We have a 2023 Riverside Retro 13.5. We bought the camper new. We sized down to a small camper so we could tow with our Jeep Wrangler. The camper has not had any problems and we have had dozens of trips in it. It was one of the few campers at this size that checked all the boxes. We love the full size fridge and dry bath. We have the Elite and like the ADZELL siding too. My biggest complaint is the awning. It works fine but the arms are very low. Coming from the rear door, it is very easy to bang your head on the low arms and we have a lot. The only other complaint is the upholstery on the sofa is very delicate. I keep a futon cover on it because we take our pups and this has kept it damage free. We feel for the price point, amenities and tow ability the camper has been a good value. Show less

I would NOT recommend this RV. Bought new and has had problems from the start. Bought extended warranty which is not honored. Contacted Crossroads office and informed that it was beyond the 1 year warranty and nothing they could do to resovle issues. The ollowing is the list of issues: 1. hot water heater and pipes broken and leaking all over. 2, sliding door in bedroom trip broke off and door off the raiels, 3, trim work below bedroom closet not nailed into anything! 4, broken microwave - needed replacement 5 leaking window needed replacement 6. kitchen island counter warped from water leakage 7 3 -slideouts all with ripped undercovering which needs to be replaced 8. water leaking somewhere in sealed underbelly None of the listed items are covered under warranty. This purchase has been a complete disacter and crossroads unwilling to support a poorly made product. STAY AWAY! Show less

Don’t buy a Venture Rv (KZ Brand trailer)! Spent $65,000 on a Sporttrek, and it’s the quality of my child’s fisher price toys. Horrible customer service, they don’t warranty or stand behind their products. They installed a window incorrectly in my master bedroom, causing water to seep into the Rv over time going unnoticed since it was hidden. They’ve told me to kick rocks and too bad so sad. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Give any other company your money. Show less

Great RV for the money .Lots of room and storage .Luxury style .The only problem we had was the Coleman heat pump did not cool the best so we added a second unit. Pulls like it isn't even there .I don't even use sway bars . Love the 12volt option on the 10 cu.ft. refridgerater .no longer have to pack coolers. love the king size bed and large bathroom and shower. Show less

For the time we have had this Rv we have enjoyed it. Due to my husband’s health we need to sell it A great Rv for a couple. Has comfortable theater seats that you could actually sleep in if you wanted to. There is a queen size bed in the back. Full side slide behind driver’s seat Easy to drive, no need to tow a vehicle. Great Rv to go cross country with. Has full paint & a fiberglass roof. Just had it detailed - washed & ceramic waxed. Show less

Bought in 2022 first 3 months furnace stop working flooded out 4 times water pump installed backwards returned to dealership ship said everything is repaired they were wrong still having issues cabinets are all swelled from flooding out many times toilet has issues will never buy another paid almost $70.000 thousand dollars Canadian and was told buy other RV dealer won't get $15.000 thousand will lose my shirt if was to trade in so not very happy almost at the point of calling my bank to see if there is anything I can do to have it replaced in some lemon law but I know there is not I guess the best idea is to sell it cut my loss Show less

I really think getting a portable ac and tent would have been easier. Firstly, not sure if it was them or dealer but we took it in to have things repaired on warranty, dealer told us they were all declined by manufacturer. Luckily, at the time Nexus was the same distance from me, went there and they fixed mostly everything. Now current day if we sit in the cab while it’s raining we get to shower for free. The dash lights up like a Christmas tree while we drive. Took that to Ford and they said it’s not covered by vehicle warranty due to the issue being cause by the rv side being improperly built on a wiring harness. I really wanted to love this RV, but man if it wasn’t ever a big mistake. Now we’re stuck here trying to fix all of the issues in Texas since we’ve had a permanent change of station down here. Overall great floor plan, comforts, and tow ability. Vanleigh is well known for quality, same family as TIFFEN. Plenty is basement storage space with a large back slide out for storage, 3 ac units for comfort and the front is a heat pump, tvs in living room, bed room and outside, all connected to vangauard receiver, surround sound, Bluetooth and Bluetooth stereo receiver. Great value, book value going up weekly. Show less

Since I purchased my Sonic I’m very impressed with the layout, craftsmanship , lots of standard equipment that other pull trailers do not have. Tows great behind my 2022 Toyota 4Runner. The dealership was friendly fast and efficient and always wanting to help and answer all my questions. Very pleased and highly recommend . Stephen Show less

I was really excited when I bought my new trailer. I bought April 2023 as a brand new unit a few months later in the summer I had to have the toilet replaced and plumbing repaired in the shower behind the wall as it was leaking. My furnace no longer works. Neither one of my recliners works, my oven does not work and I have a leak behind the bed area that I did not know about until I went to change out the mattress and it was moldy, and the wood underneath was moldy, which explains my cough. Retired with a stroke at 66 was hoping to have a glorious retirement , this is my home. It is not something about trying to get somebody out here for repairs. They don’t want to come or it would cost me almost $1000 to get somebody out and for Assistance. They tell me well find a tech parts are covered. The blinds came crashing down , I am extremely unhappy and I will post bad reviews everywhere on this company Show less
