundle bed. The kitchen worked well. LOTS of interior storage, and lots of basement storage as well. The shower's a good size, and the tankless heater is the best thing ever. Now, the not-good: Mostly little things that we had to remedy ourselves. The tankless heater needs enough flow to not cycle on and off, but the factory showerhead made that literally impossible. We purchased it new but the pipe going to black tank was broken, and Coachmen's warranty service was frustrating to deal with, to put it mildly. It has 5 built-in TVs but the factory wiring job was pretty frustratingly limited (RCA, not HDMI, to connect them; no extra outlets where you'd want to plug a DVD player in; etc.). For full-timing across the country with a growing family, though, we had remarkably few issues with it. Served us super well.

We purchased our unit in the fall of 2020, after extensive research we finally found something that was built for 4x4 off road quality. We did two trips with the RV less than 1200km on gravel road. We took our time and were very careful with our unit. On our first trip the microwave came out and the heater vent screws came off. We had the unit parked in our back yard drying out our awnings when the back awning broke off, only two screws were holding it secure on the unit. Our 2nd and last trip the hoist for the spare tire that is located underneath in the front of the unit failed causing the tire to bounce underneath causing major damages including water storage tank and suspension. When we finish our trip there were more damages inside and outside of the unit. Our unit was filled with major dust and when generator was used the carbon monoxide alarm would go off. Damages were... freezer door hinge broke, microwave mounting, range, drawers, cupboard doors, sewer hose storage, trailer break cable, counter top extension, missing screws on wheel fenders, broken sewer door lock and sewer handle. We called our Dealer and they said everything is covered on warranty. So we dropped it off at our Dealer for warranty repair. Outdoors RV response was... "We have reviewed warranty repair request as well as the photos you sent. Outdoors RV is respectfully declining all of the listed repairs, as the damages are caused from extreme use and not due to defects in materials and workmanship." Outdoors RV basically said without proof that I extremely used the RV How? by going on gravel road is "EXTREME USE". If extreme use was really what I used it for I'm positive the sensitive areas of the unit would be damaged, like TV mounts etc. We were devastated to hear this from Outdoors RV especially after all the research we did trying to find an 4x4 off-road unit, we thought that Outdoors was the real 4x4 off-road unit, this is why they created the Trails Series. Don't be fooled. So buyer beware that warranty should be fully guaranteed when you are spending 80k on any RV unit. This is not the case with Outdoors RV, I didn't get my moneys worth nor did Outdoors RV hold up to the so called 4x4 OFF-ROAD craftmanship warranty. When we did our research we relied on reviews like this, so this is why I'm writing this review so buyers looking for a 4x4 Off-road RV need to beware of false claims to 4x4 Off-road and look out for the poor warranty coverage.

Had the local dealer bring in from a dealer in another state. We wanted it for a trip 4 days from when they transferred it. We thought it was exactly what we were looking for. The dealer had it there on Monday and we had an appt to test drive it at 3 on Tuesday. On the test drive the entry door rattled at 35 miles an hour with little to no wind. After stopping we checked the door and noticed it was not rigid enough to withstand the vibrations and would be a constant problem. Noticed several defects that the dealer completely missed in their review. They had removed an access panel above the propane tank to find a leveling defect and didn’t replace it. When I saw what was behind it my heart sank. The compartment had trash left over from manufacturing and all of the expanding foam that was surrounding the lines to keep moisture out had already broken from thermal expansion and vibration. Poor design on that area. I Had read a review before going there that said the fuel hose from inlet to tank can get kinked in manufacturing so I looked at that. Sure enough there was a kink in the fuel hose. Don’t know if it was big enough to create flow problems. I was done at that point. Looked at Renegade unit on same platform and the entry door is much stiffer and construction seems to be more solid. Very disappointed in both the dealer and Jayco.
