We purchased this RV as a support / base for Mountain Bike Racing. It's fully outfitted with all the L track you need. WOW! It performs fantastic. Easy loading, easy to customize, AC and Heat, absolutely BEST in class. We towed with a 2024 Dodge 2500HD Gas. No problems at all. Under power, didn't even feel it there. Under braking, the trailer brakes made it so we didn't notice it. Show less

Agile SS 2022. Coach is poorly put together. Hot water issues,leaky toilet, battery problems ,delaminating cabinetry, drawers won't stay shut,driver/passenger overhead panals detached. Regret this purchase Show less

I love this trailer! The quality in exceptional! The team at Off Grid really put a lot of thought into their builds. With it being completely made out of solid aluminum with no wood to fall apart or mold these trailers will last forever. You can see the quality when it is in motion with no wobble or sway to the frame. A truly wonderful off road machine. I never had to repair or replace anything on this camper. It tows like there is nothing behind you and its size makes it perfect for using with a Jeep or SUV. With the added awniing and sidewalls they offer it makes for a huge living space. And the roof top tent is great for adding sleeping space. The latches on all the boxes are really tough and secure which is great since all the utilities are outside. There is more than enough storage in the rear compartment and the storage inside is big enough that I used the bottom cupboard as a dog bed at night for three 40 lb dogs. The insta hot water is quick to heat up to waste less water and makes the outdoor shower quite enjoyable. The Furnace heats the inside quickly and keeps it toasty. I use this camper in the dead of winter in Idaho where you wake up with frost on the inside of the window frame but still warm inside. The Maxx fan is a superb air mover and keeps the condensation from forming on the interior walls and makes a great cooling breeze in the summer. The furnace and stove are so efficient that I only had to fill the 7 gallon propane tank once a year and it was never even close to empty. For the off road enthusiast these trailers are beyond compare. A rare gem for getting out there and exploring the beyond. Show less

We bought our RV in 2005 at a large RV show in Pomona CA. We saw a lot of 5th wheels that weekend, and when we saw the KOTR Royal Villa we new this was the one. KOTR started building travel trailers in 1983 - 1990, then they built high end 5th wheels, 2004 they produced a Class A diesel pusher. In 2007 RV sales and companies were not doing well so KOTR closed their doors. They were considered a full time RV, in 2000 they went to aluminum construction and there weight dropped a lot. We have enjoyed our KOTR for 15 years with very little problems, A/C fan motor and a chair repair thats it. We say its our apartment on the road, plenty of room in living room, kitchen and bedroom with lots of storage inside and out. It has a Arctic Pack insulation with R-23 in ceiling and basement R-16 in end walls and bedroom floors, Double pain windows. Bathroom is a room by itself with a door and plumbed for washer and dryer. Bedroom has a Queen size bed that we love. We towed a travel trailer for years, when we hooked up to the 5th wheel and started towing, wow what a deference, there is a learning curve with the size, in turning and backing up but is so much easier to tow than a travel trailer. We have towed this for 15 years and look forward to our next trip, my wife has become my relief driver. There are plenty of 5th wheels that were built, KOTR is one of the best with fit and finish and durability out there. Show less
