Problem after problem. Switches failing, soft spots in the floor, water heater quit working, water pump quit working, toilet broke, slide out motors failing multiple times, slide out frame work broke, axle installed improperly from factory, interior fake wood covering is peeling, exterior trim is falling off, sealer around roof accessories is cracking and lifting. This trailer has so many problems you would think it was 15 years old but it is less than 5 years old. And if you include covid time that it wasn't used this trailer would be considered lightly used. I would highly encourage any rv buyer to stay as far away as possible from coachman apex.

Wow, I am not sure where to begin on our list of poor workmanship on this light weight travel trailer. First, they did not have the solar system wired correctly for it to charge the battery. Next the slide was adjusted wrong that it rubbed the floor and made marking in the flooring. So after the slide was adjusted, then they messed up the plumbing to the kitchen sink while repairing the slide. Then the door to the bunkroom unhooked from its hinges that is very poor quality. The wood working around the kitchen is constructed sloppy, the drawer is not installed correctly so it does not close properly, so messing up the woodwork. The sewer piping was tilted up then it could not drain correctly. When we talked to our dealer he said; " make a list of all the flaws and they will repair them. He also commented that this trailer must have been assembled on a Friday or Monday. Its been back to the dealer twice so far. I would be embarrassed to sell, or put my name on this poor workmanship. It is very very sad. I do believe we got the lemon. So we will be taking this camper back to the dealer repair shop for the third time. I purchased this trailer 3 months ago. Very Very sad and disappointed.

We I've been having trouble with water coming in the RV we were told we can't bring slides in until an hour after it stops raining even following those instructions rain still gets in the RV there was mold on the walls in the bunk room
I contacted warranty and was told that this RV is only meant for a weekend trips not to stay for extended periods of time because it's a light
I wish they would have told this before we bought it
Stuck with a leaky RV with lots of mold

Very disappointed in the workmanship of the camper. The majority of the screws have come out of the walls. The door for the bunk room has come out of the ceiling. Very disappointed in the workmanship of the camper. The majority of the screws have come out of the walls. The door for the bunk room has come out of the ceiling. The door is way to heavy to be held up by. A Few screws. Both vents had to be replaced. One of them blew off and it rained. We had it in storage and did not know it. That was a mess. It’s out of warranty now. So will have to figure out something else for the door.

After months of research, weighing out pros and cons, needs and wants, and deciding on the best quality for the cost, our family chose the Apex Ultra-lite and have absolutely enjoyed this spacious floor-plan with elegant, upscale interior and luxurious comfort. Finally a brand with design intelligence. (Why don't most RV Brands make better interior selections, yikes! The colors, patterns, decor, et cetera are so outdated for most brands.) We are happy campers indeed and have had no issues, besides wallpaper bubbling in some spots which was a quick fix. It's long, but easy to tow to the dunes or camping without even having a diesel truck. If you are reading reviews, like I did before this purchase, and you are trying to decide...DO IT! We love this classy big lite rig for the whole family!
