Purchased our new travel trailer. When we picked it up found that a piece was missing from awning. Dealer told us they would get it taken care of. Several months later I still do not have resolution. Dealer informed us the whole arm needs replaced but Winnebago is NOT shipped replacement/repair parts. Winnebago will make parts for new campers that are being shipped out to sell to unsuspecting customers. What it the world is going on? Winnebago should be shipping out repair parts before worrying about selling more campers. The interior trim is falling apart. The dealer fixed it, but be aware that Winnebago is not the quality product it used to be. They will not stand behind their product either, otherwise they would be shipping repair parts.

We bought this 2021 Winnebago Voyage 2427 in June of 2020. These were the problems we found right after delivery...The TV antenna did not work, The microwave was improperly installed from the factory and had to be replaced (someone drilled a 3" screw thru the top of the housing and power cord), The left sidewall was not properly fastened to the bulkhead (bedroom doorway) so every time the slide was out it left a large gap. When the slide was closed the gap would disappear. The hot and cold lines are reversed in the bathroom (Hot on the right/cold on the left). These are the problems after about 5 trips...moldings/panels coming loose in multiple places, the TV developed a blue line right thru the middle of the screen, Ceiling began to sag near the A/C, Awning sounded like it was binding when retracting and worst of all a leak on the slide. After 4 months in the shop, most of these items have been taken care of. I bought a smart TV to replace the original, A/C bracket replaced (ceiling sag fixed), all moldings/panels secured, sidewall secured (no more gap), antenna replaced and leak sealed. Still waiting to see if Winnebago will replaced slide-out trim that is swelling from the leak. Winnebago has warrantied everything so far and the service reps I've spoken to were helpful. It just took forever for parts. This is our second Winnebago and probably our last. The sad part is we really like this unit. The floor plan is perfect for us. King bed, large bathroom, large fridge, plenty of storage, electric jacks and large holding tanks. I'm just not confident that it will last. Only time will tell. So much for "Winnebago Quality."

My coach as been in for repair four times. All four times it has not been completed. We still have many of the same issues from when we purchased it. Now, due to the poor quality and construction of our Winnebago we need to have the roof entirely replace, cabinets are falling apart, the slide out has extreme leaks when it rains, tools are still missing, the refrigerator needed to be repaired, the flush out for the black tank does not work, the wall in the bathroom had to be replaced, the sliding door to the bedroom broke off, the batteries that came with the coach never held a charge, the outside refrigerator does not work, the rear a/c needs to be replaced, and I could go on and on. The biggest waste of our money and time. DO NOT buy Winnebago! 90% of the time I have to follow up on the progress of our coach. I think you need more reps. Over all a POOR experience and extremely frustrating. I just wish we could get our money back so we could buy a quality coach but I'm sure Winnebago have any interest in making this happen.

Small issues, until today! 2 days old: Unimaginable that they would secure a bed platform with staples. We were expecting issues with any RV that we purchased, but the fit and finish of the Voyage leaves you shaking your head. Probably many reasons they have ceased producing the Voyage for the foreseeable future, but it truly is not worthy of being the flagship of the Winnebago towable line.
