Easy loading, easy to customize, AC and Heat, absolutely BEST in class. We towed with a 2024 Dodge 2500HD Gas. No problems at all. Under power, didn't even feel it there. Under braking, the trailer brakes made it so we didn't notice it.

We bought this trailer in June 2022. It was a dry summer and all was well. Then no sooner than the rains hit last fall, we were constantly mopping up water in the storage space, then on the kitchen floor. At the time the trailer was in storage and every time we checked on it, we found water. After a theft at the lot, we brought our trailer home in February and kept finding water in it. By March the panelling in the storage space delaminted and we found wall damage under the emergency escape window. I also found missing sealant on the hatch frame and I think the floor is soft at the wall for I can push down on it in places.. I contacted Sunset Trailer about it three weeks ago... no responce. We took the trailer to the dealership two weeks ago... they found missing roof sealant too, cointacted Sunset, and got no responce either. Although we inspected the trailer every 90 days, used Dry Z Air and lots of towels; we hadn't the time to take it in until two weeks ago. Nonetheless, Sunset has refused to honor its warrantee... nor should the trailer have begun leaking when three months old. This was no dumped over dog dish as we first thought... I think the poor application of sealant, resulting water damage, and the non existant treatment we received warrants a refund or replacing the trailer. Strange how their website says, "Trust the Build." I don't.

I LOVE how versatile the trailer is; the garage is multipurpose as a toy/luggage hauler, as well has having a sleeping quarters with it's own A/C room split. The pop-up stadium top has been used for many things as well: as a viewing area, sleeping under the stars, and putting up a tent. Having a washer/dryer combo has been a unique feature to appreciate. We've preferred using it when we have hookups so we're not using tank water. The outdoor TV is nice for evening movies and the indoor TV has it's convenience as well. It's been a little different to get used to the short ceiling above the gooseneck for a bedroom, but the comfortable bed, personal A/C split, and dimming lights counter the lack in ceiling height. Overall, the trailer feels sturdy. The hickory cabinets and doors are solid, and the aluminum wall studs give peace of mind.

I was completely dissatisfied with how ATC treats it's customers. I bought a used camper from the auction, and customer service was very disrespectful for me. I understand that I didn't pay a penny to ATC per se. However does I mean that the customer should be left without support? Initially, ATC answered my questions (some of them incorrectly). When I emailed them then, they just stopped responding. When I called, in a very rude tone their answers were like "yes", "no" etc. E. g. literally : "What do you need?!" For me not responding to email is the same if at the street I ask a question in person and the respondent just turns his back and goes away. Especially if it is business-customer relationship. I said, I can call back when you are not so busy. ATC responded: "we are always busy!" By way of comparison, I bought a used Toyota. I have never paid money directly to the Toyota factory or even dealer. Despite that, Toyota resolved absolutely all of my questions when I contacted their headquarters. So now I recommend this car make to anybody I know. For the quality of the camper, they should improve their manual because it becomes a real safety issue. They literally say: "you can place on the roof anything you want". Well, previous owner put 3 solar panels on the roof and it was very difficult for me to lift it up. Their manual is just 6 PDF couple-page files, with no pictures, nothing. FWC has a 100 page manual. I used FWC manual to setup the camper, I called FWC and they helped me a lot. Later I visited FWC factory and they told me that founder of ATC long time ago worked for FWC. Then he just copied and pasted their technology. That's why FWC are constantly improving their technology while ATC just keep producing the same. Of course, copying is much easier than inventing new. I wouldn't trust to positive customer reviews about these campers. Most of them are at "wanderthewest" website forum, and ATC placed a link to reviews at this forum at their own website. However, this forum blocks negative customer reviews about ATC (which was my case).

We bought a Diamond in the rough brand new from the builder. On delivery there were several deficiencies. These included damage to the unit through shipping. Beyond the bent and broken pieces, the roof leaked at the top of galley opening ang there were several electrical issues. Attempts to deal with the vendor were met with yelling and swearing. After much research and some trial and error I managed to get all of the items fixed. But it was way more of a headache than I hoped for or expected. I had other purchasers reach out to me based on my review on a Teardrop FB site. Seems my experiences were not unique. The FB site itself had even banned this seller.
