The service from the time you walk in the door with the greeter at the service desk to pulling away with your camper was so excellent. Our sales person (Larry Kelsey) was polite,knowledgeable, listened to our needs and wasn't pushy like most sales. He kept us informed of the process and what would be needed all the way to the end. The financial department was excellent in getting us the coverage that was right for us. Adam explained all the features of our new camper. He was knowledgeable, went through everything in the camper, listen to our questions, easy to talk to and had us laughing a couple of times about things we thought we knew.
