This is a response to Justing from BC. If you would have done a little research on the manufacturers website prior to purchase you would have found that they rate this camper to be an extended season camper but not a 4-season camper which is why you are having difficulty in freezing weather. If you salesperson told you it was a 4-season camper that is an issue with the dealership not the manufacturer. Also, you say you are a big guy but purchased from the Delta Ultralite light which is 3 inches shorter than the Delta line and 6 inches shorter than other lines. Simply standing in the shower and laying on the bed would have given you the information needed to determine if the shower and bed were large enough for you. Also, the bed is a standard 60" x 80" queen bed so unless you were going for a king size bed the length is normal for a queen. Show less

We purchased this RV for a few week/weekend getaways and also to travel for my sons soccer games. The layout is perfect for 3-4 of us and has all the amentities we could want. The quality has been top notch and we are thrilled with the performance of the coach to date. I do work for Alliance but wanted to share that this is the unit we chose for our personal use. Buyer beware! I wish I did more research and looked at this trailer a little closer, big price tag, low quality. If I could sell this unit back to the dealer without taking a huge hit I would. The quality is just not there for the price tag after all said and done. This unit is about 4months old, and was sold to me as a 12 month camper capable in Canada, far from it, the water pump isn’t insulated so as soon as the temperatures drop below 0 you have 0 water, city fill or tank fill. The hot water on demand furrion system is horrible. I have to have the bathroom tap on to get hot water to the shower or kitchen, cupboard panels have popped out after moving it 2x on non bumpy roads, the range fan is falling off the cupboard, the pantry shelves are thin, so don’t put anything in there if you plan on taking it anywhere cause in my experience I now have 3 broken shelves (minimal groceries in pantry) and alliance won’t cover it. The layout is alright but not if your a tall stocky guy like myself when it comes to the bedroom and bathroom. If you plan on taking this to a site and leaving it there LONG TERM and only using it in the summer? Would be a okay, but I wouldn’t consider it reliable. Feels like something new doesn’t work or is breaking weekly. 100% will never buy this brand or recommend this brand to anyone. Show less

worst experience in my life. bought a travel trailer noticed many things wrong. mentioned it to them after they ignored us for a month or longer. then they finally had us bring it in to them in December. been calling, sending emails, no response. then when we call and complain, yes we swore at them it had been 4 months of being ignored, they called us and said it wasn't a good fit because we were rude and we needed to come pick it up and that they still didn't fix anything 4 months later. not one time did the manager call us to see what they could do to make it right with our first purchase. I would love to hear from the owner or director. horrible horrible. Show less

Bought this as our first RV new 5 years ago. It has been a good unit for the most part, but the slide out floor rotted out due to a manufacturing defect. $4500 later we have a new floor and a sour taste towards Highland ridge Show less

This RV we bought brand new in 2019. We tested everything when we bought it everything worked had it delivered to our house and when we put the pop out, out the carpet started smoking. Found pinched wires from wires from the factory being to tight on a pivot point. Had that fixed witch the manufacturer only refunded half the bill. A few months latter the trim falls off. No nails it was just wedged in place. All the laminate on the cabinets also started pealing. These are cheap and you will get crappy service. And some of the screws are rusted only after a two years of owing this. Show less

We love this RV. We wouldn't be selling except that we need a longer unit to meet the HOA guidelines for the RV Resort were we have purchased a lot. It's easy to drive and maneuver. A great floorplan for two people with plenty of room in the bath for clothes and essentials. Inside storage is plentiful and we carry place settings for four people, just in case. The exterior storage is more than you'd imagine. We are able to carry two sets of golf clubs, two lounge chairs, a foldable outdoor table, outside area rug, leveling blocks, bike pump and a Weber gas grill as well as tools and hookup hoses, cables etc. Thanks for you interest. This is the perfect Rv if you have kids. The separate bunk house with their own bathroom leaves privacy for the adults. They want friends to come with you no problem the camper sleeps 10! Comfortable pull out sofa with cable tv for the whole family to enjoy. The refrigerator is full size and plenty of counter space for your coffee maker and other appliances. Shower in the master suite is very spacious and the added benefit is a King Size bed which is hard to find. Outside we used the outside kitchen for extra beverages, cooking breakfast in the morning on the burner, and using the grill in the afternoon for burgers. Awning has its own lights and storage space was enough to bring everything! Great family camper with lots of room for all your camper gear inside and out. Show less

This was an upgrade from our previous "try it out"camper, which was a starcraft 17footer. A year and 7 camping trips in we are extremely satisfied with the overall quality of the unit. I tow with a 5.3 silverado and weight dist/anti sway hitch and its easy as can be. I've had no trouble maneuvering it into camping sites, and all amenities have worked as they are supposed to. We couldn't be happier with our experience. Show less
