We have lived in this rv three years and we couldn’t be happier! Perfect rv with the best company! When we did have issues alliance helped us sort them out. Rvs will always have issues, but alliance doesn’t hide from issues! You can even call the highest up directly at Alliance. We are considering another alliance because we have loved them so much! This Alliance is the 4th RV I’ve owned. It is, by far, the best of the 4. The quality, performance, reliability and practical ease of use is far superior to the other brands I’ve owned. And, as for a new RV, the factory warranty and service I have received from Alliance RV has been way better than anything I experienced from the other brands I owned. As with any brand new RV, there are always some things that need attention, especially after some road miles and use. When those things came up, Alliance RV did everything in their power to make sure my customer experience was even better than I expected. And it has been nothing short of awesome. I doubt I will ever own any other brand again. From the top ownership of the company to each service agent and technician, they have earned my appreciation and loyalty! Show less

Alliance has proven to be a VERY customer focused company. They have listed to their customers and made design changes to meet the needs of full time families and couples. This specific unit (41V13) is an amazing floor plan with LOTS of room and flexibility. Every time we pull in to a park, we get asked what make and model it is. It get attention everywhere we go. the side patio feature, is AMAZING to have. It really expands the usable space and function. Show less

Just bought a Brand New Alliance RV. We were so excited to try a Toyhauler versus our wonderful Grand Design Reflection. The trade off was losing tons of storage and a better made RV, to get the garage and extra 1/2 bath. We have owned it for about two weeks, just using it to come home from purchasing in Montana, getting a great purchase price. The refrigerator doesn't work, bed in the garage won't go up and down without working on it. The microwave is coming off of the cabinet, TV has no sound. The lights in the bay storage doesn't work. We were told from Bish's RV in Great Falls, MT to bring it closer to home and have it serviced by an Alliance Dealer. Well, at this point we were told if we didn't purchase at said Dealer close to home, they would not service it.. We have pretty much been told to google everything and figure it out ourselves. Luckily Alliance Customer Support have been very helpful, and letting us use a Mobile RV Service Technician. If we could, the unit could go back to the dealer and we would keep the Grand Design. Very dissappointed and wish we would not have bought this. Eventually we will get everything working, but spending over $100,000 for an RV with this many issues was not what we were expecting. I had issues right off the first night heater pumps 98% of heat into front bathroom a bedroom, 1% into kitchen area an 1% into cargo area, boy was I cold back there! The rear sliding back doors were jammed open from the dealer,it took them 40min to get them working, by the time I went 600 miles they were jammed again an I can not get them to release. We had the whole flying population of az desert if there in no time.the first time I used the black tank dump it jammed open an wouldn't close,they can be difficult sometimes from my past experience! Well the T handle bent 90 degrees an broke! What kind of cheap crap from China is this? The back log on a brand new $100,000 rig is two months! Something is wrong here.so I'm hiring a Mobil RV guy to fix the doors an I accessed the black tank valve an found it s cable to be at a full 90degree angle not a smooth rolling bend as needed.I no new rigs have issues but this covid built unit is put together by I don't no who!it is beyond my ability to fix, shameful!
