I keep reading reviews how this MotorHome was quality built. I bought it used at 4,000 miles on 2024 .For the first year the fan closure in the bathroom did not close. The exhaust valve on the hot water heater was defective. The fresh water valve needed replacement. The reclining chair foot wire broke. The cabinet door in the bathroom and upfront passenger side needed new hinges. Need a new battery after first camping trip. Many of these items were covered by extended warranty plus a co-payment. The major concern happen on my birthday week camping at Cherokee ,North Carolina May 26,2025. I plugged the electrical cord in shore power. No electricity. I took it to my to My RV Coastal Center in Ravenel ,SC. It took 26 hours at $199.00 per hour to isolate the electrical problem created by Phoenix Cruiser builders. Pictures were taken . The fuse box had two circuit breakers mislabel plus the wiring run along the slide out side kept rubbing until it shorted the whole system. A letter was written to the factory but it did not receive a answer. The investigation by the extended warranty Good Sam's agreed with the hours taken to find the problem but they only paid for 4 hours. The RV Center has offered to supply the pictures for documentation . The warranty company and factory has not answered my letter as of today March 16, 2026. Show less

If you own a shadow cruiser, you got screwed and i feel sorry for you . Way to many problems to list . Please watch out for the propane lines leaking and major electrical problems that camping world of uxbridge couldn't fix . Terrible place and Terrible camper . I truly believe that this camper is dangerous and hopefully this will people not to make the wrong choice. Show less

Great RV for the money .Lots of room and storage .Luxury style .The only problem we had was the Coleman heat pump did not cool the best so we added a second unit. Pulls like it isn't even there .I don't even use sway bars . Love the 12volt option on the 10 cu.ft. refridgerater .no longer have to pack coolers. love the king size bed and large bathroom and shower. Show less

I guess I will make lemonaid... Drove from kc to Dallas to get the last one I could find new so I would not have to work on somthing that's new..the caulk they used didn't set up on the roof..some steel screws not sealed at all.one roof vent top is caulked one not. First time climbing down the Lippert base came off as 4 -5/8 penitration screws didn't hold..2 screws had sealant for screws 2 still had paper on it so they were not sealed. The gutter spouts are really weak so add more caulk. The trim inside is terrible in spots.one cabinet door is 3/4 inch lower than the other so not only crooked the door doesn't seal when shut.the u shape dining seat trim is 1/4 short so it caught my pants. It pulled ok with3/4 ton.when I got home one chair was in the kitchen. Again 1 -5/8 screw was torn out of the floor..one small screw to hold down a recliner. I got alot of pictures .I'm a member of holiday ramblers and we will do alot of talking about Twilight. Show less

Features and quality is excellent. No major issues. A few trim pieces had to be reattached after a couple trips. Solid surface counter tops, Coleman hear pump, electric stabilizers, Goodyear tires, 10 inch frame, 30 inch door with Moryde step above steps, no anode rod to deal with in hot water heater, huge awning, outdoor shower port, king bed and plenty of storage. We are very happy and have no complaints. Tows well with Equalizer hitch, no sway whatsoever. We are very, very happy with purchase. Show less

This RV is so poorly built, it's only been a year and everything is breaking already. The day we took it home the solar already didn't work. The next month the outside shower connection broke. Since then we've had leaks, the cabinets above the dining set started falling off the wall, shower head broke, the heater cover fell out of the wall, outlets/ USB don't work. AND if that wasn't bad enough, they designed the above cabinets without hinges so you have to use your head or a piece of wood to prop open the cabinets to get anything out of it. Seriously the biggest waste of money I have ever spent. I am so pissed. Show less

Bought this RV new May of 2023. As of right now we are at over 60 issues everything from all drawers falling apart, cupboard doors falling apart, bathroom and bedroom doors and tracks completely falling off, most of all trim inside has fallen off, window frame bent and leaking, three windows will not close and it is currently at the dealer because the WHOLE back wall is falling off! The entrance door latch broke in the middle of nowhere and the only was to get in the trailer was to pry the door open with a pry bar, one of the front storage compartment doors fell right out of the outside wall, the furnace did not work after bringing it straight home after purchase, the slide has ruined the flooring in numerous spots from rubbing on it, the sliding king bed in front would not lock in place and smashed from wall to wall while driving also ruining the flooring, sawdust and cut material from manufacturing EVERYWHERE! The list goes on, this thing is UNBELIEVABLE and the quality of craftsmanship is the level of 1 out of 10, stay away from these things! Show less

It was great till the black tank fell out. The led strip on the awning stopped working. all the ceiling fan burned out not only twice but three times. No one knows why. the dealer told us because it was not mechanical it was not covered under warrantee . I'm sure that this will be the last TT i will own It now sits in a junk yard. Show less

Unbelievable pile of garbage. Every cupboard door and cabinet has fallen apart. The bathroom door fell off, the latch on the entrance door broke and door had to be pried open, furnace failed on the first day, extreme poor craftsmanship, this review panel cannot handle the list if I go on! STAY AWAY!!!! Show less

We have owned the cruiser radiance for roughly 2 months and used it twice. The floorplan is great and the looks of it are great, but that's where the fun ends. The build quality of this unit is absolutely horrible. The first time we took it camping, one of the window shades completely pulled out of the wall. Two screws only held into 1/8 inch particle board. That particle board was only held up by 6-7 quarter inch staples. I fixed that myself the right way. The second time we went out, one of the kitchen cabinets pulled out of the wall by the mounting screws. (And there was nothing but 2 loaves of bread in it at the time!) After further inspection there is signs of very poor quality materials all over this camper. After paying nearly $40,000 for this unit after trading in our 2019 Jayco Jay Feather only to have more space, we feel as though we have been robbed. We do not blame our dealer because they were more than helpful to us. But we will never buy another Cruiser brand RV. Show less
