My family and I have loved each of our experiences with this camper. That being said, we're sad to let it go. We're only selling it because of our middle child's demanding baseball schedule and lack of use over the last few years. As a family of five, we found the floorplan accommodating, spacious and comfortable. The only challenge we found concerning livability was the sleeping area mattresses. However, we were able to overcome that issue with the purchase of 4" foam mattress toppers. Now the unit is just as comfortable as our beds at home. With the majority of our camping trips being between 2-4 days, we were pleasantly surprised at the livability of this camper... Especially regarding the usage of water and power. In that regard, propane was never an issue, even when heating the camper in the colder destination. That being said, it’s always a good idea to bring an extra tank or two if you can. Overall, the camper is extremely light, especially considering all of the creature comforts it's outfitted with. That coupled with purchasing a trailer hitch that included anti-sway stabilizing (sway bars), I can honestly say we never encountered any issues pulling this camper, even on the most challenging roads under the most challenging conditions. With the extra five inches of ground clearance included in the "Extreme" model, we found there was almost no terrain we couldn't access! Show less

We bought a 2016 StarCraft Launch 26RLS in January 2016. This is absolutely, without a doubt, the biggest piece of junky trash we have ever wasted money on. There were issues from day 1, starting with non-working awning lights that took 6 weeks to have fixed due to the dealership refusing service after the sale. It was a simple fix that shouldn’t have been overlooked to begin with. It seemed alright until the warranty ran out. After that, it was 1 problem after another. The DVD player quit working. The water connection was having to constantly be worked on due to leaks. The awning CAME OFF while my husband was driving down the road. As in, it ripped completely off, taking the rails & all. So much for the awning lights, right? The toilet leaked. A side window latch broke off. Water heater quit working. The side shelves on either side of the bed came loose & had to be fastened back up. The cabinet between the 2 chairs came apart & had to be fastened back together. The chairs themselves started peeling. Had to keep them covered to hide it. Did I mention the constant issues with leaks? Because the latest issue was when the bed collapsed. When my husband went underneath to see why this happened & how he could repair yet another problem with this trash, he found that the front wall (on the tow end) was a soggy mess. Apparently, it’s been leaking from the outside the entire time we owned this brand spanking new travel trailer. I was so excited to get this camper. And it’s been nothing but a major disappointment. They should be ashamed of this shoddy, pathetic workmanship. This was a complete & total waste of hard earned money. We will NEVER buy another one of their products. Show less

This was described as an ultra lite and was good to tow with a small truck, and it was exactly that. It was simple and easy to tow with a weight distribution hitch you didn’t really know it was there. The livability was nice and the quality that was put into it was much better then other we looked at. I had friends that bought others and they had problems after problems and we didn’t have any problems at all. The jack beds in the rear are amazing and makes for extra storage and having the extra entrance straight into the bathroom amazing, no need to walk all the way through the camper to use it when you are enjoying the outdoors. Customer service with extended warranty, is non existent. Was sold warranty that is not how it was represented when purchased. All the laminated surfaces inside the RV peeled off. The shower leaked and was not secure. The door between the bathroom and bedroom flopped around during travel as you could not secure it. Over all quality was not what I expected as we had owned a 2014 model that was far superior to the 2016. Show less

Ultra Lite is the key word. Its so light you don't know your towing a trailer. With added solar panels, dual batteries stay charged and power the trailer with limited metered 120vac except for AC. Dual 40gal propane powers the refrigerator and stove. Overall the Ultra Lite is a highly efficient trailer with very low cost of operation including TV, HD antennas with dozens of free channels depending on location. Show less

Over all I feel it is a great travel trailer. Nice space and easy for 2 people. Tows great with equalizer and stability bars. Has all the things we wanted. Easy to work with on set up and take down. Love the battery backip Show less

Too many issues to count. Kitchen faucet leaked out of the handles and underneath the sink, shower leaked, oven never worked, propane leak, motor on awning broke. This was all within a year. After 3 years, now have a slideout leak and water heater leak.Fuses blow frequently. It is parked on a seasonal site in WI so I don't know how it handles when being towed.Will never buy a starcraft again! Show less

One of the reasons we bought a Starcraft is because it accommodates my size so well. I'm 6'3' 205 pounds and the full size queen bed is perfect for the wife and I. Not to mention the fact I can stand fully upright in the shower. The floor plan is quite roomy with the large slide-out and the dual recliners make the living space extra nice. Because it's an all season RV (central air and heat) there's no limit to the use of this camper. I especially like the fact that an ultra-lite is so easy to pull with my F-150. Great all round RV! This is the worst trailer we have ever owned. Storage under booth is cut in half be cause they ran pipes through middle.same thing under the kit sink. Non under the sofa because it makes a bed.l had one in another trailer that has its of storage under sofa bed. U can not hardly open a window be cause they stick a/c is Terrible loud. smoke alarm goes off by stove everytime we start to cook would not buy again. Show less

No customer service what so ever they could care less. Not even 2yr old and whole front of trailer had to be replaced. I will not buy or recommend any by one from Starcraft. Lots of sloppy workmanship they definitely do not have quality control. Show less
