This RV is the only RV that we've owned (out of 5) that we did not have to bring back to the dealership for fixes. There were a few minor fixes that we were able to call Alliance customer service on and they had parts to us quickly. Very comfortable, open, bright camper. Easy to tow. Show less

We love the open floorplan and the windows give you unobstructed views and make you feel like you are outside. We recently decided to take our unit to the factory for a recall. As it turned out our unit did not need the recall. The team at Alliance took it upon themselves, to use that time, to go through our unit. They found things that were on my honey do list like fixing trim that came loose. They found some things we didn't know about, probably would have never found and fixed it. When I thanked the team and mentioned they didn't have to to do that, the lead said " we just try to do the right thing. " Doing the right thing is exactly why I will never own another brand. I have been so impressed with the Customer service and now the service team including Alliance members from Service, parts, warranty work, scheduling the appointment to bring in our unit to ordering replacement parts for things I needed. We have had our Avenue since February of 2022 have traveled close to 10,000 miles in it and have loved every minute of it. On the rare occasion when something has gone wrong with the rig Alliance service has been just a phone call away to help solve our issue. Show less

We have had our Alliance 32Rls for almost a year. In that time we have traveled across the country and many shorter trips. The thing I like the most is that it feels like a home away from home. The appliances are great, pantry has a lot of space and the decor is tastefully done. You could not ask for more storage, it is everywhere. Show less

We purchased our 2022 from camping world in Ashland Virginia . It was a tuff decision because we were not sure of the quality of the craftsmanship being they are a new company. Read lots of reviews and watched multiple videos. I can say that the quality of I craftsmanship way below industry standards. I don’t think there is anything I haven’t fixed. Plumbing leaks. Furnace duct work. Multiple wood products coming apart. Jacks and awnings failing..electrical issues ..slide issues bathroom sink vanity top pealing up.. kitchen cabinets peeling up.black tank connections into tank loose. Gas leaks the list goes on and on.. we all know these things take a beating on the road and they go through the shakes etc… but as a contractor with 30 years experience in plumbing electrical HVAC and general construction 90 percent of this stuff is just poor poor installation. Rushing to get them out the door.!!If they have a quality control guy who’s looking these over and checking everything.. they should be fired.!I started making videos of everything that I’m repairing and upgrading.Its a shame that customers spend north of $50K on these RVs and there are ridiculous amounts of problems. If this were auto dealers and restaurants and contracting business they would be out of business by now. Not sure who’s getting paid but it’s a shame.! Show less

We love the floor plan and space in this RV, but the quality is terrible. One of the lights over the kitchen sink fell off as we were pulling out of the dealer. Then the refrigerator broke on our first trip and it took months to get it repaired. We had to use coolers the season with this RV. When I took it in to be winterized this year, I was given work order estimate over 5K. One of the items that needs to be replaced is the shower pan. We have only used it twice and it is cracked. I would not recommend buying an Alliance. Show less

I love the way it tags Long behind my Silverado 2500 HD with A duramax diesel. It is advertised as a full time living 5th wheel. We have now lived in ours for about 3 weeks. All has gone great with no complaints . However, today it began to rain. Our particular 5th wheel did not come with slide out toppers. (MY mistake) As I type this review it is raining,(drizzle) not hard down pour outside. I have in the past lived for years in a 4th wheel with slide out toppers and now realize just how much they help. I EXPECT noise from rain on the roof BUT not the amplified thumping of rain drops on the flat slide out roofs. It currently sounds like I am sitting inside a drum that is being played at a rock concert. This RV is to expensive of an investment for the slide out toppers not to be standard equipment I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE WHO IS CONSIDERING AN ALLIANCE RV, TO NOT EVEN CONSIDER PURCHASING ONE IF IT IS NOT EQUIPPED WITH SLIDE TOPPERS . Given the cost you pay for such a 5th wheel it is not acceptable for Alliance not to include on all of their products. Show less

Just picked it up and in one day awning tore out of the wall, can’t use it or it will be on the ground. Door will not close hits top of frame and stops. Fireplace slide won’t open all the way. No quality control no pdi and I’m left with a piece of junk. Show less

Love the floor plan, light interior color scheme, no carpet ease of cleaning. Have had 2 huge issues with unit since purchase. When we picked up from dealership we’re told runner slides had just been replaced on the bedroom slide out because it wouldn’t retract . In a month -6 weeks time had to have repairs on both kitchen and dining/recliner sofa slide outs due to gouging into the underside of slide outs causing damage to waterproofing. This work required OK by Alliance before work could be done. Work required RV to be brought to dealership and took 2 days to complete. During that time we (2 dogs, 2 cats, and 2 people) had to stay in a motel! Got it back to the campground and set up only to find that somehow the shower base had 3 cracks in it that absolutely did not happen just towing 15 miles. Alliance would not replace the shower base, so we had to pay over $800 for new shower base, shipping, and labor. Did not use the shower for 3 days after work done, but in less than a week, there were 3 cracks around the shower drain!! Alliance and shower base manufacturer finally agreed to pay for the new shower. After a month, the new shower base has arrived at dealership and will be replaced at no cost to us. Poor quality shower! Avenue has plastic shower. Paradigm (upgraded model Alliance) has fiberglass shower, but measurements are not interchangeable. Today we discovered cracks in the linoleum where the slide floor and interior floor over lap. Show less

We thought the Alliance 32rls had everything we wanted for a full time travel living experience. It would have if we were actually able to use our 5th wheel. We purchased our 5th wheel in October of 2022 when it was brand new. We expected some issues like with all new 5th wheels, but not ones that would keep us from using our trailer for months soon after purchasing it. It took 5 months to get the physical license plate for our trailer before we could finally begin full time traveling. We had had a blowout while transporting it to the location we were going to keep it while waiting for our license plate. We spent $1200 on new tires thinking that was the issue. Instead when we went to get the tires changed over before heading out of town once we finally got the license plate we found out there was an issue with all of the leaf springs and they all needed to be replaced and the trailer tires had been rubbing on the underbelly. The company that makes these leaf springs agreed to replace them, but this process has taken 10 weeks at this point when we had planned to be traveling, on top of already waiting for months to begin traveling in the first place. We were living in the trailer while waiting for the license plates and had to replace everything in our fridge on three separate occasions because the fridge had been installed incorrectly with no insulation above it. Who knows what else is wrong with our trailer, we probably won’t find out in time to get it fixed under warrantee because we haven’t been able to travel much with it for the 9 months we’ve had it. Alliance warrantee staff have worked with us to fix these issues and have been pleasant to deal with, but having to deal with outside companies who sell the parts has been a nightmare. We had to order parts from outside companies and pay more to get parts faster, and the parts we have gotten from the actual company were incorrect. Between the poor overall build quality of the 5th wheel and the companies we have to deal with for warrantee work, we wish we would have gone with a more reputable brand when deciding to spend money on a brand new 5th wheel. We really wanted to love this 5th wheel, we spent twice as much as our initial budget because we fell in love with Alliance and thought we could trust their product and team, and they didn’t have many used options available at the time. We took a chance and trusted them and I am very sad that I couldn’t be leaving a happier review, things have just gotten worse and worse since owning this. At this point in time I would not personally recommend purchasing from Alliance, I hope this changes as we extend our trip for another year and maybe we will have less problems when actually using our 5th wheel, if we ever get the chance.
